First, think about the recent announcement that Obama was planning on visiting his sick grandma in Hawaii. Apparently, the media is claiming that she is "gravely ill." If so, isn't it strange that Obama isn't leaving for Hawaii right away? The news media is reporting that he is going on two campaign stops over the next two days, then leaving for Hawaii on Thursday. I ask you...have you ever heard of such a thing? If YOUR grandma was gravely ill, would YOU wait for two days and continue campaigning before leaving to see her?

When Joe the plumber embarrassed, for lack of a better word, Obama, it only took Obama's people and the media 4 days to dig up every skeleton in his past and try to discredit him.
Why haven't Obama's people and the MSM gone after Mr. Berg and try to discredit him because of his lawsuit? My theory is they can't attack Mr. Berg without bringing his lawsuit into the picture. They don't want to give ANY publicity to the lawsuit so they've developed a "Hands-off" attitude concerning Mr. Berg.

I am a criminal justice student here in WI. I have been following this case for some time now and It has really perked my interest lately. I am real involved with the College Republicans and Conservative Union here at my college, so this has been a topic we have discussed in great detail. My school is full of bleeding heart Obama lovers, and it is a bit overbearing at times. I just had the privilege to speak on the phone with Philip Berg, and he was a very nice guy....I asked him about the motion to dismiss today by Obama's Attorney, and Mr. Berg said he didn't understand the motion, as the amended complaint they want dismissed has not even been filed yet. This is right from the man Mr. Berg himself. He also stated to check the website after midnight eastern time, he stated something is set to happen tonight! I am not sure if he means with the API thing, or with his case.....I couldn't speak to him long but he sounded confident that something at least somewhat significant will happen after 12AM!
He was also confident about the existence of the Michelle Obama tape....
I have a good feeling about this, Thank you Mr. Berg for standing up for this Countries Founding Fathers!

But the Times smear operation seems to have backfired. When people learn that the Times was trying to pump up a one-minute Army ‘examination’ into some kind of problem, they are offended by the contempt of Times editors for their readers. Especially when they learn, as the Times concealed, I hold an Honorable Discharge from the U. S. Air Force. The Times blatantly misled their audience. Because the Times has failed to respond, we are preparing a libel lawsuit against the Times. We have a strong case.
But the fact that the Times has been acting as an extension of the Obama campaign should frighten every American.
Who was the Times sliming?
Well, I have been on the American political stage for over forty years, fighting the first Mayor Daley in 1968, and exposing corruption. While still a law student I helped bring down corrupt judges at the Illinois Supreme Court and expose crooked politicians. The Times didn’t tell you that either.
How many people have stayed honest and stayed true to course for almost five decades? I was condemned for honesty and integrity. The New York Times hates America and hates Americans. It has become a character assassination outlet for the hard left in America (remember John McCain’s “affair”).

That’s why they are afraid.” By default I have become the leader of the opposition to Barack Obama’s radical (yes radical) takeover of the U. S. Government. Obama and his posse are a heartbeat away from driving a dagger into the heart of America as we know it. Michelle Obama has already warned us. While Daley Machine hacks loot the Treasury, ACORN thieves will be dismembering our democracy.
If anyone can fill the air with footballs in the closing days, we will. Not long ago my football coaches reminisced that I had the “Fighting Illini” spirit even though I was not a natural athlete. They said I would never quit and I would always get back up after being dumped. So I am a fighter. Coach Ray Eliot steeled us with the legend of the player who said “send (All-American) Ameche at me.” Send Obama at me. I will tell the truth about him.
Indeed Barack Obama’s biggest mistake may have been to attack me after the Hannity show. If he had ignored Hannity’s production, things might have quieted down. Instead, Obama unleashed his media henchmen to demonize me. Bad mistake. We are fighting back. And still fighting to defeat Obama.

Over a year ago I wrote a column taking credit for being the “man who brought down Barack Obama.” That somewhat inflated claim is increasingly coming true. In an existential way, my reporting and the wildfires from my reporting continue to spread and threaten Obama. This is a classic battle between the “Masked Man”(Lone Ranger) and “Obama: The Man Behind the Mask.”
Media have called to ask about the Hawaii investigation. “Why didn’t we think of that,” they ask. ContrarianCommentary.com will be the first to land an investigative task force in Hawaii. The mainstream media are still dumpster diving in Alaska, trying to find some petty piece of dirt on Governor Palin. In the meantime, only a Lone Ranger stands in the way of Obama’s total domination and control of media. They failed to topple me with their smears. And the New York Times’ attacks on me are a ratification and recognition of our powerful opposition to Obama’s hegemony.
What will we find in Hawaii? I don’t have a clue. We have lot of leads, with more coming in each day. Frozen channels on the island are starting to unfreeze now that we are within hours of landing. My lack of fear has motivated others to lose their fears about coming forward.
At the end of the day we will be the first to have “boots on the ground” in Obama’s backyard, researching the childhood and adolescence he never talks about. Remember Obama’s acceptance speech, where he ignored his home state? I live in Chicago, but could I never overlook were I was born? Not on your life. Could you? Obama did. Strange.
Yes, the Obama gang must be stopped. They are using their clandestine cash, all 250 million dollars of it, to flood us with lies, distortions and misrepresentations—as well as building a field force of zombies who have graduated from “Camp Obama.” Have you seen any stories about the Camp Obamas in the New York Times, or Chicago Tribune or Washington Post? Nope.

Phillip J Berg Attorney says:
In or about 1971, Obama’s mother sent Obama back to Hawaii. Obama was ten (10) years of age upon his return to Hawaii.
As a result of Obama’s Indonesia “natural” citizenship status, there is absolutely no way Obama could have ever regained U.S. “natural born” status, if he in fact ever held such. Obama could have only become naturalized if the proper paperwork was filed with the U.S. State Department, in which case, Obama would have received a Certification of Citizenship.
(But consider this also Mr Berg any adult could have applied for the certificate.)
Hawaii State Law “[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
(So it was possible that a birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama was issued to an adult or his legal parents if the parents declared the State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least 1 year prior to his birth or adoption according to Hawaii law.)
The question becomes can a birth certificate be issued from Hawaii 10 years later. He must still be a minor for an 'adult' to apply for the certificate. Did his grandmother whom he lived with apply for his 'birth certificate'? She could have or any adult as the law reads. I am not a lawyer but even I can see this.
Can you answer this? What about congress and a senator or congressman offering
opposition to Obama when the electorial votes are counted during a joint session on Jan 6, 09. Would this not be more powerful than any lawsuit?

3. Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, Andy Martin - 08-1-2147-10

Since the Constitution requires our President to be a natural born citizen, a valid birth certificate should have been filed and checked a long time ago by the FBI, the Senate, the State of Hawaii, or some other acceptable organization that can take a close look at the certificate number (does it jibe w other births on that day, etc.)
Strange that no official government agency is stepping up to claim they have done this check - political corectness at its zenith. Today, I spoke to Florida Secretary of State Office. I asked about Obama's pending lawsuit. They directed me to legal affiairs department and I spoke to a lady. I asked about this issue and she said that she was aware of it. She informed that the Secretary of State of Florida has no authority to remove Obama from the ballot with out some type of court order. She said that Secretary of State has no responsibility in insuring that presidential candidates are properly qualified. She said that is the responsibility of the DNC. Plaintiff ANDY MARTIN is the author of a book on Senator Barack Obama ('Senator Obama'). He has also been writing columns and commentary about the senator for over four (4) years.
Defendants LINDA LINGLE and DR. CHIYOME FUKINO are Governor and Director of the Department of Health, respectively.
This Complaint for Declaratory Relief and these proceedings are instituted pursuant to § 632-1, Hawai'i Revised Statutes.
Venue is proper in this Court pursuant to § 603-36, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. Plaintiff requested a certified copy of the birth certificate of Senator Obama from the Department of Health and tendered the requisite fee.
2. Defendants refused to provide a copy of said certificate, invoking the confidentiality statutes of the State.
3. The issue of the Senator's birth certificate has become a controversial topic of intense national speculation.
4. As an author who strives for factual accuracy and attempts to conduct thorough research Plaintiff wants a copy of the Senator's birth certificate attested to by the State and not a 'certificate' which is posted on a web site and which has been debunked as possibly having been altered.
5. One of the more literate and temperate analyses of the unlawfulness of the Defendants' refusal to issue certified copies of the birth certificate is contained in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
6. To the extent that the Defendants' files contain or retain original supporting data for the birth certificate, Plaintiff asks that he also be supplied with that information and/or material as well.
7. It is axiomatic that the birth certificate of a presidential candidate is a document of crucial public concern and significance.
8. While Hawai'i statutes call for a balancing or weighing test where production is considered by a court, most respectfully Plaintiff submits that the balance falls entirely on the side of disclosure where the original birth certificate of a presidential candidate is concerned.
DECLARATORY RELIEF SOUGHT
9. Based on the relevant statutes and constitutional law, including Article One, Section 4 ('freedom of the press') and § 92F-15 (e) and § 338-18 (a) (9), Plaintiff asks that the Court direct and order defendants to turn over forthwith a copy of Senator Obama's birth certificate and related files and records, and without any delay.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Andy Martin prays for relief as follows:

I called the SoS in Wisconsin today. I was directed to the elections division. The woman I spoke with told me that candidates for elected office must sign a Declaration of Candidacy. This signed declaration is akin to swearing under oath in a court of law that the individual fulfills all legal requirements for the office he/she is seeking. The question becomes can a birth certificate be issued from Hawaii 10 years later. He must still be a minor for an 'adult' to apply for the certificate. Did his grandmother whom he lived with apply for his 'birth certificate'? She could have or any adult as the law reads. I am not a lawyer but even I can see this.
No, an adult can apply for his own certificate, so he could go in today and apply for one. The statute is a little confusing because they put both the adult and minor requirements in the same sentence. It is easier to understand if you remove the minor qualifications :
(a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
When they say application of an adult, it is not an adult applying for a minor, it is the adult applying for himself. For the minor, it is the legal parents that have to apply, because obviously not just any adult can go in and apply for a minor.

Look at the quote from an online article below. It is very misleading!! Obama lived in Indonesia for several years. This quote makes it look like he lived with his mother and grandparents in Hawaii from birth until college.
