Originally, I added the topic of this new post in an update to my previous post about Rush and his reply to the arrogant ObaMARXIST. However, I now think that it deserves a post all its own.
I first heard about the video clip between Justice Thomas and Representive Serrano over at a site called "Above Top Secret" (found via The Obama File). Spent some time reading the comments there and they were quite interesting. Much speculation was being bantered about by different people posting comments at that site.
However, the best explanation that I have read was written by Attorney Mario Apuzzo at his blog - A Place to Ask Questions to Get the Right Answers: The Court and Congress Expected the Other to Resolve the Obama Eligibility Question.

Ever since I first watched that video early this morning, I have been thinking about this incident throughout the day. When I read Attorney Apuzzo's explanation, it made the most sense. Here is the rest of my comment at his blog:
This "joking" between Justice Thomas and Rep. Serrano appeared to be confusing at first, but your explanation is excellent and makes the most sense. It certainly demonstrates and explains why no one wants to get involved with settling this issue.
Personally, I don't find it funny - at all! It makes me terribly sad for our nation. What a huge letdown these people are! They are supposed to be at the forefront in protecting our liberty and freedom! The checks and balances that the Framers devised are not working because of what...political correctness? Political expediency? Fear of being called "racist?" The race-baiting and false accusations of racism against ordinary Americans who don't want socialism is happening anyway. What would we have to lose? Nothing!! What we would gain is the truth about Obama. Americans WANT the truth. We The People are so sick of all of the lies!!
I already knew that we had two branches of gangster government with ObaMARXIST and this radical progressive Congress. But hearing a justice of the Supreme Court actually "joke" about such a serious issue made my jaw drop and my heart sink.
I'm disgusted, disappointed and appalled!

The Subject That Just Won't Go Away
This morning I heard (but didn't actually view the videotape) that Obama discussed the TEA Party movement. According to the report, one of the things that he stated about the movement is that many of the TEA Party participants, "do not believe that he (Obama) was born in America."
Why does he keep bringing this up? Isn't that a bit strange? If it has no merit (as I'm sure he's claiming), then why keep the issue in the news? Is it only to discredit the TEA Party movement and participants - in order to dismiss their legitimate concerns and grievances?
Must be.
Even though the Dems and the Media of Mass Deception still try and play the "race card" against all who stand firm against Obama dreadful policies - it just isn't working anymore! People aren't that stupid.
I thought that I had read absolutely everything about Obama's citizenship questions, but I have found a new article that is so comprehensive that even I discovered some new information!

Sentencing the Unborn to Death for Earmarks
Jesus Christ is THE wisest God-man who ever walked the face of the earth. Oops...correction! Jesus Christ is THE ONLY GOD-MAN who ever walked the face of the earth! (I have another correction to make regarding a recent post, but more on that a bit.)
When you read Jesus' words as recorded in the Bible (find a red-letter edition), a person cannot help but come to the realization that Jesus IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. Jesus himself declared, "no one comes to the Father but by me." Not a politically correct statement in today's world - but it's THE TRUTH! Jesus proved that he was, is, and forevermore will be. He existed within the Godhead before Creation, he became the God-man within His Creation, and died, rose from the dead, and is exalted in heaven for who He is - the Savior of the world!
This means that it has NOTHING to do with religion! It has EVERYTHING to do with a PERSON - and that Person is Jesus Christ! It has to do with a relationship; one that is made between sinners (a category in which we all belong) and the SAVIOR. What a person does with the Gospel message determines whether or not he/she can be considered "one of Jesus' own." That means that we belong to Him, at the moment of conversion, throughout our earthly lives, and into eternity.
When we are "one of His own" we CHOOSE to do what he commands of us. Jesus stated, "if you love me, keep my commandments." "Thou shall not kill" is one of those commandments!
Jesus never minced words. He flatly stated that those who refuse to repent, confess their sins at the foot of the Cross of Calvary, and accept Him as their Lord and Savior are LOST. They haven't been forgiven and cannot claim to be "one of His own." Jesus flatly stated in Scripture that those who would claim to have "prophesied in his name" will not get away with their lies. Jesus knows who are his own - and those who aren't will be told as such.
Look at what the Old Testament has to say about "evildoers":

Look at that last verse of Scripture once again. Harsh words for "workers of iniquity" aren't' they? They are being told to DEPART FROM THE LORD OF THE UNIVERSE! What a terrible place to be - for all eternity.
Now, shifting gears a bit, recall a recent post where I questioned just what it was that caused Rep. Bart Stupak to change his vote on the health care bill? I wrote:
Either Stupak got duped... or, he was pressured and THREATENED by the ObaMAO THUGS to change his "NO" vote to a "yes."
Perhaps he was "pressured" but in a different way than I had previously understood it. Today, Gateway Pundit is reporting: ‘Stupak 11′ Request $3.4 Billion in Earmarks the Day After Their Pro-Abortion Obamacare Vote
This means that Stupak and 10 other so-called "pro-life" Democrats ended up giving up their protection of the unborn stance, and instead deliberately dropped their fight not to allow taxpayer funding to go to abortions. These people all have dirty, bloody, murderous hands in the sentencing of more of the unborn to death for WHAT? EARMARKS! MONEY!!!
How disgustingly unbelievable and devastating it is to find out that their greed for money in the form of earmarks persuaded these people to sentence more of the unborn in our nation to death - and they agreed to do it using THE TAX DOLLARS OF WE THE PEOPLE! Can you think of anything more despicable than this???

It must enjoy the support of the vast majority of “the governed,” from which all federal powers are derived
It must not infringe upon the unalienable individual rights of any citizen
It must not infringe upon the rights of any state, protected by the Tenth Amendment
It must become law by way of legal legitimate legislative process
Obama’s Health Care treachery violates all five of these standards and as a result, it cannot be allowed to stand.
With all of the upcoming state lawsuit challenges to this bill, plus the fact that the Dems who voted for this awful legislation will most likely be booted out of the House and Senate in November, I can see that the new Congress with the new Republican Majority Leader, John Boehner, the implementation of this terrible legislation will come to a screeching halt through Congress' refusal to fund it.
The unconstitutionality has been clearly pointed out in the above excerpt from the article. What more needs to be said? I just can't imagine that the Supreme Court could EVER find the bill acceptable. They will most likely strike it down.
No matter which way it is done, WE THE PEOPLE will NOT let it stand! There is no need for any violence. Our VOTES will be the weapon of choice in November, 2010, and then again in the presidential election in 2012! Hey! Obama is already on record (via Robert Gibbs saying on video tape) that he doesn't care if he is a "one term president - OTP."
Hey peoples!! Let's make that revelation come true!!

BRAVO! Well stated. The evidence of usurper, liar-in-chief, Barry Soetero aka Barack Obama pushing the envelope of his syncretistic Marxist/communist/socialist agenda is apparent for all to see. Examining from a wide angle lens of the advisers and czars to the president only ONE conclusion can be drawn, their unity AGAINST the values and moral integrity which formed this Republic. If it takes lying, bullying, backroom dealing, bribing, and circumventing the checks and balances of Constitutional process they will do it.
With great consternation and alarm, our Republic teeters on personal discipline to act and react with peaceful means. However, just like the sports scenario when the referee throws the flag of personal foul, almost always it is against the player who responded to the assault rather than the one who initiated it. Gingrich: This Will Not Stand
I do not always agree with what Newt Gingrich writes or everything he says during interviews on Fox News and conservative radio talk shows. I especially hated the fact that he chose to appear in a commercial on the farcical global warming hoax with Nancy PeLIARsi a few years ago.
With that said, I must admit that he is dead-straight-on and correct about everything he included in the following article from the Fox News Channel website.

The Obama-Pelosi-Reid machine combined the radicalism of Alinsky, the corruption of Springfield and the machine power politics of Chicago.
Sunday was a pressured, bought, intimidated vote worthy of Hugo Chavez but unworthy of the United States of America.
It is hard to imagine how much pressure they brought to bear on Congressman Stupak (D-Mich.) to get him to accept a cynical, phony, clearly illegal and unconstitutional executive order on abortion. The ruthlessness and inhumanity of the Obama-Pelosi-Reid machine was most clearly on display in their public humiliation of Stupak.
The real principles of the machine were articulated by Democratic Congressman Alcee Hastings who was impeached and removed from the bench as a federal judge, before being elected to the House when he said, "There ain't no rules here, we're trying to accomplish something. . . .All this talk about rules. . . .When the deal goes down . . . we make 'em up as we go along."
It is hard for the American people to believe their leaders on the left are this bad.
They are.
The American people will not allow a corrupt machine to dictate their future.

Together we will prove that this will not stand.
2010 and 2012 will be among the most important elections in American history. These elections will allow us to save America from a left-wing machine of unparalleled corruption arrogance and cynicism.
Sunday was one more step in the fight against a "Washington knows best" and "Washington should run everything" attitude.
Let us turn now to the Senate to continue this fight for real reform, for real self government, and for policies that create jobs, improve health outcomes, and increase freedom.

Pro-life citizens nationwide know that this is a pro-abortion bill. Regarding the new program to provide tax credits to purchase private insurance, the executive order merely tinkers with the formalities of a bookkeeping scheme under which federal subsidies will pay for plans that cover elective abortion -- a break from the longstanding principles of the Hyde Amendment.
The order does nothing at all to mitigate the other abortion-related problems described in the NRLC letter, dealing with bill provisions that create dangerous regulatory mandate authorities, revise Indian health programs, and create pools of directly appropriated funds that are not covered by existing restrictions on funding of abortion. Nor can the order correct the omission from the pending legislation of the necessary conscience-protection language that had been included in House-passed health care legislation last November (the "Weldon language").

A lawmaker who votes for this bill is voting to require federal agencies to subsidize and administer health plans that will pay for elective abortion, and voting to undermine longstanding pro-life policies in other ways as well. Pro-life citizens nationwide know that this is a pro-abortion bill. Pro-life citizens know, and they will be reminded again and again, which lawmakers deserve their gratitude for voting against this pro-abortion legislation.
The executive order promised by President Obama was issued for political effect. It changes nothing. It does not correct any of the serious pro-abortion provisions in the bill. The president cannot amend a bill by issuing an order, and the federal courts will enforce what the law says.

Regarding the new program to provide tax credits to purchase private insurance, the executive order merely tinkers with the formalities of a bookkeeping scheme under which federal subsidies will pay for plans that cover elective abortion -- a break from the longstanding principles of the Hyde Amendment.
The order does nothing at all to mitigate the other abortion-related problems described in the NRLC letter, dealing with bill provisions that create dangerous regulatory mandate authorities, revise Indian health programs, and create pools of directly appropriated funds that are not covered by existing restrictions on funding of abortion. Nor can the order correct the omission from the pending legislation of the necessary conscience-protection language that had been included in House-passed health care legislation last November (the "Weldon language").

New Think + Thuggery Against Massa [Update]
As promised, I have begun what I thought would be a series on what I have chosen to label as the "New Think" movement which is occurring within some liberal leftist, politically progressive "Christian" churches. But now, I feel that I am being led by the Lord to discuss end times prophecy on this blog. Therefore, this may end up being the only post that I will do about the growing trend of Christians (who label themselves as evangelicals) that end up drifting away from the absolute truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the proper interpretation of Scripture.
These days, such a trend is certainly alarming, to say the least! The fact that many have embraced the "social justice" mantra that is part of the progressive political movement in this nation shows us that going to just any ole' church that calls itself "Christian" can be a big, HUGE mistake. The book of Jude warns us that as the end times draw nearer, more and more of the unsuspecting will fall under the spell of "certain men":
So, the topic of "New Think," the end times, and the warnings in Scripture to avoid "certain men crept in unawares" in the churches actually go hand in hand in holding to the Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

If you read the comments made by NMrod, you will see that he/she disingenuously blames the Republicans for the current arguments going on about health care. This is completely false! The ongoing argument is between differing factions of the Democrat Party in Congress and the Senate! It is also completely false to claim that the Republicans have no ideas. Their ideas were finally shared nationally with the public via C-Span and Fox News' coverage of the Health Care Summit.
If you read through the rest of the comments, you will run across Neil's (posting as Homer J) excellent arguments and rebuttals to comments made by Wallis supporters (like NMrod). Yet, the usual "talking past each other" phenomenon that happens between those on the liberal/progressive Christian side of the spectrum and those who hold to conservative Christian thought (and biblical authority - including the use of hermeneutics, exegesis, and scholarly interpretation) causes the discussion to break down. Most of the progressives resort to name-calling and ignore the facts being presented.
It appears to me that those who voted for Obama and think that his policies are "good," will find any excuse and/or argument to support such views. Unfortunately, they do such a thing by abandoning Christian principles, values, and ethics; including all of the warnings in the Bible against following such errors.
From the very beginning, I had warned Christians against voting for Obama. Many did not listen to the warnings. They fell hook, line, and sinker for the lies that Obama spewed on the campaign trail.
The over 52 million who voted for McCain/Palin saw through the hype of Obama. However, to me, it was just unconscionable that so many Christians would vote for a man like Obama, knowing his rabidly leftist position on baby killing in the womb. That should have been the very first and foremost reason to reject him as a candidate for POTUS.
Now, all of the warnings about Obama's radical progressive policies and the thuggery that he and his cohorts in the White House use to push Congressmen and Senators into the very ill-advised health care bill takeover of 1/6th of our economy, have become quite evident to millions more people. Just do a search on any search engine! Type in "regrets voting for Obama" and see the results!

People did not know how terrible an ObaMAO administration would be. Now they know!
That is what keeps me sounding the warning bells about the current gangster government that is ruling over the people (rather than REPRESENTING WE THE PEOPLE!) in Washington D.C. Unfortunately, the silence from the "ruling mob" (a.k.a. Democrats) about the thuggery that is going on from the ObaMAO administration has been deafening. But now, it appears that there is a crack in the wall of silence which was formally holding back the truth regarding the progressive (see Communism) rushing waters of "transforming America."
Representative Massa has now spoken out against that rushing tide, which all of the Congressmen knew about, but were weak and afraid (or bribed) from revealing! Therefore, they did not speak out against it!

Who in the world is talking about "doing nothing?" Absolutely no one. Mr. Wallis, I am disappointed that you are joining in the perpetuation of this fallacy.
Many, many people are talking about doing "something else." That is what we do in a federalized republic - -we talk about all sorts of different things. But to simply imagine that, unless we pass what the current partisan bill says, we are getting ready to "do nothing" is just silly. The public clearly does not want what is being proposed. FYI - I have been on the road all weekend so the post that I intended to do on Glenn Beck's documentary will be posted sometime early this week.
Meanwhile, I found Judicial Watch: Announces List of Washington's "Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians" for 2009 very interesting. So are the comments. Will cite more of the comments when I get a chance.
My first question is, why only a top ten? There are plenty who could fill a list of twenty - maybe even thirty dirty politicians!
One comment that caught my eye was this one about Nancy Pelosi:
If any lawyers (or people knowledgeable about lawsuits) come along, could you please tell readers here why a lawsuit cannot be filed against Pelosi for falsification of Obama's nomination certification documents in 2008?

Let's not forget that Nancy Pelosi signed two different nomination certification documents after the DNC convention. The certifications for now Pres. Obama and VP Joe Biden contained Constitutional verbiage for only the Hawaii certification, the other 49 states received a version without the Constitutional verbiage. This at least limits her liability to being prosecuted in one state as opposed to all 50 for the falsification.
It's VERY interesting that the lone Republican is up for a sex scandal, routinely dismissed as 'typical, forgivable human failings' for most Democrats.

I did not vote for President Obama but when he won the election I did not realize that Obama hated America and Americans to the degree he has shown over the last 11 months. I did not realize the Obama would dismantle our private sector to the point where many industries are now owned and/or run by the federal government (AKA communism, Marxist, socialism...take your pick); push unions and put working Americans down; push Marxist health and put seniors at risk; care more about being a buddy to terrorists in foreign lands than protecting the USA!
But the best thing that came out of this is....even though I had stroke and didn't walk very well I got to be part of 1.7 million Americans who marched on DC on 9 12! The best experience of my life! I am part of a letter writing group (one of thousands in our country) writing to senators and representatives asking them NOT TO PASS OBAMACARE, NOT TO PASS OBAMAENERGY!
I have seen an army of Americans go to war on our land every way they can to save our country from Obama, Rahm, Pelosi, Reid, Van Jones, Eric, all the Marxist czars, Rangel, Schumer, Baucus, Waxman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to use "the Scott heard round the world" quip as my title this morning, but that's already been used by some other bloggers. What happened in Massachusetts yesterday is absolutely stunning! It shows that no matter WHAT the progressive Marxists in Washington D.C. want to do to us, it's the Power of the PEOPLE, and their VOTES, that will thwart their idiotic and dangerous efforts to ruin this country.

Tomorrow's Vote in Massachusetts Will Be...
The first installment of what Glenn Beck predicted several months ago about the Obama administration and Congress: "These people will undo themselves."
There are SO MANY great blog posts about tomorrow's special election senate seat vote in Massachusetts! I will just list several of them that are linked in my sidebar. You can pick and choose which ones to read.
But first, I wanted to mention a report that I heard this morning by Carl Cameron of Fox News. He stated that there is so much anger against Obama in Massachusetts that Scott Brown's chances of winning the election tomorrow are increasing by the day - maybe even by the hour!
In a state where Democrats outnumber Republicans 3 1/2 to 1, it is a stunning development to find Scott Brown ahead in the polls. Cameron mentioned that those on the far left are angry with Obama because he isn't keeping his campaign promises. Obama lost most Independents quite a while ago for the same reason, plus the eligibility questions. Republicans and Conservatives tried to warn people not to vote for Obama before the 2008 election. There are reasons just too numerous to list. If you are in doubt, go to The Obama File and read the latest reasons. They add up on a daily basis!
So, what will a Scott Brown win say about the rest of Obama's presidency?
"Obama will undo himself."
It will be his proverbial "Waterloo."

This will be a difficult task. The Massachusetts Democrats are highly skilled at manipulating the election process, so a Brown victory must be overwhelming.
Like the Battle at Lexington Green, the good guys may lose, but the folks in the bluest of blue states have already shown that Obama and his fellow Marxists and Socialists are vulnerable and can be beaten. If we do lose this battle, we will eventually win this war against socialism.

While catching up on my blog reading this morning, the following letter that was found over at /RepubX - Defend Our Freedoms blog: A Nebraska doctor’s message for Ben Nelson needs to go viral! I hope that you will pick it up, paste it into an email and send it to everyone you know; and/or post it on your own blog, or include it on the front page of your website so that more people can see a perfect example of the anger that is occurring among millions of people across this nation because of the back door deals, extortion, bribery and stealing of the American taxpayers' money in order to pass this horrendous HELLSCARE bill in the Senate!

I’m a family practice doctor in Nebraska. I sent the following (angry,I admit) letter to Senator Nelson. I urge your readers (from Nebraska and elsewhere) to do likewise, in their own words!Dear Senator Nelson:
I send this message under “Tort Reform” because the current monstrosity you have pledged your support to says nothing whatsoever about Tort Reform. You have sold the physicians of Nebraska for zilch (zilch for us, but beau coup federal bucks for you and the liberal partisans in this state). As a family practice physician in Small Town, Nebraska, I was counting on you to be the lone voice of Democratic sanity on this issue, but you sold me out. I will dedicate every spare minute of my time and every spare dollar I have to defeating you, should you run for re-election. The long hours I spent on my medical education and the long hours I spend treating my patients are nothing but chump change to you and your Democrat colleagues in Washington. I especially can’t wait for your equivocation and milquetoast evasion when your “compromises” on the abortion language in the bill are silently erased or quietly (on-little-legislative-cat’s-feet) eviscerated in the House/Senate give-and-take. Go on: Bet me that you won’t wuss-out on this issue!
I know you won’t give two-seconds to this letter, but I had to write it. I’m a primary care doctor in YOUR state, and you sold me out. I didn’t slog through 4 years of college and 4 years of medical school and 3 years of residency just to have you hand my career and my patient/doctor relationships over to government lifers. Your gutless acquiescence to Obama and Harry Reid and ‘Nanny’ Pelosi will NOT be forgotten.
Thank you, Ben, for forcing doctors like me to earn less than the repairmen who fix our appliances. Case in point: We recently had our dishwasher fixed. The repairman who came to our house charged $65 just to come and ‘diagnose’ the problem, then charged another $180 to ‘fix’ the problem. You and your fellow lawmakers have fixed MY going rate (Medicare) at $35 per-visit. Thank you for securing such a ‘lucrative’ rate for me! Thank you so much for making me–someone with 8 years of education!–make less than a mechanic or appliance repair technician. And thanks especially for falling in line with Obama and the rest of the Democrats to make such a socialist system permanent.

Let's support Becky. Send her a note or card and just say thank you and that you want to help her. Send your email so she can reach you. Find out were you can send a dollar, five or twenty to help defeat Nelson. Let's show the 100 Senators that no longer will we let them have a country club life of dinners, travel, power, money and fame. The good life is over. From now on they run and get elected to make America better, not line their own states pockets. Senators above all should be for all the people.

Be it known, America, there are no "compromises", "negotiations", "political deals" et.al there are only bribes, graft, fraud and corruption for each and every vote that passes these bills: health care, cap & trade, stimulus - you name it.
Every representative who voted yes has been bribed for a vote and every representative who stood by and watched it happen without notifying the media of the details of said bribes & indiscretions, are complicit.
Vote these people out - they no longer represent America and the foundations of freedom, individual freedom, free choice and the pursuit of happiness - they only seek wealth building off the backs of other Americans.
Question the patriotism of EVERY representative! They have spat in our faces and no longer show themselves as Americans.
