How eerie it is to realize that the silence of all of the media (except maybe some talk radio hosts and Internet blogs/websites) about this particular case is absolutely deafening! Just who or what is keeping every one in the Lamestream media muzzled about this? They must be very rich, powerful, and dangerous. They must be wielding quite the heavy hammer over the heads of every newscaster, political pundit, politician, and American who refuses to discuss it in this land in order to pull off this stunt!

Citizen Wells has a post up in which he questions whether or not Glenn Beck is a hypocrite. Why? Because Beck's The Blaze website has no information about the case, no mention of Lt. Col Lakin, or any of the other military personnel who are questioning Obama eligibility.

On the other hand, if the Supreme Court doesn't take the case, then in my own mind, I will have to come to one of two conclusions. Perhaps there are more choices in the matter (please share if you have another idea), but the following two make the most sense to me.
1. The devastating choice is that the United States of America has already been taken over by covert hostile measures and therefore all of the checks and balances which would allow us to question and present evidence about Obama's ineligibility will always be halted and/or doomed to failure.
2. The second choice is that "the powers that be" already know who Obama's biological father is, and it isn't Barrack Hussein Obama Sr. Speculation has been presented many times at this blog, and other blogs that Obama is actually the "secret" son of either Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X. Either of these men would mean that Obama does qualify as a natural born citizen which is required by the U.S. Constitution.
Some day the truth will come out. I don't know when, but it inevitably does.
I would rather the truth to be closer to choice #2 (above), because choice #1 is indeed the scarier scenario.
I recall reading that someone stated that "if the truth came out about Obama's long-form birth certificate, it would be embarrassing for him."
Hmmm....
Whatever he is hiding, whether it would prove him to be constitutionally ineligible for the office of the presidency; or, just the fact that he would be found as a big fat liar and swindler to the American people about his past (gaining millions from the fake stories that were ghost-written about Obama by Bill Ayers in his books) - either case would indeed be highly embarrassing. But the first one choice is definitely an impeachable and resignation-required "embarrassment."
Bloggers all over the world have written about Obama's ineligibility (if Obama Sr. is indeed his biological father). I have made online friends from other countries, like New Zealand, Australia, and Canada etc. because of our postings on this topic over the past two years. Isn't it time for the truth to be told?
It is my sincere hope that tomorrow will end up being THE day of reckoning for Obama that so many Americans are waiting for. If the truth is finally revealed, then what Obama uttered in that speech so long ago - "this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal" - might FINALLY come to fruition. Just not in the same manner that Obama was thinking it would happen!

WASHINGTON – Is this the case that will break the presidential eligibility question wide open?
The Supreme Court conferred today on whether arguments should be heard on the merits of Kerchner v. Obama, a case challenging whether President Barack Obama is qualified to serve as president because he may not be a "natural-born citizen" as required by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.
Unlike other eligibility cases that have reached the Supreme Court, Kerchner vs. Obama focuses on the "Vattel theory," which argues that the writers of the Constitution believed the term "natural-born citizen" to mean a person born in the United States to parents who were both American citizens.
"This case is unprecedented," said Mario Apuzzo, the attorney bringing the suit. "I believe we presented an ironclad case. We've shown standing, and we've shown the importance of the issue for the Supreme Court. There's nothing standing in their way to grant us a writ of certiorari."
If the Supreme Court decides to grant the "writ of certiorari," it may direct a federal trial court in New Jersey to hear the merits of the case, or it may choose to hear the merits itself. The court's decision on the writ could be announced as early as Wednesday.
If any court hears the merits of the case, Apuzzo says it will mark the "death knell" for Obama's legitimacy.
"Given my research of what a natural-born citizen is, he cannot be a natural-born citizen so it's a death knell to his legitimacy. What happens on a practical level, how our political institutions would work that out, is something else," Apuzzo told WND.
Apuzzo observed it is "undisputed fact" that Obama's father was a British subject.
A hearing on the merits "is also a death knell because it would allow discovery so we would be able to ask him for his birth certificate, and we don't know what that would show," according to Apuzzo. "We might not even get to the question of defining 'natural-born citizen.' If he was not born in the U.S., he'd be undocumented, because he's never been naturalized. We don't even know what his citizenship status is. Hawaii has said they have his records, but that's hearsay. We have not seen the root documents."

I will not go into details as all are aware of teh 1948 British Nationality Act, which Mr. Obama was born under, in his father was Kenyan British and his mother being a minor, was upon marriage made a British subject, so in that Mr. Obama is British no matter if he were born on the moon or Hawaii.
Those are the facts as Mr. Obama is not America, but is an adopted Kenyan national into Indonesia, and illegally papered by the American State Department.
What Mr. Apuzzo can do is argue this case in New Jersey, or if John Roberts wills with a majority, the Supreme Court can hear this case on Obama being undocumented.
I noted here after a certain State of the Scrotum speech by Mr. Obama when he had Charles Schumer spitting on the Justices in Congress, that Mr. Obama in berating these High Court Judges, that he had made an immense 3rd world mistake.
Literally, the Supreme Court can remove Mr. Obama by the end of the week and in discovery actually force all what Mr. Obama has spent 2 million dollars hiding, to be made public.
I pray that this is the case in the Court actually doing it's Constitutional job for the first time in protecting America that they will find the facts in this case.
The dropping poll numbers of Obama now provide them cover, and with Nancy Pelosi speaking on Obama's files she has, there is now afforded the American government the chance to be thee American Government in wiping this corrupt regime from power.
