Obama Can't Remember When He Was Born?

The website called NewsBusters often has humorous NewsBusted videos which are always entertaining to watch. Here's one of the latest:



You will notice the segment where hostess Jodie Miller mentions that Obama can't seem to remember his birthday. Hmmmm..... She quips, "Apparently, it's hard enough for him to remember to say he was born in Hawaii, let alone when."

That got me thinking about a curious post that I recently saw over at The Obama File. On the "What To Believe" page, I noticed an unusual posting about Obama's MySpace page:

It is Barack Obama's MySpace web page. In the upper right corner it brags that it is, "Powered by HOPE, Obama 08." There are Obama logos all over the page, that was created and is maintained by the Obama Campaign. These are Obama's people.

In the frame containing Obama's photo, is this data: "Male -- 52 years old -- Washington, Washington, DC -- United States"

Nothing unusual there, right? Wrong!

We've been told over, and over that Barack Obama was born on August 4th, 1961 -- and that's the date on his bogus COLB.

If Barack Obama was born on August 4th, 1961, he would be 49 years old [Christine adds: as of August 4th, 2010], not 52. If Obama is 52, then he would have been born in 1958 (or '57), before Hawaii became a state.

The implication of that would be that Obama would not only be ineligible because of his dual citizenship, but because he was not born in the United States mainland -- territories don't count towards "natural born" status.

Now, I believe that this is probably an error, but it is Obama's site, and it's been up there since at least August 2009. So what's the story? What are we to believe?

Could it be HIS AGE that he is trying to hide with all of these fraudulent "birth" certificates?? As Mr. Beckwith of The Obama File clearly exposes, if Obama was actually born in Hawaii in either the year 1957 or 1958, then he would not be eligible because Hawaii was only a territory - NOT A STATE YET!

I mean, who gets the date of their own birthday wrong???

If Obama's birthday really is August 4th, 1959, even then he wouldn't be eligible because Hawaii became a state on August 21, 1959.

Esquire Mag Opens Obama Eligibility Lock Down

While reading at Birthers.org this morning, I found out that Esquire magazine may have, as the Birthers.org article states, "Opening the Back Door to the Obama Eligibility Lock Down." This would certainly be GREAT NEWS! Even if the usurper isn't kicked out of office immediately, just the exposure that this court case causes  may very well derail any chance of an Obamination second term!!

The Courts, Congress and for the most part the Mainstream Media have effectively closed the door to any serious legal challenges to Obama's lack of constitutional eligibility. That is about to change.




Unknowingly Esquire Magazine has opened the door to have the evidence of fraud presented in a federal court when they wrote in their satire disclaimer about their story about Joe Farah pulling Jerry Corsi's book off the shelves, “(a)re its author and publisher chastened? Well no. They double down, and accuse the President of the United States of perpetrating a fraud on the world by having released a forged birth certificate. Not because this claim is in any way based on reality, but to hold their terribly gullible audience captive to their lies, and to sell books. This is despicable, and deserves only ridicule.”




Joe Farah, Jerry Corsi and WND.com, now have the unique opportunity to present to the world the evidence that the document is in fact a fraud. And there is nothing Esquire or Obama can do to stop it. Since Obama will not be mentioned as a defendant, he has no cause to have his wonderful government lawyers intervene, in fact his personal lawyers can not do anything. The fact is Obama simply will be told what we have been told, he has no standing. Divine justice is not only just, it is sweet.




What can Esquire do? The only option they have is to settle out of court, but that requires all parties to agree and for some reason I do not think Joe is going to settle out of court for any price. Perhaps all those nasty things the left been saying about him are true, you know that he is (OMG) a Christian! And you all know the motto of those pesky Christians, “and the truth will set you free.” I think Joe will go for the truth instead of the money.




Joe will establish that he has reasonable doubt of the April 27, 2011 release of the so-called long form birth certificate and have those experts that he has published testify to this fact. Come to think of it, thanks to Esquire this action will give WND the right to get a federal court order for the original birth certificate on file with the Hawaii Department of Health to have it examined to substantiate their claim that the document produced on April 27th is in fact a forgery and that Esquire is intentionally lying about it to damage the reputations of Joe Farah, Jerry Corsi and WND.




Saul Alinsky said ridicule is the best weapon, and this is what Esquire Magazine tried to do to Farah, Corsi and WND, but it only works on those with no or little courage.




Esquire made a blunder with the initial article, and perhaps all Joe Farah had to sue them over is trying to restrict the sale of Jerry Corsi's book. Okay at best that might cost Esquire a couple of million, but then they screwed the proverbial pooch and said Joe was intentionally lying about the birth certificate being a fraud to scam the WND audience. This just cost the media their blackout on the facts, this is priceless.




Esquire, on behalf of all the Birthers nationwide all I can say to you is, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Obama: The Un-American American President

I cringe every time I hear Obama speak. I tried to watch and listen to the press conference today, but when his answers didn't match the questions, it became a ridiculous waste of my time to watch this puppet of George Soros. Obama parrots all the lies, creepy policies, and America-hating destruction that Soros(and all the spewing radicals in the media who have the same evil mindset of this atheistic billionaire) continuously subjects upon our nation and the American people. I almost decided that I would read the blog post at Patriot Action Network later. But then, I read the introductory paragraphs and became hooked!

Something is wrong with Barack Obama. We all know it. We all see it. When he speaks about America, Americans cringe. There is a strangeness to his manner, an unease when he talks about America. He appears awkward and uncomfortable. His speech seems performed and practiced yet, oddly halting. It's reminiscent of American POW's in Vietnam or Iraq reading a forced confession. His eyes, expressions, and vocal tone are disconnected from his words. The words themselves often sound American, but the delivery is clinical and detached. His attempts at patriotic sentiment ring hollow and phony. "Once again, with feeling!" is how Americans are left feeling. He just doesn't seem right. He doesn't seem like, well...one of us.

Before anyone "goes there" and makes accusations of racism, this is about a pervasive, nagging, national perception that Barack Obama does not intuitively understand or appreciate America or Americans. Not our past. Not our present or future. He just doesn't act or sound like an American. In fact, there are good reasons and ample evidence for why.

Obama reminds me of a European visiting the US, perceiving and approaching America from an outside perspective. He doesn't understand patriotism, freedom, or free enterprise, so they do not come into play in his approach to governing. This is no surprise because of his upbringing. Let this be a powerful lesson to us. Never again should we elect an outsider who does not understand us, or is not invested in our system.

This is an article that needs to be distributed. Ironically, the MSM is hammering Michelle Bachmann for calling Obama anti-American. As usual, she is ahead of the curve. Kudos for a well written article. This shows how much trouble we are in. Ever since I first heard Barack Obama speak, and every time thereafter, I sensed something very basic deep within him that disturbed and troubled me. I had trouble watching him give a speech........I just couldn't get through it. It was painful. For the longest time I also just couldn't quite put my finger on what it was that discomforted me so. Was I a closet racist? Was it just because he was an ultra-liberal Democrat? Was it because he seemed to be a typical lying Chicago politician? All of the above? I finally wrote it off mostly to his manner of constantly pontificating like a stereotypical college professor/lecturer which, after all, is what he used to be. This is a demeanor that I have absolutely hated from my college days, so I settled on that and tried to move on. Alas, this article has finally revealed and enabled me to understand, sadly, what it really is. :(

For several years, I have had the feeling the Obama is not really "American" and that for the first time in my lifetime, we have elected an un-American ---or non-American -- American president. This raises the question of what kind of country we have become, but I have been disappointed in America since we elected the obvious cad, liar, and bounder Bill Clinten. Nixon was a crook -- true -- but you always knew that he was an American crook and that his loyalties were ultimately to this country. One cannot say the same thing about Obama. The bow to the King of Saudi Arabia cannot be explained away. Another American President might have given a bow of the head -- a show of deference to a royal who represented an entire nation -- but Obama's bow was the equivalent of the kow-tow 200 years ago in China, something that American diplomats refused to do. His bow was just not politeness; it was a bow of fealty, of a vassal to his lord. And of course the White House and press either ignore this or pass is off to Obama's inexperience -- he just did not know any better. But also read his Cairo speech. Its tone -- totally ignored by the media -- was that of one in the Muslim faith speaking to othersin the faith. Did a Saudi prince really pay for his law school education? Perce Sutton -- a once-prominent New York political figure -- said so and had spoken to Saudi prince Alaweed about Obama. Why would a Saudi prince be acting as a "talent scout" for American law students? Did someone even then see a big future for Obama? Obama is a mystery. There is a secret at the center of Obama that we do not know. He is devious and clever, a true Alinskyite, probably a Lenist since he seems to follow Lenin's dictum, "The worse, the better." Witness how he is preparing the ground for the destruction of Israel while still posing as a friend of Israel -- a man trying to impose a solution and "save Israel from itself." The rediculous Lybia operation is to establish the principle of "humanitarian intervention" and the imposition of a "no-fly" zone on Israel when a Palestinian state is created against Israel's wishes. The Republic is in peril -- all the more so because most people do not grasp this. Obama is NOT just another President. If he is re-elected, there will be a movement to amend the Constitution to remove the two-term limit on Presidents. We will be told that things were so bad under Bush that Obama needs more than two terms to fix them. Besides, that would only be returning the Constitution to the way is was in 1950 -- "original intent." And why should our nation be denied the services of a successful President -- remember, he killed Bin Laden -- who still is so young and vigorous? On the teleprompter, he is a gifted "front man" for -- whom? With all his golf outings and vacations, doesn't it seem that he really has little interest in actually BEING President; he just wants to SEEM to be President in accordance with his agreement with -- whom? This also explains why he seems so fumbling when off the teleprompter.

It led to the development of a moronic PC society that is hellbent on destroying itself. The desire to be accepted is the main goal in many people's lives. Having grown up as a citizen of the world, Obama has no particular allegiance or emotional attachment to this country, shows little concern for its welfare, appears to have no stake in its future, and seems to hold most of us in contempt.
The fact that he could stone-wall us for years by refusing to provide a

“Naturalized citizens …came seeking their American Dream, the freedom and opportunity to build a better life for themselves and their families.”

I am one of them. I live here for close to the quarter of a century, lean more to libertarian train of thought rather than contemporary Republican one (though I vote for Republicans). Therefore I came to a conclusion that the key words in the above quote are ‘their American Dream’. Keep in mind that most of naturalized citizens deeply love this country (much more than naturally born citizen because we remember vividly places we left behind). Still our dreams and way of thinking is very different and that is why Framers of the Constitution were right when decided that only naturally-born citizen are eligible to be a President. Country needs the person who is one of the majority, shares majority’s views and way of life.

If it is true for us, staunch supporters of this country and Constitution, it should be true for BHO who is not naturally-born citizen (he was born with dual nationality due to his father, place of birth does not matter). He is not eligible, and should not be allowed to run for the second term. Pipe dreams I know…

I watched Obama's news conference today and I was struck by the blankness in Barry's eyes. His eyes appeared like two large black voids that worried me. His eyes seem to be incapable of expressing honor and truth and remind me of the master deceivers like Hillary Clinton and Joseph Paul Goebbels. Barry has a huge leftist media following but he has no class or decency and will say anything to get press accolades and get a few more votes from the public.

I am sure that Michelle and Barry would be pleased to send all the Tea Party folks to re-education camps in some South-West desert to re-educate them about the joys of stimulus spending, more deficits, and larger kickbacks to democrat voters to get re-elected in 2012. Obama said that he wants to change our American foundations but he really wants is to take away our freedoms, deminish our proud Constitution. and to transform our bold/ brave John Wyane American/Jimmy Steward characters into behaving like whimpering welfare queens.

Obama's "Soebarkah" Name Is A Confirmation of Adoption

Back in August of 2010, another name for Barack Hussein Obama was discovered. That name was "Soebarkah" and it was written on a United States passport for Obama by his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham. Today, while catching up on my sidebar blog reading, I ran across Lame Cherry's post which gave quite a lot of information about what Obama's adoption name of "Soebarkah" means in Indonesian.

So what SOE BAR KAH means is literal, and I'm genuinely surprised with even Indonesian "experts" asked to explain all of this, that none of them had any comprehension of the language of their own nation.

Soe Bar Kah means literally Who is this, but the son of Soetoro.

This name is the actual legal title of Barry Soetoro, his bona fides, that he has been legally adopted, is a Muslim and is an Indonesian from the Javan region.

Just as Johnson in Scandinavian means Son of John, and Johnsen in Dutch means the same in different dialect. What this name on a legal document filed in America as a passport for Barack jr. is his legal manifestation that he is Indonesian, not American, as he has renounced his entire ties which bind to these United States.

This name Soebarkah is the legal document which would hold up in Indonesian courts as it requires no other documentation. It appearing on a US document signifies it was in use as Obama's defining name outside these United States.

[T]his is Barack Hussein Obama's legal name. The meaning of it disqualifies him from the White House and exposes him as criminal fraud, as this child had it explained to him completely what this name meant in adoption, Islam and Indonesia, that he was no longer American.
This is why this kid wanted to be "president of some country" as he knew damn well even then that America was off limits due to his being British and Indonesian, but the Empire had many colonies he could be president of one day if he slummed around far enough.

What is troubling in this, is Maya Soetoro knows very well what this all means and she has been covering all of this up as a co- conspirator

It's About Allegiance

Question: What is the whole natural born citizenship controversy surrounding Obama really about? The answer: IT'S ABOUT ALLEGIANCE. Since  I have not been able to post this week, I wanted to link to one of the most important video interviews that I have heard in a long time.  Over at DrKatesView: "Allegiance" - you can hear an interview between the moderator and Dr. Herb Titus; who outlines what the REAL issue is concerning Obama's citizenship.

Why are so many people stunned and concerned about Obama's lack of fidelity when it comes to allegiance to the United States of America? Dr. Herb Titus tells us why:

No matter how the media of mass deception would like to spin it, the fact remains that Obama is hiding something - AND HE'S HIDING SOMETHING BIG! Perhaps Trump is Correct!

Recall all of the brouhaha surrounding Donald Trump being ridiculed by the witches (except Elizabeth!) of The View when he appeared on that show and questioned why Obama won't release his vault-length COLB? Trump also mentioned that "there must be something on there (the birth certificate) that he (Obama) doesn't like."

Well, a blogger at No We Won't has an intriguing post up that reveals one possible reason why Obama has fought so ferociously to keep his COLB hidden from the public. It also explains an additional reason why he has spend nearly 2 million dollars in the courts in order to keep his genuine birth certificate as well as all of his vital records (e.g. college transcripts etc.) hidden.

Any lawyers out there reading this that know the legal rules and ramifications regarding adoption privacy? Could that possibly be the real reason why the records have been kept sealed?

I already checked to see if this post happened to be listed at snopes, and it is not there. It is not listed at factcheck either.

Trump is correct, Barry Soetoro, AKA Obama is hiding something in his past that is very bad... and it may not be his citizenship. (Trump would not say this if he did not know something and he has the money to get the dirt...)

As an IRS tax examiner, one of many former federal jobs, I have seen what it appears Barry Soetoro has done, mostly by illegal aliens attempting to acquire a new identity in the U.S and/or criminals looking to acquire a new ID.



Barry, AKA Obama, was lawfully adopted by a foreign national, Lolo Soetoro, and Barry's name was legally changed to "Barry Soetoro". (Barry’s own admission) Barry Soetoro was also made an official legal Indonesian citizen. (again Barry’s own admission) The adoption would be noted in Barry's vital statistics record in Hawaii on his original birth certificate...

OR Lolo Soetoro may have always been Barry's legal birth father. The public does not know for sure at this point who Barry's father really was and Barry himself may not know.



Barry was raised as a Muslim in Indonesia and attended a Catholic funded school that permitted all faiths to attend.



Barry's mother dropped him as a dependent for some reason, maybe even when Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. His mother's passport records dropped Barry as a dependent indicating Barry was no longer a legal dependent of his mother. (The passport records of his mother have been produced showing Barry was no longer a dependent when Barry was permanently residing in Indonesia.) Barry went to Hawaii to live with his alleged grand parents after Lolo Soetoro and Barry's mother divorced.



A "certificate of live birth" can have names changed on it including a child's birth name, and birth parent’s names. Even a modified date of birth can be on a "certificate of live birth". This occurs frequently for adopted children where the birth parent does not want the child to know who they are. The public has no idea who Barry’s real birth father is or who Barry’s real birth mother is. (Barry could have been adopted by his mother) The original birth certificate is the only legal vital statistics record of a person’s birth parents, birth location, birth date, etc… I can get a “certificate of live birth” for a dead person; I cannot get a birth certificate of a dead person without “Deceased” on it. (I’ve tried)



There is no evidence Barry Soetoro ever lawfully changed his name to “Barrack Hussein Obama”. There is no proof Barry Soetoro was born with the name "Barrack Hussein Obama". I’m willing to bet the name “Barrack Hussein Obama” is not present on the real birth certificate as Barry’s birth name or as Barry’s birth father. I have pictures of me with my mother and Jimmy Buffet… that doesn’t make him my father even if I start using the name Jimmy Buffet.



The public knows Barry Soetoro finished high school in Hawaii as Barry Soetoro and attended Occidental as Barry Soetoro where he did drugs and flunked out of school. After dropping out of Occidental, Barry showed up in New York, homeless and on drugs. (Barry’s own admission) Barry then hooked up with a Pakistani to live with and traveled back to Indonesia on his new boyfriend’s dime to renew his Indonesian passport and traveled to Pakistan with him.



Ask any law enforcement officer in a large city or detective and they will tell you homeless young men on drugs in large cities usually end up as male prostitutes. Barry ended up as a world traveler with a degree… (Not likely)



Barry Soetoro returned to New York from Pakistan and began using the fictitious name “Obama” for some reason. (again Barry Soetoro’s own admission) One could only suspect that a person addicted to drugs returning from Pakistan to New York, the main route for Afghan heroin into the U.S., maybe Barry had a reason to start using a new name. There are literally over 1 million open warrants on file in New York… maybe Barry is one of them?....



After spending some time in New York allegedly working under the name “Obama”, It appears Barry used the fictitious name "Barrack Hussein Obama" for the first time to file his federal taxes in Connecticut at a Post Office Box for the purpose of evading paying taxes in New York and /or to establish a new identity. (This is a felony with no statute of limitation.)



When the IRS received Barry Soetoro’s federal tax filing, the IRS could not attach the name Barrack Hussein Obama to the SSI number provided or the address provided. So the IRS assigned the fictitious name "Barrack Hussein Obama" a tax ID number for a person from Connecticut (Where Barry unlawfully filed a federal tax form using a false name). Barry Soetoro began using the tax ID number as his SSI number when using the fictitious name Barrack Obama. This is why Barry Soetoro has a Connecticut SSI number. When I worked for the IRS, I saw this occur more than once and yes, it is a felony to knowingly file a fraudulent federal tax form. Most of the politicians that cheat on their taxes claim it was an accident. That is how they get away with their tax cheat crimes. Using a fake name is no accident.



It appears Barry fled New York to Chicago using his new identity to get a job. He likely ordered a fake diploma to bolster his new identity as "Obama". Fake diplomas were very big in the 80's and diploma mills were even being used by federal workers to get promotions. There is evidence his alleged attendance at Columbia was faked (Barry never attended Columbia) and Barry lied his way into Harvard (he had no transcripts to get in)... Including telling the Saudi royal family he was fighting in Afghanistan with the Muslim Jihad against the Russians, so they would help him get into a law school.





The Saudis apparently loved Barry's story of Jihad in Pakistan/Afghanistan and paid for Barry to attend Harvard under the name "Obama". The Saudi family has admitted to paying for Obama to attend Harvard and gave Harvard a gift of $20 million dollars. Harvard in turn made their special attendy President of the law review a person that never wrote a single law review.... I guess that is what $20 million buys at Harvard.





It is unlikely Barry was a Jihadist and was most likely a drug mule if anything, maybe even a CIA street hire to haul Afghan heroin back to New York, so the Afghans could buy U.S. made stinger missiles with U.S. dollars to shoot down Russian helicopters?... I hired people over seas to do work below my pay grade all the time, even foreign nationals... I think this is the story Barry told the Saudis, but he was most likely really just a drug mule/dealer and probably still wanted on an outstanding warrant in New York.



Barry’s selective service registration is not normal either…

After I looked at Barry’s selective service filing I noticed it was most likely fraudulent too based on the name he used. Barry did not start using the name "Obama" until he returned from Pakistan (long after he flunked out of school in California) His selective service record (maintained in Chicago coincidentally) shows he registered at a Hawaiian post office as “Obama” in Sept 1980... Problem, Barry was getting high in California at Occidental in Sept 1980 (Barry's own admission) and was not using the fictitious name "Obama" at that time. Barry began using the fictitious name "Obama" only after he returned from Pakistan. The selective service filing is fraudulent.



NEW NOTE - On the Selective Service Registration, Barry did not have the Connecticut Tax ID number he used on the Registration until after he began using the name "Obama" in New York. More evidence his Selective Service filing is fraudulent.





Barry returned to Chicago and attended a semi-christian radical black church with his first female love Michelle. Barry admits keeping in touch with Phil Boener, who traveled to New York from Occidental to be with Barry and was most likely Barry's first love.



Barry still could not get a real job, because he was still a fraud, even with his Harvard degree in hand he could lie and take the Bar exam, but he could not work as a lawyer for a major law firm without a back ground investigation and he would never pass one. So, Michelle got Barry a job at her law firm. Barry never filed a case alone and never filed a motion. He wrote lost of memos according to the law firm where Barry worked. (I think they know Barry is a fraud and don't want to be sued by previous clients) Barry rescinded his law licenses, so as not to be disbarred for fraud. The Bar knows Barry lied on his application. Michelle also had to turn over her law license for her involvement in corruption with the Chicago mayors office.



With time on his hands Barry, a well spoken black man, was able to get elected to a state office, oddly because he looked for fraud in his opponents voter registrations and got his opponent disqualified from running. Barry a well versed liar was a natural in state politics. He used his political influence to get himself a position as a lecturer at Chicago's law school. Barry embellished this position as a "professor of law" which everyone knows is completely false. Barry was not a professor or even a specialist at anything but lying.



On a whim Barry ran for United States Senate for the State of Illinois. Politicians do this all the time to make a name for themselves even if they can't win. At the time the Republican Ryan was a shoe in for the Senate seat, so no real Democrat contenders entered the race, but Barry did. On a fluke after the primary Ryan's wife Jeri Ryan (Seven of nine from Star Trek) went public that her husband was making her have sex with other people while he watched. Ryan dropped out and Alan Keyes moved from Maryland to run against Barry Soetoro.





The election got all kinds of press because there were no blacks in the U.S. Senate and one of these black men was going to be a Senator. Alan Keyes did his best to warn everyone Barry was not who he claimed to be, but the public saw him as a carpet bagger. Barry kept the lie going and presented himself as a clean black man that talked like a white man... Illinois elected Barry to U.S. Senate. The Democrats had already began scrubbing Barry's back ground when Ryan dropped out.



Phil, Barry's boy friend from Occidental, was found working in California as a communications specialist (receptionist) for a dental hygienist school and given a diploma from Columbia and cover story. The rest of Barry's drug friends were all given jobs or money by the Democrat machine to keep quiet.



Because Barry was such a news maker as the only Black in the Senate, and he could speak like a white man he was made key speaker for the Democrat convention. Barry then decided to run for President to keep the lie going. No one thought to question Barry's background in the Democrat party... They helped cover up the ugly background. The only person jumping up and down warning Barry was not who he claimed to be was Alan Keyes and he was discarded as just an angry loser.



Now we have a complete fraud sitting in the Office of the President. Clearly the most corrupt, inexperienced, and ignorant President in the history of the United States who's only quality is that he can lie with a straight face.





Barry Soetoro is as much of a fraud as Bernie Madoff and his house of cards will soon fall down.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R.-Calif.), the new chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has signaled he will conduct numerous oversight investigations of the Obama Administration. Here are the Top 10 areas ripe for investigation for Issa and other congressional Republicans:

(1) ObamaCare: Any measure that restructures one-sixth of the U.S. economy bears scrutiny particularly when passage of the bill required legislative bribes such as the Louisiana Purchase and Cornhusker Kickback. To paraphrase Nancy Pelosi, now that ObamaCare has passed, let’s see exactly what is in it — and how it got there.

(2) Stimulus: The American people deserve to know what they got for the $787 billion stimulus package that Obama signed in February 2009, including how much money was spent frivolously to publicize the legislation. And where exactly are all those jobs that the administration claims were “created or saved?”

(3) Freddie and Fannie: Previous attempts by congressional Democrats to get to the bottom of the 2008 financial meltdown conveniently overlooked the role of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. How much of the housing crisis was due to financial donations going to Democratic officials, who overlooked financial transgressions at the agencies so long as mortgages flowed to unworthy credit risks?

(4) Wikileaks: Someone in the administration needs to explain how the lowly serviceman who served up secret documents to Wikileaks could have access to such a large amount of classified material. And were any actions taken to shut down Julian Assange in the months after the initial disclosures and before the embarrassing leak of State Department cables?

(5) Climate science: Considering the Obama Administration used concerns over global warming to advance its cap-and-trade energy tax and, via the EPA, regulate carbon dioxide emissions, a hearing on how climate science is impacting public policy is in order.

(6) ACORN: How much federal money was sent to ACORN and what was it used for? That this vote-stealing, partisan group of thugs received tens of millions of taxpayer dollars is an outrage.

(7) Oil spill response: So many questions over the Obama Administration’s response to the Gulf oil spill last April: Why was the response tardy, and did the administration slow local efforts through unnecessary red-tape? Was science politicized with the administration’s rosy estimates over how much oil was left? Were there legitimate concerns or did politics come into play with the decision to impose an offshore oil drilling moratorium?

(8) Justice Department: There are concerns that politics is running amok in the halls of the Justice Department. From undermining national security by trying enemy terror combatants in criminal courts to unequal enforcement of civil rights laws, Attorney General Eric Holder’s shop should be scrutinized. A good place to start is the department’s handling of the New Black Panthers’ voter intimidation case that was dropped.

(9) Czars: While other Presidents have named advisers without congressional approval, Obama has taken the appointment of policy czars to a new level. With appointments going to people like former Green Jobs czar and Marxist Van Jones, Congress needs to know who has been given authority beyond the scope of the Senate’s confirmation process.

(10) Obama’s presidential eligibility: This one should be easy to settle once and for all. Even Hawaii’s Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie says President Obama’s birth records should be released. Let’s see what the White House does if a congressional subpoena is issued. For a President who promised transparency, there are an awful lot of his personal documents still under wraps.

A Genuine, Brave American Hero [Update]

Regular readers here may have noticed the increased hits here at Talk Wisdom over the past several weeks. One of the most frequent searches that lead people here is the phrase, "the meaning of Christmas."

How sad is it to realize that people have to search for the answer to such an obvious question these days? I could understand people needed to learn about it in a Muslim country, but here in America?

When I was growing up, EVERYONE knew the true meaning of Christmas - even if they weren't necessarily believers.

The second most frequent search that leads new visitors here is the phrase (or something similar), "LTC Terry Lakin."

I have just read THE best article on this brave man's challenge - LTC Terrence Lakin - for proof of Obama's eligibility to be POTUS and Lakin's subsequent court martial hearing for disobeying orders over at American Thinker: Crucible of a Hero.

This has to be one of those rare times that I have seriously considered printing out and framing a blog post!

I find it interesting that Fox News.com is reporting on this story today. Could it be for the reason that LTC Lakin has pleaded guilty to one of the charges against him and now admits that he used the wrong venue to bring forward the question of Obama's eligibility and unreleased documents that would have proved to all of America whether or not Obama is a natural born citizen?

The article is quite fair in that it DOES mention the fact that natural born citizenship is necessary for an American citizen to hold the office of POTUS. However, it would have been a stronger argument if it had mentioned that Obama's (supposed) biological father was Kenyan and NEVER became a U.S. citizen. That is the entire crux of the matter. As I have posted on my sidebar:

At Barack Obama’s web site, the following admission:

Read that last line again.

“That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children…”

That’s an admission that Great Britain “governed the status” of Barack Obama, Jr. He has chosen to highlight this on his own volition.

And this leads to the relevant question:

HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’S STATUS BE “GOVERNED” BY GREAT BRITAIN?

A natural born citizen’s status should only be governed by the United States.

All that we know (via several judges statements) is that if Obama's records were released, it would have been "an embarrassment" for him. Embarrassed about what? Could you imagine if George W. Bush hid his bona fides and a court judge declared that releasing them would cause embarrassment to him how the libtards and the media of mass deception would have reacted? Keith Olberdummy's head would have exploded!

Unfortunately the "birther" issue and the focus on the hidden vault-length COLB can (and has been) used as a distraction against the REAL issue. No matter what Obama's B.C. says or where he was, in fact, born; if Obama Sr. is Barack's biological dad, there is NO WAY that Obama Jr. could possibly be a natural born citizen of the United States of America. At best, he is a naturalized citizen. At worse, (in the case of him never being naturalized) he is an illegal alien. The only other possible explanations (in my mind) are that Obama's biological father was not Obama Sr., or, the box on the original vault-length COLB was left blank. Does anyone have any other possible explanations for hiding his records?

All of the court cases that have been dismissed with the lawyerese excuse of "not having standing" is a travesty of justice, IMHO. It may have been legal to do so, but obviously not an ethical move. Big surprise...huh? America is filled with unethical judges, lawyers and law clerks.

The cover-up of Obama's bona fides is being tracked by the Library of Congress via The Obama File. If you will notice, the site was selected (way back in 2008) by the Library of Congress for inclusion in their historic collection on the Obama years:

Question: Why would this site be selected if it was not considered a "legitimate collection of Internet materials" about Obama?

Answer: Because the Library of Congress must KNOW that something is suspicious about the hidden records of Obama's past.

The comments over at Fox News.com are quite interesting. A lot of libtards have invaded and are busy spewing their hate-filled rhetoric against LTC Lakin. One day, when Obama bona fides are revealed, Dr. LTC Lakin will be recognized as a hero for what he did to expose the truth about Obama. It may take a long time, but he will be exonerated - no matter what the Army chooses to do regarding this court-martial.

Lakin was not allowed to defend himself. He (wrongly) thought his court martial would not be a kangaroo court.

Of course, if his judge Col. Denise Lind had allowed Lakin to defend himself, that would have ended her political career. I am sure it was an easy decision for her: Lakin or her. She had to make sure it was a kangaroo court.

Is This Justice? Or, Just Fixed?

If you were to ask me if Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin is being given justice, I would have to answer with A BIG FAT NO!!

Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin, a distinguished Army flight surgeon, is "certain" to be convicted of disobeying orders, according to his lawyer, Neil Puckett.

LTC Lakin will go on trial December 14 for refusing to deploy with his unit to Afghanistan. The senior officer questioned the legal validity of his orders because they originate ultimately with President Barack Obama, whose eligibility to serve as commander in chief under article II of the U.S. Constitution remains unproven.

"Based on the evidence available, his conviction is certain," Puckett told WND. "He has no affirmative defense for the offenses he committed."

"There is not much left to do" in defense of his client, Puckett said. Lakin's previous defense counsel, Paul Jensen, already "sought discovery of documents, and to introduce evidence and expert witnesses, but the judge shut down all those efforts."

I'm not a lawyer, but I must admit that I have never heard of a judge "shutting down all efforts" for a person to present evidence in his defense.

During a September hearing, Colonel Denise Lind, the judge in the case, censored the last remaining arguments Lakin planned to make in his defense: motive and duty. Lakin had intended to explain his motive for disobeying the order and contend that it was his duty as a good soldier to disobey orders that he believed to be illegal.

Lind also rejected defense requests to call as witnesses Ambassador Alan Keyes and retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney. Keyes was to explain the constitutional issues involved in the case, and McInerney was to talk about the training soldiers receive regarding when they should question and even disobey orders.

Stripped by the court of all possible defenses that might have justified his actions, Lakin has no chance of prevailing at trial.

To me, this is a very strange turn of events. Perhaps the military "justice" system can legally twist things in order to do this to an honorable army surgeon, but is it right? I certainly don't think so!

You need to read the entire article for all of the details. However, there is one ray of hope in the end:

Once guilt or innocence has been determined by his jurors, the trial will move to a presentencing hearing, when Lakin will have an unfettered opportunity to introduce mitigating evidence that might justify his disobedience in spite of Judge Lind's limitations on the scope of the trial.

"If he were to be convicted, he would have an open microphone to talk to the panel of jurors," said Puckett.

An open microphone to talk to the panel of jurors might break the eligibility issue wide open. Unless the Lamestream media still refuses to cover it.

I agree with the conclusion of the article:

"Every American should support Lakin," said Arizona organizer Jeff Lichter, a retired high school physical education teacher. "Don't we all have a simple right to ask who our president is? Is he legitimate, is he qualified? That's all Terry is asking. He has every right to ask the question, he asked it for a long time before he went public.

"They're not even going to allow him to put up any evidence, We feel the trial is already rigged, and they're denying him his due process rights, He's been denied access to records in Hawaii. He's been told by Judge Lind that the orders he's refusing to obey came from the Pentagon, not the commander in chief, so his question whether the commander in chief is eligible is irrelevant. It's ridiculous. It's all fixed."

Lichter's rallies will take place at the state offices of Arizona Republican senators John McCain, and Richard Kyl, and U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz.

"We have 535 congressmen and none are ready to ask for an investigation of this issue? We just want these officials who have not kept their oaths to defend the constitution. They're not doing it," said Lichter.

"Nobody has been able to break what's apparently a cover-up of this issue. We want people to know about this in spite of the media blackout."

How eerie it is to realize that the silence of all of the media (except maybe some talk radio hosts and Internet blogs/websites) about this particular case is absolutely deafening! Just who or what is keeping every one in the Lamestream media muzzled about this? They must be very rich, powerful, and dangerous. They must be wielding quite the heavy hammer over the heads of every newscaster, political pundit, politician, and American who refuses to discuss it in this land in order to pull off this stunt!

Citizen Wells has a post up in which he questions whether or not Glenn Beck is a hypocrite. Why? Because Beck's The Blaze website has no information about the case, no mention of Lt. Col Lakin, or any of the other military personnel who are questioning Obama eligibility.

On the other hand, if the Supreme Court doesn't take the case, then in my own mind, I will have to come to one of two conclusions. Perhaps there are more choices in the matter (please share if you have another idea), but the following two make the most sense to me.

1. The devastating choice is that the United States of America has already been taken over by covert hostile measures and therefore all of the checks and balances which would allow us to question and present evidence about Obama's ineligibility will always be halted and/or doomed to failure.

2. The second choice is that "the powers that be" already know who Obama's biological father is, and it isn't Barrack Hussein Obama Sr. Speculation has been presented many times at this blog, and other blogs that Obama is actually the "secret" son of either Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X. Either of these men would mean that Obama does qualify as a natural born citizen which is required by the U.S. Constitution.

Some day the truth will come out. I don't know when, but it inevitably does.

I would rather the truth to be closer to choice #2 (above), because choice #1 is indeed the scarier scenario.

I recall reading that someone stated that "if the truth came out about Obama's long-form birth certificate, it would be embarrassing for him."

Hmmm....

Whatever he is hiding, whether it would prove him to be constitutionally ineligible for the office of the presidency; or, just the fact that he would be found as a big fat liar and swindler to the American people about his past (gaining millions from the fake stories that were ghost-written about Obama by Bill Ayers in his books) - either case would indeed be highly embarrassing. But the first one choice is definitely an impeachable and resignation-required "embarrassment."

Bloggers all over the world have written about Obama's ineligibility (if Obama Sr. is indeed his biological father). I have made online friends from other countries, like New Zealand, Australia, and Canada etc. because of our postings on this topic over the past two years. Isn't it time for the truth to be told?

It is my sincere hope that tomorrow will end up being THE day of reckoning for Obama that so many Americans are waiting for. If the truth is finally revealed, then what Obama uttered in that speech so long ago - "this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal" - might FINALLY come to fruition. Just not in the same manner that Obama was thinking it would happen!

The Supreme Court conferred today on whether arguments should be heard on the merits of Kerchner v. Obama, a case challenging whether President Barack Obama is qualified to serve as president because he may not be a "natural-born citizen" as required by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

Unlike other eligibility cases that have reached the Supreme Court, Kerchner vs. Obama focuses on the "Vattel theory," which argues that the writers of the Constitution believed the term "natural-born citizen" to mean a person born in the United States to parents who were both American citizens.

"This case is unprecedented," said Mario Apuzzo, the attorney bringing the suit. "I believe we presented an ironclad case. We've shown standing, and we've shown the importance of the issue for the Supreme Court. There's nothing standing in their way to grant us a writ of certiorari."

If the Supreme Court decides to grant the "writ of certiorari," it may direct a federal trial court in New Jersey to hear the merits of the case, or it may choose to hear the merits itself. The court's decision on the writ could be announced as early as Wednesday.

If any court hears the merits of the case, Apuzzo says it will mark the "death knell" for Obama's legitimacy.

"Given my research of what a natural-born citizen is, he cannot be a natural-born citizen so it's a death knell to his legitimacy. What happens on a practical level, how our political institutions would work that out, is something else," Apuzzo told WND.

Apuzzo observed it is "undisputed fact" that Obama's father was a British subject.

A hearing on the merits "is also a death knell because it would allow discovery so we would be able to ask him for his birth certificate, and we don't know what that would show," according to Apuzzo. "We might not even get to the question of defining 'natural-born citizen.' If he was not born in the U.S., he'd be undocumented, because he's never been naturalized. We don't even know what his citizenship status is. Hawaii has said they have his records, but that's hearsay. We have not seen the root documents."
