Digg story

This indeed appears to be the huge October surprise!! Tomorrow will tell, maybe a little later but not by much. The judge denied a stay in discovery and ordered the DNC and Obama to provide the requested documents that would prove Obama's citizenship. Mr. Berg has already cited in the court action that the certificate of live birth (not a birth certificate) posted on the Internet at Barry's official web site is actually a forgery that really belongs to Barry's half-sister.

So, the next REALLY BIG QUESTION, is why is Barry fighting this case rather than simply providing his proof of US Citizenship? Apparently, he doesn't have the legal documentation to produce so therefore has no choice but to fight the issue in court and hope that he can somehow get it thrown out.

Why indeed?

P.S. During the 23 minute audio interview, Attorney Philip Berg mentions Jerome Corsi's detainment in Kenya, prevention of doing a news conference there, and subsequent send-off out of the country by officials who told him never to come back and "see you in hell."

About that "see you in hell" comment. So...does that mean that the unidentified official in Kenya who yelled "see you in hell" expects to go there himself one day?

Hmmm....

WorldNetDaily reports that sadly, Mr. Corsi has since fallen ill as a result of this terrible incident.
