It sums up the excitement, the enthusiasm, the real hope and positive changes that will come as a result of the political tsunami that occurred on election day, 2010. Those who were voted out were replaced by the choices of WE THE PEOPLE to stand for us and do the WILL OF THE PEOPLE instead of what we have seen (Marxism, Czar thuggery, bloated government, relentless spending that didn't create jobs etc.) over the past 18 horrible months of Obama, Pelosi and Reid.

Over the past several days, I have been very busy with family matters. I haven't listened to the news much lately (except for Glenn Beck's show) so when this happens, I often don't have the time to write any detailed blog entries. Thus, I have presented some of the work of others.

A New Hampshire state representative has resigned his position and announced he will not run for re-election after writing that a dead Sarah Palin is "more dangerous than a live one."
State Rep. Timothy Horrigan stepped down Thursday after posting a Facebook page in which he described the "myth" of the former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican presidential candidate.
His resignation comes after another New Hampshire Democratic candidate apologized the same day for his Facebook post in which he wished Sarah Palin and the father of her grandchild, Levi Johnston, had been on the plane that crashed Tuesday, killing former Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens.
"Just wish Sarah and Levy [sic] were on board," Keith Halloran originally wrote in reference to Palin and Johnston, her daughter Bristol's ex-boyfriend.
In his post, Horrigan wrote, "a dead Palin wd [sic] be even more dangerous than a live one...she is all about her myth & if she was dead, she cldn't [sic] commit any more gaffes."
In his apology Thursday, Horrigan didn't say much about being wrong for the sentiment."I apologize to anyone who feels they need an apology from me. And anyone who feels the need to be angry at me is free to be angry at me. I made some mistakes, but I am not ashamed of who I am. I am not ashamed of anything which I am. Nothing anyone says to me is going to change the way I feel about myself -- especially if you don't know me," he wrote on his website.

The hypocrisy of the left in this country is an abomination. In the past few days, more Democrat politicians and commentators s have wished ill on conservatives. If you have troubles remembering just how evil these people are, go back and read some of the comments on Tony Snow, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and so many others. These are the same people that find themselves in leadership positions in our country. They are hateful, spiteful and just plain evil in their speech. They even wish to counterfeit problems that they can attribute to conservatives such as tea party members. The motto of the left in this country is, "why tell the truth when a lie will do." When will the American people wake up and realize who wants a better life for them and who doesn't. The left believes that the only way you can have a better life is with them in charge of everything. The true conservatives believe that you should make the decisions about your life; not politicians. I hope the people in this country wake up before they find themselves in more of the progressive "HOPE AND CHAINS." ("Chains" is not a typo). WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!

If a republican had said either of those things they would have been accused of threatening the party in question and would have had legal charges brought up against them. It's too late. The majority of Americans have awaken and are on to the Liberal agenda of total domination. No one who hates Sarah Palin can give you an intelligent reason why. The Obligation to My Country and My GOD to Do What is Right
Reading Laura Ingraham's new book, "The Obama Diaries" is both hilarious and at the same time, dead serious. Laura has some very funny "diary" entries, but also gets to the heart of the matter - that Obama doesn't think very highly of America and her past. He seems to be continually telling the American people that only if we adopt his radically socialist agenda policies - then America will be great. The trouble is, his ideology and political view to "fundamentally transform the United States of America" is an awful mixture of Marxism, Communism, Weatherman Underground radicalism, tyranny, and Black Liberation Theology - along with it's mantra of "collective salvation," "distributing the wealth," "pluralism," and "social justice," (which is horribly skewed from the biblical meaning of social justice) all wrapped into one big ball of danger to our nation. I could go on and on but you get the general picture.

I have noted that many elected officials, both Democrats and Republicans, called upon America to unite behind Obama. Well, I want to make it clear to all who will
listen that I AM NOT uniting behind Obama.
I will respect the office which he holds, and I will acknowledge his abilities as an orator and wordsmith and pray for him, BUT that is it.
I have begun today to see what I can do to make sure that he is a one-term President.
Why am I doing this ? It is because:
- I do not share Obama's vision or value system
for America ;
- I do not share his Abortion beliefs;
- I do not share his radical Marxist's concept
of re-distributing wealth;
- I do not share his stated views on raising
taxes on those who make $150,000+ (the ceiling has been changed three times
since August);
- I do not share his view that America is
Arrogant;
- I do not share his view that America is not a
Christian Nation;
- I do not share his view that the military
should be reduced by 25%;
- I do not share his view of amnesty and giving
more to illegals than our American Citizens who need help;
- I do not share his views on homosexuality and
his definition of marriage;
- I do not share his views that Radical Islam is
our friend and Israel is our enemy who should give up any land;
- I do not share his spiritual beliefs (at least
the ones he has made public);
- I do not share his beliefs on how to re-work
the health care system in America ;
- I do not share his strategic views of the
Middle East ; and
- I certainly do not share his plan to sit down
with terrorist regimes such as Iran .
Bottom line: my America is vastly different from Obama's, and I have a higher obligation to my Country and my GOD to do what is right!
For eight (8) years, the Liberals in our Society, led by numerous entertainers who would have no platform and no real credibility but for their celebrity status, have attacked President Bush, his family, and his spiritual beliefs.
They have not moved toward the center in their beliefs and philosophies and they never came together nor compromised their personal beliefs for the betterment of our Country.
They have portrayed my America as a land where everything is tolerated except being intolerant.
They have been a vocal and irreverent minority for years.
They have mocked and attacked the very core values so important to the founding and growth of our Country.
They have made every effort to remove the name of GOD or Jesus Christ from our Society.
They have challenged capital punishment, the right to bear arms and the most basic principles of our criminal code.
They have attacked one of the most fundamental of all Freedoms, the right of free speech.
Unite behind Obama? Never !
I am sure many of you who read this think that I am going overboard, but I refuse to retreat one more inch in favor of those whom I believe are the embodiment of Evil.
PRESIDENT BUSH made many mistakes during his Presidency and I am not sure how history will judge him. However, I believe that he weighed his decisions in light of the long established Judeo-Christian principles of our Founding Fathers.
Majority rules in America , and I will honor the concept; however, I will fight with all of my power to be a voice in opposition to Obama and his "goals for America ."
I am going to be a thorn in the side of those who, if left unchecked, will destroy our Country. Any more compromise is more defeat.
I pray that the results of this election will wake up many who have sat on the sidelines and allowed the Socialist-Marxist anti-GOD crowd to slowly change so much of what has been good in America .

I Needed a Pep Talk Today
In a way, this has been one of the saddest 4th of July "celebrations" that I can remember. I have to admit, I have been a bit depressed. I grieve for our nation. This gangster government has us on the road to tyranny, folks. But as Jesus has said, "In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! For I have overcome the world."
This world will never be at peace until Jesus returns for His own. However, in the meantime we are to watch, wait AND WORK until that day. What kind of work should we be doing? Well, I have a perfect example to show you today.

Rabid Left Creating and Baiting for Violence [Add-ons]
This morning, I have been busy replying to comments from a previous post and visiting other blogs reporting on the threats being hurled at both Dem and Republican Senators and House members.
As a TEA Party protester myself, who attended two separate TEA Party protests in Temecula, CA, [see here and here] I can verify what I had observed from the occupants of the cars that drove by the intersection. Those who were obvious Obama supporters often shouted obscenities and pointed their middle fingers at the protesters lined up along the streets. There was a small counter-protest (of Obama supporters) across the street from where my friend and I stood, but we didn't venture over there to see if there were any conflicts happening. I heard, second hand of course, that the corner where both TEA Party protesters and Obama supporters were standing engaged in heated discussions, but I did not hear nor see any physical violence happening. Since the Obama supporters were WAY outnumbered, the TEA Party protesters could have drowned them out completely. However, they did not send them away - giving them the free speech right to support Obama.
But things are very different today. The fact that ObaMAO HELLcare has passed and been signed into law, the Dems KNOW how doomed their party candidates will be in the upcoming 2010 election. Heck! Even Obama knows that he has to STILL go out and sell this awful bill (which is a huge step towards taking away individual freedoms from WE THE PEOPLE) to the public. The large percentage of voters who rejected this terrible legislation over the past 14 months are going to use it against the Dems in the 2010 election campaign.
People are discovering all of the bad stuff that is in the bill. They are learning the truth about all the lies and "talking points" that Dems tried to use to sell the bill to the public. But the majority of the public will not be fooled! They see the danger of this bill and how corruption, deceitfulness, arm-twisting, bribes, threats, and intimidation led to the passing of the bill. Appeasement (like Stupak falling for Obama's E.O.), and side-stepping of the issues (like Rep. Anthony Weiner did on O'Reilly last night - that the IRS is going to go after those who do not buy health insurance are going to reinforce the will of WE THE PEOPLE to vote these traitors to our Constitutional Republic OUT!!
There is SO MUCH that I could share in this post. But I will start with what Glenn Beck stated on his radio show both yesterday, today, and especially what he exposed on the chalkboards on his T.V. show yesterday. You NEED TO VIEW THE VIDEOS when they are available online! I will post a link to them when I find them.
A brief quote from Beck's show yesterday:
"They need you to be estranged from them. They need you to pick up a gun or a bomb. They need you to break the law. They need you to become them in the 1960s. They need you to do it. Because they know America does not support those kinds of people and they have become legitimate. They have dropped the radical pose for the radical ends, and they are making you the radical. Do not play into their game. They hold all of the cards. Do not do anything but get on your knees. As we turn to him, he will turn to us. This is his land. Let it play out his way. Do not pick up anything… except your soul. They need you to become radical."
Beck exposed the fact that the rabid, progressive leftist thugs will do ANYTHING to bait the TEA Party goers, conservative talk radio hosts, conservative speakers, Republicans, and anyone else who are actively speaking out against their Marxist agenda.

Where is your proof just who it was that yelled the alleged "racist and homophobic" statements? All of the videos produced so far do not show evidence of who it was. In fact, it could have been a progressive "plant" placed there - just at the moment in time when the Dems were ascending the Capitol steps in order to blame it on the TEA Party protesters.
We already know (for a fact) that Obama's SEIU thugs attacked and beat up a black man who was handing out "don't tread on me" flags at a TEA Party protest in the past.
"Wiping people out" means to wipe them out of Congress. C'mon Kevin! Aren't you being a bit disingenuous with that claim?
About the student loans. I heard about it on Neil Cavuto's "Your World." I cannot recall the person being interviewed. However, we now find out that there is a budget mistake in the student loan program placed in the health care bill (plus a few other errors) and it needs to go back to the House for another vote.

The Dems didn't want ANY changes to occur - and that's why they turned down most of them. At least one (maybe even two or three) could not be turned down, so the bill does have to return back to the House for a final vote.
The rejection of most of the amendments given by Republicans by the Senate Dems is very, very troubling. Especially the rejection of the viagra to convicted sex offenders amendment. Maybe that was one of the ones accepted? I would hope so.
[Update: Just heard via Rush Limbaugh's radio show that the amendment to keep taxpayer support of viagra being given to convicted sex offenders was rejected by the Dem Senate majority. WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY SAD AND TERRIBLE THING!! Rush suggests using this fact against the Dems in 2010 election commercials.]

I don't think that Beck is advocating that we don't defend ourselves with weapons (after all, he owns several and is licensed to carry a concealed weapon). What he is trying to get across is that VIOLENCE is NOT the answer!

I think that Glenn sees what's "up the progressive left's sleeve" and how they are going to try and make the TEA Party movement into a "radical group" so that they can blame them for violent acts (which are often created and baited by the leftists, themselves). This is CLASSIC Saul Alinsky methods!
I think that Glenn is right that we need to inform those in the public who are oblivious to what is REALLY going on. Glenn's radio audience is estimated at 8 million and his t.v. show is estimated at 3 million. If each person shares this information and wakes up just ONE, or two, or three neighbors, friends, relatives, or acquaintances, then we would could reach an additional 11 million to 33 million people.
We cannot be silent! We MUST inform people about the dangers of losing our liberty and freedoms through ObaMAO's radical agenda.
Thanks for this great post. I continue to pray that the Kerchner lawsuit will prevail in a court of law and that a brave, true patriot judge will not cave to ObaMAO thuggery and threats.
Gingrich: This Will Not Stand
I do not always agree with what Newt Gingrich writes or everything he says during interviews on Fox News and conservative radio talk shows. I especially hated the fact that he chose to appear in a commercial on the farcical global warming hoax with Nancy PeLIARsi a few years ago.

The Obama-Pelosi-Reid machine combined the radicalism of Alinsky, the corruption of Springfield and the machine power politics of Chicago.
Sunday was a pressured, bought, intimidated vote worthy of Hugo Chavez but unworthy of the United States of America.
It is hard to imagine how much pressure they brought to bear on Congressman Stupak (D-Mich.) to get him to accept a cynical, phony, clearly illegal and unconstitutional executive order on abortion. The ruthlessness and inhumanity of the Obama-Pelosi-Reid machine was most clearly on display in their public humiliation of Stupak.
The real principles of the machine were articulated by Democratic Congressman Alcee Hastings who was impeached and removed from the bench as a federal judge, before being elected to the House when he said, "There ain't no rules here, we're trying to accomplish something. . . .All this talk about rules. . . .When the deal goes down . . . we make 'em up as we go along."
It is hard for the American people to believe their leaders on the left are this bad.
They are.

2010 and 2012 will be among the most important elections in American history. These elections will allow us to save America from a left-wing machine of unparalleled corruption arrogance and cynicism.

Let us turn now to the Senate to continue this fight for real reform, for real self government, and for policies that create jobs, improve health outcomes, and increase freedom.

1. Now that Scott Brown (R - MA) is seated in the Senate, the Dems no longer have a filibuster proof majority. Thank God! It was what we desperately needed to avoid the ObaMAO HealthSCARE HELLcare bill from being rammed through Congress. However, we can't completely celebrate yet. The Dems are sneaky enough to find another way to push it through (as Nancy PeLIARsi has stated recently). But if they do that, the firestorm of protest would be too much! The Dems are now split over this behemoth massive government takeover of 6% of our economy. Why? I don't think it's because they are against it - they are just worried about their re-election bid in 2010. I say VOTE 'EM ALL OUT!

I can certainly appreciate the sentiment and applaud their efforts, but IMHO, I personally don't think it is necessary to do the boycott. It is only for one day - so those who disagree with me - have at it.
Early yesterday morning, I was reading through the comment over at CW's blog. People were sharing bits and pieces of what Beck was saying against the "birthers." Later that morning, I listened to his radio show and got a different impression. Here's what I think. Beck knows that there is a huge progressive machine at work in the White House. Obama is just their pawn and puppet! The power of the George Soroses of the world isn't going to go away - even if Obama is removed from office.
What then? Would we get clueless criminal Joe Biden or worse yet - Nancy PeLIARsi to take over the presidency? How scary is THAT scenario?
Of course, Glenn didn't directly articulate what I have just written. But if you read between the lines of what he was saying about the "birthers" (and his good argument that the progressive left keeps talking about it and mocking those "crazy" people - comparing them to the 9/11 "truthers) should make us realize that they are using the "birther" issue against us! Instead, Beck is hammering Obama and his evil cohorts for their tyrannical Communist ideas being inflicted upon our nation. He mentioned that something will come out late next year. He can't say what it is, but for now, we should concentrate on pounding Obama and his policies, as well as work towards replacing those in Congress who DON'T abide by the conservative values of fiscal responsibility, upholding the Constitution, and national security.
In a nutshell, the problem is bigger than just one person (Obama).
When Congress changes hands into a Republican majority in November, 2010, THAT may be the best time to pursue the ineligibility issue.
Those who are highly concerned about Obama's usurpation of the office of POTUS can disagree on what to do about Beck's current stance. But I sincerely hope that it doesn't cause division in our wonderful TEA Party movement.
Something else to consider. Why would Obama be bringing up "questioning his citizenship status" now? He did so at the National Prayer Breakfast:
Perhaps the pro-Obama wing of the CIA has been diligently working on an authentic-looking COLB for Obama. I have read elsewhere that there are two CIAs - but I am not sure how true that is. Obviously some (or most) are loyal to Obama.
Speaking of the prayer breakfast, Nice Deb reports that Obama unbelievably tried to lecture about "civility." HAH!!

It shows that no matter WHAT the progressive Marxists in Washington D.C. want to do to us, it's the Power of the PEOPLE, and their VOTES, that will thwart their idiotic and dangerous efforts to ruin this country.

2010: The Year of The Citizen
Joan Swirsky's latest commentary: "Brown Victory Signals Second American Revolution" is the kind of essay that you keep, re-read, and pass around to friends and family.
The article is filled with so much good information, it is difficult to choose an excerpt. For me, the following part is priceless:
But it didn't take long for the cold harsh reality of this nice young man's radical agenda to set in and for Americans of every political stripe to recoil at:
* His irresistible compulsion to bow and scrape to foreign despots
* His serial apologies on foreign soil for big bad America's sins
* His reflexively siding with racists like Harvard professor Skip Gates and the ACORN thugs
* His egregious flouting of the U.S. Constitution vis-à-vis the nearly-40 czars he has appointed to run our country, many of them admitted Communists and Maoists with extreme and frightening viewpoints. In fact, Laura Hollis writes quite persuasively, they are all Communists.
* His intrusive and damaging meddling in our banking, automotive, energy, and healthcare industries
* His doling out billions of dollars to foreign nations without Congressional approval
* His destructive manipulation of free markets
* His attempts to control the media and curb free speech, take away gun rights, and give our hard-earned tax dollars to terrorist nations
* His bizarre preference for significantly increasing visas for Islamic terror-sponsoring nations, as reported by Pamela Geller's site, AtlasShrugs.
And this is the short list!
Then there is Obama's schoolmarm finger-wagging to tell the rest of us not to jump to conclusions about the American-born Muslim terrorist who murdered 13 of our soldiers at Fort Hood; and his waiting three full days to speak out - with chilling iciness - about the Muslim terrorist who plotted nearly 300 mid-air deaths on Christmas, and then calling this savage an "alleged" extremist.
This kind of behavior does not sit well with Americans, who have increasingly doubted if Obama is an American at all or if he has even a micrometer of sensibility about what it means to be an American.
By now it seems clear that Obama is a surrogate for powers much smarter and more politically experienced than he. His almost pathological reliance on a teleprompter and his by-now predictable lapses in decision making - even months when it came to increasing troop levels in Afghanistan - appear to be a function of his simply waiting it out until his bosses - Soros, Ayers, the Saudis, et al? - make up their minds.
Publisher and writer JR Dieckmann thinks he knows exactly who is calling the shots for Obama."We have to look at who supported and funded the Obama campaign," he says.
It is foreign investors. It's the World Bank. It's the IMF (International Monetary Fund). It's the Federal Reserve Bank. It's Ban Ki-moon and the UN. It is the European Union. It is the Skull & Bones Society and the Bilderberg group. It is even King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and the Palestinians to some extent.
But the ideology that Obama subscribes to is global socialism and communism. He takes his cues from many different special interests that all share his Marxist ideology and desire for global socialism.
His objective is the same as the U.N,'s objective - global socialism and the destruction of capitalism and the American value system...I should also include the domestic components such as: SEIU, ACLU, the Soros funded Apollo Foundation, the UAW and AFL-CIO, ACORN, AIG, Bear Sterns, etc. They are all part of the global socialist cabal and led by liberal Democrats.
Joan goes on to describe "to what end?" such Marxist policies would bring us if not stopped in their tracks. In a nutshell (pun intended!) she writes, "[their goal] is to deconstruct America, the better to reconstruct it into their Utopian fantasy of [what they think would be] a perfect world" Then, she includes a fabulous quote from Erik Rush:
As journalist and author Erik Rush elaborates upon, in speaking about the terrorist William Ayers and his pal Barack Obama, it is amazing that......that ilk are not laughed out of lecture halls for the profoundly juvenile temperament of their political philosophy. Indeed, though couched in intellectual trappings and mock sagacity, [their message] is little more than the expression of deep spitefulness and envy. The more I am exposed to the insipid, toxic mouthings of far-left icons, the more they come off like spoiled children who believe they have a right to what another other child has simply because they desire it." To them, Rush continues, it is all about "...attaining power that they never could have attained in a reward-based system. Their rhetoric - preaching parity and equality while fomenting class envy - was just a device by which they obtained your cooperation; a selfish, schoolyard ruse employed to best another kid and take his stuff.
Indeed, the Leftist's worldview is essentially that life is not fair because some people have more than others, and so it is incumbent upon the haves to treat the have-nots like, well, children! Don't expect them to meet adult standards, to work, to sacrifice, to do well in school, to obey the law, to pay their mortgages and fair share of taxes, to weather disappointments, to fail and then try again. That hard stuff is for grown-ups, not for the perpetual victims the Left counts upon to keep them in office.
Isn't that so true?? I can't tell you how many of my like-minded friends have stated that it feels like extremely dangerous teen aged children with their radical ideas and mindset have taken over the White House! Others have stated that the "lunatic fringe" have taken over. Either way, America has suffered one terrible year in 2009!
Joan hits the nail on the head describing the left's failed policies:
After decades of abject failure, after every one of their schemes and plans and philosophies and policies failed, it was clear to all but the starry-eyed, hate-American liberals that they had no clue about improving society. Of course admitting to their history of colossal failure is unthinkable to them, actually psychologically impossible. To acknowledge that everything they've stood for and spent their lives believing in was just plain wrong - and dumb - has never been a part of their limited repertoire.
Joan concludes with another dead-on great quote:
As writer Carol Platt Liebau has written: "Certainly, 2009 was a dark and disheartening year for lovers of economic and individual liberty. But if next year shapes up in accordance with current trends, the tide is about to change. With a growing recognition of the preciousness (and fragility) of liberty and a renewed appreciation of our founding principles, America is poised for a rebirth of freedom. Hail 2010: The Year of the Citizen."

Obama's Moonbattery Year
OH...MY...GOSH!! The liberals who are foolish enough to still support Obama, the wretched Dem Congress majority, and the terrible HELLSCARE bill may learn something after today's vote.

Did anyone else happen to catch Hannity's T.V. show last night? The liberal commentator, Bob Beckel, who is constantly on Hannity's "Great American Panel" spoke with very bitter words and looked like a defeated man. I wish Tanya Reiman would do a body language segment on him! Of course, in his usual insulting fashion, he called the millions of Americans who came out to protest at the TEA Parties across the nation last year "baggers, birthers, and blowhards."
Hannity called him on his verbal bashing of all of these people.
Why can't they question why Obama doesn't show his birth certificate?
Don't they have the free speech right to object to the terrible health care bill?
Aren't they correct to say that Obama is a liar for being captured seven times on tape during the campaign saying that he would have a transparent administration and allow C-Span to cover all of the debate sessions on health care?
Instead, he and the Dem Congress (remember - Republicans are not allowed to participate) are conducting secretiveness, behind closed door deals giving what I think are UNCONSTITUTIONAL "sweetheart" deals to senate buddies if they will vote for the health care bill. Doesn't that also sound illegal by most standards of established law here in the United States?
I can't wait to see how badly Martha Coakley will be defeated in her election bid tonight. It will prove to be indicative of the mood of the entire country - which I think is ready to roll almost the entire Democratic side of the House of Representatives right out of office come November, 2010!
