When Glenn Beck gets a front page headline at Fox News.com, you better know that what is being presented is a serious subject! The continual, unending, and rapid manipulation, deceit, corruption, and damage that is being done by this gangster progressive majority in Congress is absolutely astounding!!!

Puerto Rico voted FOUR TIMES not to become a state! They want to remain a territory - so let them!! But NO! The corrupt Democrats in Congress will push this issue upon Puerto Rico - just like they rammed ObaMARXIST HELLcare down America's throat!

Every day, I just have to shake my head in disgust because of this corrupt, disastrous, gangster, Marxist government.

We all know now from the outrageous experience of Obamacare that leftists could care less what the will of the people is. For those of you who traditionally vote Democrat this should serve as a warning: that includes you! Even if it’s those poor, downtrodden Puerto Ricans the Left claims to want to help so much. Ram Obamacare down Americas’ throat; ram statehood down Puerto Rico’s throat.

Do I detect a pattern here?

And in case you think Democrats have any intention of reining in spending, Puerto Rican statehood would mean big bucks too.

This information needs to go viral. Congress needs to hear from all of us big time. Congress needs to be shut down with phone calls and faxes starting first thing in the morning. That is today, April 29, 2010.

All this is going on while everyone is distracted by the monstrous financial bailout bill coming out of the Senate. The timing was deliberate! And we now hear that despite losing support from lone RINO Republican Lindsey Graham, the Democrats are going to go ahead with illegal immigrant amnesty.

So now we have a pretty comprehensive electoral strategy mapped out:

1. Naturalize 12 million illegal aliens
2. Universal voter registration
3. Do away with Electoral College using state-by-state approach
4. Force Puerto Rican statehood.
5. Soros-funded Secretary of State project to help steal close elections
6. Cap & Trade, and Stimulus monies as political slush fund.

If you’re not sufficiently angry and alarmed now, there is no hope for you. These people are demonstrating right to our faces their willingness to trample our rights and defy our will. If they are willing to do this now, what will they be willing to do if they get the permanent majorities they want?

1. Going against the will of the American people by not allowing them to vote on the Puerto Rican statehood issue.

2. Going against the will of the majority of Puerto Rican people who have VOTED FOUR TIMES not to become a state in America.

I've been feeling funky since Black Sunday, the day of the health care debacle. As a therapist, I'm usually able to identify my feelings. But this one had left me stumped.


Excerpts:

It took a conversation with a conservative friend, Nancy, for me to pinpoint the feeling. Nancy told me that a Jewish co-worker, a staunch Obama supporter, was feeling "shell-shocked" by Obama's vilifying Israel.


Bingo. That's what it is: stunned, shell-shocked, traumatized.

[T]rauma means witnessing something that humans are not designed to see, a horror that is more than the self can absorb. The brutality of war, a gruesome crime scene, the sudden death of a loved one. Or the evil that unfolds through unchecked power yielded by megalomaniacs.

For me, trauma was that cloudless November day, years ago, when I exited an Oakland restaurant at noon and soon thereafter, lay prone on the concrete, bloody and broken.


Just moments before, I had looked into the eyes of a man who didn't know that I was human, or who knew but didn't care. I saw something sinister in him, but I ignored my gut. I was still steeped in liberal political correctness and didn't want to appear racially insensitive.


When I see what Obama is doing to this country, how he is treating its citizens, I'm reminded of the man who mugged me. I think that both are constitutionally incapable of seeing our humanity. And each day that Obama is in office, he communicates this same deadly message to the masses -- that opponents are not human.


This would explain the burgeoning of hate and even violence towards those who deign to disagree. And why Tea Party members and conservatives are being targeted, as well as entire countries like Israel.


And this would illuminate why Obama is unfazed while the economy crashes. And why he cavalierly demonizes Israel, putting millions of Israelis at risk. And it explains why Obama mocks conservatives who are legitimately worried about this administration's violating fundamental rights.



But how could Obama see us? Did anyone in his childhood ever see him?

Rabid Left Creating and Baiting for Violence [Add-ons]

This morning, I have been busy replying to comments from a previous post and visiting other blogs reporting on the threats being hurled at both Dem and Republican Senators and House members.

As a TEA Party protester myself, who attended two separate TEA Party protests in Temecula, CA, [see here and here] I can verify what I had observed from the occupants of the cars that drove by the intersection. Those who were obvious Obama supporters often shouted obscenities and pointed their middle fingers at the protesters lined up along the streets. There was a small counter-protest (of Obama supporters) across the street from where my friend and I stood, but we didn't venture over there to see if there were any conflicts happening. I heard, second hand of course, that the corner where both TEA Party protesters and Obama supporters were standing engaged in heated discussions, but I did not hear nor see any physical violence happening. Since the Obama supporters were WAY outnumbered, the TEA Party protesters could have drowned them out completely. However, they did not send them away - giving them the free speech right to support Obama.

But things are very different today. The fact that ObaMAO HELLcare has passed and been signed into law, the Dems KNOW how doomed their party candidates will be in the upcoming 2010 election. Heck! Even Obama knows that he has to STILL go out and sell this awful bill (which is a huge step towards taking away individual freedoms from WE THE PEOPLE) to the public. The large percentage of voters who rejected this terrible legislation over the past 14 months are going to use it against the Dems in the 2010 election campaign.

People are discovering all of the bad stuff that is in the bill. They are learning the truth about all the lies and "talking points" that Dems tried to use to sell the bill to the public. But the majority of the public will not be fooled! They see the danger of this bill and how corruption, deceitfulness, arm-twisting, bribes, threats, and intimidation led to the passing of the bill. Appeasement (like Stupak falling for Obama's E.O.), and side-stepping of the issues (like Rep. Anthony Weiner did on O'Reilly last night - that the IRS is going to go after those who do not buy health insurance are going to reinforce the will of WE THE PEOPLE to vote these traitors to our Constitutional Republic OUT!!

There is SO MUCH that I could share in this post. But I will start with what Glenn Beck stated on his radio show both yesterday, today, and especially what he exposed on the chalkboards on his T.V. show yesterday. You NEED TO VIEW THE VIDEOS when they are available online! I will post a link to them when I find them.

A brief quote from Beck's show yesterday:

"They need you to be estranged from them. They need you to pick up a gun or a bomb. They need you to break the law. They need you to become them in the 1960s. They need you to do it. Because they know America does not support those kinds of people and they have become legitimate. They have dropped the radical pose for the radical ends, and they are making you the radical. Do not play into their game. They hold all of the cards. Do not do anything but get on your knees. As we turn to him, he will turn to us. This is his land. Let it play out his way. Do not pick up anything… except your soul. They need you to become radical."

Beck exposed the fact that the rabid, progressive leftist thugs will do ANYTHING to bait the TEA Party goers, conservative talk radio hosts, conservative speakers, Republicans, and anyone else who are actively speaking out against their Marxist agenda.

Where is your proof just who it was that yelled the alleged "racist and homophobic" statements? All of the videos produced so far do not show evidence of who it was. In fact, it could have been a progressive "plant" placed there - just at the moment in time when the Dems were ascending the Capitol steps in order to blame it on the TEA Party protesters.

We already know (for a fact) that Obama's SEIU thugs attacked and beat up a black man who was handing out "don't tread on me" flags at a TEA Party protest in the past.

"Wiping people out" means to wipe them out of Congress. C'mon Kevin! Aren't you being a bit disingenuous with that claim?

About the student loans. I heard about it on Neil Cavuto's "Your World." I cannot recall the person being interviewed. However, we now find out that there is a budget mistake in the student loan program placed in the health care bill (plus a few other errors) and it needs to go back to the House for another vote.

Sure was a lot of "tabling" by the Dems going on regarding Republican amendments to the bill.

The Dems didn't want ANY changes to occur - and that's why they turned down most of them. At least one (maybe even two or three) could not be turned down, so the bill does have to return back to the House for a final vote.

The rejection of most of the amendments given by Republicans by the Senate Dems is very, very troubling. Especially the rejection of the viagra to convicted sex offenders amendment. Maybe that was one of the ones accepted? I would hope so.

[Update: Just heard via Rush Limbaugh's radio show that the amendment to keep taxpayer support of viagra being given to convicted sex offenders was rejected by the Dem Senate majority. WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY SAD AND TERRIBLE THING!! Rush suggests using this fact against the Dems in 2010 election commercials.]

When I read your comment at March 24, 2010 at 7:10 pm, I skipped down to comment back to you.

From what I understand, Glenn is launching a new way that we can fight back against this tide of Marxism this Saturday. He has also started a kind of "Beck's University" at his insider website. I haven't joined yet (think it's only $6.00 a month), but I plan to do so in order to learn what he is teaching at the event being launched this Saturday (in Florida? I think?).

I don't think that Beck is advocating that we don't defend ourselves with weapons (after all, he owns several and is licensed to carry a concealed weapon). What he is trying to get across is that VIOLENCE is NOT the answer!

I think that Glenn sees what's "up the progressive left's sleeve" and how they are going to try and make the TEA Party movement into a "radical group" so that they can blame them for violent acts (which are often created and baited by the leftists, themselves). This is CLASSIC Saul Alinsky methods!

I think that Glenn is right that we need to inform those in the public who are oblivious to what is REALLY going on. Glenn's radio audience is estimated at 8 million and his t.v. show is estimated at 3 million. If each person shares this information and wakes up just ONE, or two, or three neighbors, friends, relatives, or acquaintances, then we would could reach an additional 11 million to 33 million people.

We cannot be silent! We MUST inform people about the dangers of losing our liberty and freedoms through ObaMAO's radical agenda.

Thanks for this great post. I continue to pray that the Kerchner lawsuit will prevail in a court of law and that a brave, true patriot judge will not cave to ObaMAO thuggery and threats.

Chuck Norris' latest article about the need to audit the Fed is certainly one that I can wholeheartedly agree with! A Force of One: The Federal Reserve is a huge concern to patriots who attended TEA Party Protests across our nation both on April 15th and July 4th, 2009.

Glenn Beck has been doing a lot of investigation into the secrecy of the Fed and yesterday's program revealed how Goldman Sachs members have very dirty hand from the manufactured economic crisis that led to the TARP bailouts. It is still being debated whether or not the TARP funding was a "necessary evil" due to the dire straits that our banking industry was in back then. However, when you see that the TARP money was suspiciously NOT given to Goldman Sachs competitors (Lehman Bros. etc.) it should raise the eyebrows and ire of every American! It is part and parcel of the ongoing deception of the ObamaFRAUD Admin. and his evil cohorts in Congress that stinks from here to high heaven!

I agree with Judge Andrew Napolitano, who said last week, "We know more about the CIA than we do about the Federal Reserve."

The Federal Reserve is the Freemasonry of government agencies. It is a virtual secret society unto itself -- a group of unelected brokers who hold the value of our dollar in the palms of their hands. This one agency, with its power to raise and lower interest rates, has exercised more control over the economy than any other government body.

So with that type of single-handed power, why should we be surprised that the U.S. Senate blocked a bill last week to audit the Federal Reserve? 'Tis true! Rep. Ron Paul and more than half of his colleagues in the House co-sponsored the Federal Reserve Transparency Act, HR 1207, which they hope to have hearings on soon. On the Senate side, Sens. Jim DeMint, Mike Crapo and David Vitter co-sponsored S 604, companion legislation introduced by Bernie Sanders. But it was stopped cold before even being introduced on the floor on "procedural grounds."

So why does this federal agency need a complete auditing? It's very simple: America is in the worst economic situation since the Great Depression; the value of the dollar is tanking on the world market; and the Federal Reserve wields the greatest power to control it, with virtually no accountability -- let alone that the American people and even Congress have virtually no knowledge of what those inside are doing day to day.

The way I see it, there are two primary problems with the Federal Reserve. First, its very existence is a sheer contradiction of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. As Ron Paul explained last week: "Our Founding Fathers never intended for a single entity such as the Federal Reserve to have this much power. In fact, there is no authority in the Constitution for the federal government to create a central bank, to enact legal tender laws, or to print paper money. The Tenth Amendment is quite clear that 'The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Secondly, the Federal Reserve is flat-out bad for the economy in the long run because it creates false fronts or temporary escalations in the free market, which eventually cycle around and lead to downturns or more need for other Fed fixes. Even if it creates several cycles of credit rushes (which it deems as "signs of prosperity"), sooner or later, the false foundation crumbles and we find ourselves in an economic hole that the Fed can't bail us out of -- which is exactly where we are now in this recession.

The fact is the Federal Reserve is one of the best examples of government control run amok and its oppression over its people. It rules by dangling carrots, cheap rates and loans before the American public, which in turn oppresses people by their inability to resist further debt. The Fed is the dealer in greed and debt, and its drugs are easy money and credit. Under the Federal Reserve System, Americans and our economy have to return to the Federal Reserve for repeated fixes like a drug addict. Otherwise everything goes into the tank.

The following is a letter sent on Tuesday by Jake DeSantis, an executive vice president of the American International Group’s financial products unit, to Edward M. Liddy, the chief executive of A.I.G.

DEAR Mr. Liddy,

It is with deep regret that I submit my notice of resignation from A.I.G. Financial Products. I hope you take the time to read this entire letter. Before describing the details of my decision, I want to offer some context:

I am proud of everything I have done for the commodity and equity divisions of A.I.G.-F.P. I was in no way involved in — or responsible for — the credit default swap transactions that have hamstrung A.I.G. Nor were more than a handful of the 400 current employees of A.I.G.-F.P. Most of those responsible have left the company and have conspicuously escaped the public outrage.

After 12 months of hard work dismantling the company — during which A.I.G. reassured us many times we would be rewarded in March 2009 — we in the financial products unit have been betrayed by A.I.G. and are being unfairly persecuted by elected officials. In response to this, I will now leave the company and donate my entire post-tax retention payment to those suffering from the global economic downturn. My intent is to keep none of the money myself.

I take this action after 11 years of dedicated, honorable service to A.I.G. I can no longer effectively perform my duties in this dysfunctional environment, nor am I being paid to do so. Like you, I was asked to work for an annual salary of $1, and I agreed out of a sense of duty to the company and to the public officials who have come to its aid. Having now been let down by both, I can no longer justify spending 10, 12, 14 hours a day away from my family for the benefit of those who have let me down.

You and I have never met or spoken to each other, so I’d like to tell you about myself. I was raised by schoolteachers working multiple jobs in a world of closing steel mills. My hard work earned me acceptance to M.I.T., and the institute’s generous financial aid enabled me to attend. I had fulfilled my American dream.

I started at this company in 1998 as an equity trader, became the head of equity and commodity trading and, a couple of years before A.I.G.’s meltdown last September, was named the head of business development for commodities. Over this period the equity and commodity units were consistently profitable — in most years generating net profits of well over $100 million. Most recently, during the dismantling of A.I.G.-F.P., I was an integral player in the pending sale of its well-regarded commodity index business to UBS. As you know, business unit sales like this are crucial to A.I.G.’s effort to repay the American taxpayer.

The profitability of the businesses with which I was associated clearly supported my compensation. I never received any pay resulting from the credit default swaps that are now losing so much money. I did, however, like many others here, lose a significant portion of my life savings in the form of deferred compensation invested in the capital of A.I.G.-F.P. because of those losses. In this way I have personally suffered from this controversial activity — directly as well as indirectly with the rest of the taxpayers.

I have the utmost respect for the civic duty that you are now performing at A.I.G. You are as blameless for these credit default swap losses as I am. You answered your country’s call and you are taking a tremendous beating for it.

But you also are aware that most of the employees of your financial products unit had nothing to do with the large losses. And I am disappointed and frustrated over your lack of support for us. I and many others in the unit feel betrayed that you failed to stand up for us in the face of untrue and unfair accusations from certain members of Congress last Wednesday and from the press over our retention payments, and that you didn’t defend us against the baseless and reckless comments made by the attorneys general of New York and Connecticut.

My guess is that in October, when you learned of these retention contracts, you realized that the employees of the financial products unit needed some incentive to stay and that the contracts, being both ethical and useful, should be left to stand. That’s probably why A.I.G. management assured us on three occasions during that month that the company would “live up to its commitment” to honor the contract guarantees.

That may be why you decided to accelerate by three months more than a quarter of the amounts due under the contracts. That action signified to us your support, and was hardly something that one would do if he truly found the contracts “distasteful.”

That may also be why you authorized the balance of the payments on March 13.

At no time during the past six months that you have been leading A.I.G. did you ask us to revise, renegotiate or break these contracts — until several hours before your appearance last week before Congress.

I think your initial decision to honor the contracts was both ethical and financially astute, but it seems to have been politically unwise. It’s now apparent that you either misunderstood the agreements that you had made — tacit or otherwise — with the Federal Reserve, the Treasury, various members of Congress and Attorney General Andrew Cuomo of New York, or were not strong enough to withstand the shifting political winds.

You’ve now asked the current employees of A.I.G.-F.P. to repay these earnings. As you can imagine, there has been a tremendous amount of serious thought and heated discussion about how we should respond to this breach of trust.

As most of us have done nothing wrong, guilt is not a motivation to surrender our earnings. We have worked 12 long months under these contracts and now deserve to be paid as promised. None of us should be cheated of our payments any more than a plumber should be cheated after he has fixed the pipes but a careless electrician causes a fire that burns down the house.

Many of the employees have, in the past six months, turned down job offers from more stable employers, based on A.I.G.’s assurances that the contracts would be honored. They are now angry about having been misled by A.I.G.’s promises and are not inclined to return the money as a favor to you.

The only real motivation that anyone at A.I.G.-F.P. now has is fear. Mr. Cuomo has threatened to “name and shame,” and his counterpart in Connecticut, Richard Blumenthal, has made similar threats — even though attorneys general are supposed to stand for due process, to conduct trials in courts and not the press.

So what am I to do? There’s no easy answer. I know that because of hard work I have benefited more than most during the economic boom and have saved enough that my family is unlikely to suffer devastating losses during the current bust. Some might argue that members of my profession have been overpaid, and I wouldn’t disagree.

That is why I have decided to donate 100 percent of the effective after-tax proceeds of my retention payment directly to organizations that are helping people who are suffering from the global downturn. This is not a tax-deduction gimmick; I simply believe that I at least deserve to dictate how my earnings are spent, and do not want to see them disappear back into the obscurity of A.I.G.’s or the federal government’s budget. Our earnings have caused such a distraction for so many from the more pressing issues our country faces, and I would like to see my share of it benefit those truly in need.

On March 16 I received a payment from A.I.G. amounting to $742,006.40, after taxes. In light of the uncertainty over the ultimate taxation and legal status of this payment, the actual amount I donate may be less — in fact, it may end up being far less if the recent House bill raising the tax on the retention payments to 90 percent stands. Once all the money is donated, you will immediately receive a list of all recipients.

This choice is right for me. I wish others at A.I.G.-F.P. luck finding peace with their difficult decision, and only hope their judgment is not clouded by fear.

Mr. Liddy, I wish you success in your commitment to return the money extended by the American government, and luck with the continued unwinding of the company’s diverse businesses — especially those remaining credit default swaps. I’ll continue over the short term to help make sure no balls are dropped, but after what’s happened this past week I can’t remain much longer — there is too much bad blood. I’m not sure how you will greet my resignation, but at least Attorney General Blumenthal should be relieved that I’ll leave under my own power and will not need to be “shoved out the door.”

ACORN is in bed with Barack Obama. ACORN helped get out the vote. ACORN is now getting billions of dollars. ACORN and these community groups getting all kinds of money. While you can't donate any more if you're in a certain tax bracket and actually, you know, write it off, you don't need to do that because the government will take care of the community needs through organizations like ACORN. While they're in bed, who's doing the bidding in front of the AIG houses and stirring up the hate? ACORN. Who's in front of AIG? The Service Workers' Union. How are they connected? Let's go back to Nevada, shall we? Let's go back to that crucial race in Nevada. Do you remember? Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, everyone was saying, "Well, Barack Obama, he's going to be the winner. Hillary Clinton should just get out. No, no, no, Nevada, she's popular, it could work there." All of a sudden there's this big scandal about, you can't ask people to leave work, we need to be able to put these voting stations in the casinos so our people can vote.


When did anyone ever say that they were going to put a voting booth in your cubicle? When did they ever come to your office: "You have to leave work." But the unions arranged it so they could put voting booths in casinos. Which union was it? Oh, my goodness, it was the Service Workers' Union. Oh, that's weird that they're now -- why is the Service Workers' Union, why would they be organizing that in front of AIG? It's an insurance company. What is the service workers? You mean the people who work in hotels, that union? Why are they involved in front of AIG?


America, there is a show going on. This is incredible to me, and it's incredible to me that no one in the press is doing their job and asking the damn questions! Who really was responsible for the CEOs at AIG? Where did they disappear to? Where are there bigger bonuses going to Fannie and Freddie, two government institutions run by... oh, my goodness, wait a minute. Run by Barney Frank and Christopher Dodd. Hey, by the way, didn't we just find out that Christopher Dodd's wife worked for AIG in Bermuda? Why did AIG have a business in Bermuda? That's not a place to have a business. Oh, unless it's a tax dodge. Oh. So she was working -- he lives in Washington, or in Connecticut. She does, too, but she works in Bermuda for AIG. I wonder if there's any connection there. Oh, my gosh, by the way, did you hear about that bank that Barney Frank helped out? It was funny. Barney Frank was sitting there and a local bank from his district walked in. It was a minority bank. And they walked in into a meeting with the treasury and Barney Frank and Maxine Waters, they are all sitting there and they say, hey, guys, we need some money, we need a bailout right now. And the treasury starts to say, no, no, wait, guys, this is not what this is for, we just want to find out -- they went right to Barney Frank and Maxine Waters and talked to them and said, we need this money, we need it right now or we're going to fold. They got the money. Treasury says they were surprised that all of a sudden how that one happened, how this bank just turned the tables on everything and they got their money right away. You know what's weird? This is so incredibly weird. Do you know who's on the board of directors of this bank? Oh, my gosh, I didn't know. Maxine Waters' husband. Maxine Waters' husband. Isn't that weird. My gosh, I'm glad we're not paying attention to that story. I'm glad we're just nailing the people who are working for a dollar a year, I'm just glad that we're nailing their ass to the wall. You know, the ones who had nothing to do with it. /quote
