It is interesting to note that after Donald Trump asked to see Obama's birth certificate, the questions surrounding Obama's eligibility continue to spread like wildfire. What's more, Trump continues to not back down on the issue. Trump even went so far as to say, "There is something on it that he (Obama) doesn't like."
As usual, Whoopie Goldberg (again!) disappoints on The View when she tried to blame racism for the concern over why Obama refuses to show the American people absolute proof of where he was born; as well as all the rest of the pertinent information that would reveal details about his birth, upbringing, college years etc. Why would someone with nothing to hide seal all of his records?? Why would someone with nothing to hide shell out 2 million dollars in lawyer fees to keep the case out of the courts?

Is Obama A Marxist? Answer: YES!
While attempting to answer several questions from Kevin in the blog post comment thread here, I thought that I would bring the conversation to a new blog post. Why? For several reasons. I think that it is extremely important for conservatives to continually educate the public, via blogs, books, videos, etc. about the true nature of Obama. This is a very important issue.

My first inclination was to reply, what ISN'T Marxist about Obama and his policies!!?? It is so clear to anyone paying any attention to what is going on in the White House and Congress, it seems to me that the question doesn't even need to be asked! However, since Kevin did ask (several times) for a reply from me, I thought that it would be best to be thorough and present as much evidence as possible. [Note: Do not miss the videos over at Investigating Obama. A man who KNEW Obama in his younger years reveals much evidence that Obama was, and still is a Marxist. In fact, he goes so far as to claim that Obama is a revolutionary Marxist activist!

I think that the question is not "why is it being pointed out," but why has it been purposely hidden? A blogging friend of mine once wrote that he thinks Obama (and all of his cohorts) want to hide his Muslim roots.
A while back, Glenn Beck had a segment on his show about all of the radial socialists, Marxists, Communists, and Maoists who influenced Obama throughout his entire life. He did a quick recap of Obama's life from childhood to adulthood. What I found odd was that Beck left out Obama Jr's. adoption by Lolo Soetoro, the move to Indonesia, and the fact that Obama was taught Muslim practices during his early childhood schooling there. Why did Beck leave that out? Perhaps because of a time constraint. But I think that it had a lot to do with not revealing to the public Obama's Muslim schooling and roots. The Fox News Channel is 17% owned by Saudis - and keeping such information from the public might be deemed important to them.
In another comment, you wanted me to tell you why I think that Obama is a Marxist. One telling sign is that he has been surrounded by, and influenced by them his entire life! But don't just take my word for it. You can read :

Kevin, the majority of Americans are now on to Obama, his lies, and all of his terrible schemes. He will become a lame duck after the November 2010 elections and hopefully his disastrous bills will all be repealed. He will be a one term president OTP and our nation will be back to having a sane leader again in 2012 (if not sooner because hopefully, one of the lawsuits pointing out his obvious ineligibility might get a hearing before then).

Why Don't We Know the "Real" Obama?
Last night, I accidentally injured the middle finger on my right hand. Slammed a door on it! OUCH - does not quite explain how much it hurt! Anyway, readers will probably be happy to read that my posts will be brief over the next week or so. ;-)

Obvious to the most careful observer, we now know that he was reading "other people's words" that did not fit his true persona or ideology.

Obama was the perfect "stooge" to bring about Soros' evil intentions against America. Early on, Soros saw Obama as similar to himself: "wasn’t friendly and was standoffish and arrogant." He was the perfect puppet for this megalomaniac puppet master.

Do you think that these evil, corrupt people (Soros & cohorts) would even hesitate to take Obama out if he fails in completing their agenda? What if one of the eligibility lawsuits succeeds and Obama is exposed as a usurper and fraud? Would the "powers that be" do anything and everything necessary to keep from going to jail? How scary! Just the thought of it makes me shudder.
Maybe you think such thoughts are loony. So be it. But it has happened before. Did you know that the murders of the mayor and Harvey Milk in San Francisco in the 70's was done by a fellow crazed Democrat? And - if one does more research, the reason that Milk was killed was not because of his gay rights advocacy. It had more to do with a clash of political ideologies within the same political party!!

What a great post! I had no doubt in my mind that Obama was both a con artist and evil person the moment that I learned about his radical death-to-unborn babies stance a year and a half ago. That was my very first objection about him and the more I learned, the more concerned I became. Now, what we know is just downright over the top! He hates our American Republic, our Constitution, our military, and especially all the people who disagree with his far-left radical Marxist, anti-Christian, anti-Israel, pro-Muslim agenda. Or, is it "the powers that be" who are dictating to him the real culprits? Probably both.
I am glad to read that even those on the political left are now waking up from their previous Kool-Aid drinking stupor and are seeing Obama for what he truly is. He's a person who is intent on destroying our country in every way that it is humanly possible to do so. He is an enemy of our Republic, a usurper as the bogus POTUS, and worst of all, he is a puppet surrounded and lead by a plethora of corrupt people. Watergate pales in comparison to all the laws that he and his cronies have broken! When are all of his lies and all of the corruption he's involved in going to finally be brought to justice? I don't know - but I hope and pray that it will be soon - while we still have our Republic mostly intact and still have the time to reverse the damage this terrible administration has wrought upon our people.

A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama's eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys working on the issue.
In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants, which she had.
In a second ruling, Carter ordered that attorney Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation can be added to the case to represent defendants Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson, who had been removed by an earlier court order. Drake, the vice presidential candidate for the American Independent Party, and Robinson, the party's chairman, were restored as plaintiffs.
But the judge did not immediately rule on Taitz' motion to be granted discovery – that is the right to see the president's still-concealed records. Nor did Carter rule immediately on a motion to dismiss the case, submitted by the U.S. government, following discussion over Taitz' challenge to the work of a magistrate in the case.
Carter ordered a hearing Oct. 5 on the motion to dismiss and ordered arguments submitted on the issue of discovery.
If the case survives that challenge, a pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11 and the trial for two weeks later.

At 10:02 Justice Carter noting the packed courtroom and overflow crowd waiting in the hallways has ordered a change to a larger courtroom and has taken a 2 hour recess to accommodate the transfer of officers of the court and spectators.
The estimated age range of those present is 18 to 80 -- 70% Men -- 30% Women -- age 60+ seems to be the majority.
Attorney Orly Taitz appeared relaxed -- calm cool and collected.Justice Carter recessed the court at 12.30 pst 9/8/09 --
his rulings:10/5/09 Defense Motion to Dismiss (MTD) to be heard -- Judge Carter indicated only a very strong compelling reason would move him to dismiss at this point.
He will review the defense's 9/4/09 MTD. He wants to hear the case on it's merits.
Discovery to be ordered 10/5/09 if Motion to Dismiss is thrown out.
1/11/10 Pre Trial Set -- procedural for other motions, depositions, scheduling, etc
1/26/10 Trial Date Set -- earliest available date for Justice Carter.

It appears to me that when Obama doesn't have his teleprompter, the comments that he utters during unscripted moments often reveal a lot.
For instance. Listen to this brief video clip of Obama and the game announcers. You will hear Obama "joke" that "we are out of money."

But what is really appalling is the fact that he appears gleeful about it!! Isn't that an awfully strange way for a so-called "president" to act while hundreds of thousands are losing jobs and struggling in this economic recession?
Think about this. Would former President Bush ever have said such a thing? I doubt it.
Obama doesn't appear to have a soul. I mean, he seems almost totally mechanical to me. When he read the teleprompters during his campaign speeches, it was all just scripted for him. None of it was coming from the heart. This is further evidenced by the fact that he has reneged on hundreds of promises he made to We The People while on the campaign trail. People are shaking their heads and wondering, "who is this guy that was elected?"
He doesn't appear to be the same person in office as the one that had campaigned for two years across this nation.
One thing is certain. He's a bold-faced LIAR!!
Since this cold-hearted puppet is being used by his radical Marxist powerful and wealthy puppeteers, Obama is going to attempt to pass two pieces of unnecessary legislation that will bankrupt this country!
For Obama to sit there and joke about this shows evidence that not only does he not care about America or Americans; he is either a stooge puppet for "the powers that be" behind the scenes (see link and article copy coming up) or he is the Hitler dictator of modern times. Maybe it's a little of both?

Why Obama was the near perfect choice to implement the final phase of the world agenda
Like Obama said "I am going to change the world" at several speeches during the campaign. He said this because he has been trained to subdue the US by handing her over to the UN, slowly but surely. Everything he does, he has been prepared for in advance by his "handlers", namely, the CIA faction that is partnered with the Tri-lateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations. Excellent article! We can only pray that Judge Carter is for real, the truth comes out, and it brings Obama down. That certainly would put a huge wrinkle in their plans...maybe enough to derail it.
You know, after 9/11, the country was united and stood together. It has been almost 8 years and some of these same people have become complacent. I do think that Obama disastrous decisions and the country's sad state of affairs is in the process of waking a sleeping giant. Millions of people are taking notice...hopefully it's not too late.

It is not entirely complete - there are SO MANY MORE SCANDALS, errors, faux pas, stupid moves, horrible executive orders, terrible decisions etc. that could be mentioned. In fact, you can read about most of them here, here or here. Those links are just a few locations where you will find the truth about this despicable person and his evil cronies. But seeing this brief video of Obama saying one thing on the campaign trail, and doing quite the opposite once in office is very telling of what a narcissistic liar the man is. I wonder how many people are now realizing how very badly they were duped into voting for the usurper? How many are now seeing that the Lamestream Media will continue to prop up this teleprompter reading dummy and make it seem like his first 100 days have been successful?
Even other countries have noticed Obama's stupidity and incompetence!
Obama makes former President Bush look like a genius in comparison! Of course all presidents make mistakes. No president is perfect (Reagan was close and we now realize, more than ever, what a gem we had when he was our President!!!) but dare I say that Obama shows every indication that he is PURPOSELY TRYING TO DESTROY AMERICA!
On The Right Side of Life blog owner, Phil, has included commentary at the end of his post (above link) that reveals how obvious this is becoming. The proper name for Obama's terrible actions is called TREASON! Here's a copy of Phil's commentary:
Suffice it to say that issues such as eligibility are not going away. Furthermore, it is equally true and, I would wager, even more so if, in fact, this President truly does decide to shut down Guantanamo Bay, CIA “black” holding sites around the world, and otherwise continues to both signal and act in a way that severly diminishes America’s ability to protect and defend herself against her enemies, he will work this country towards being exceptionally exposed to attack.
And please do be aware of that, my fellow readers. While there is a difference between having an adversary (someone who merely disagrees with your stances) and having an enemy (someone who doesn’t just disagree with your viewpoint but is acting in some way to either specifically encumber you or, worse, destroy you), America doesn’t just exist because pieces of paper such as the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution say that it should.
Remember: any law that people make must be enforced. Otherwise, it is merely writing on a piece of paper that simply sounds good, chock full of good intentions. Laws must be enforced and, ultimately, the awesomely effective and efficient forces of the American military are her greatest offense and defense against her enemies.
Not only this, but whether the issue is eligibility or some other wrong that has been hoisted upon the American People and States can be quite easily rectified via the Bill of Rights. It must be understood by all that only States and the American People have rights; the federal government has none. The federal government only has those powers and authority specifically and expressly enumerated within the Constitution; any and all other such powers and authority are reserved to the States or the People to carry out.
Anyone is completely within their right to question their elected leadership anything they wish for the truth. To suggest that any such questioning is wrong or should be condemned is, in my opinion, being unpatriotic (after all, how else is one to hold those who govern us into account?) and being essentially treasonous.
“But, Phil, that’s such a strong word. How can someone be ‘treasonous’ if they’re saying that either you shouldn’t question politicians or that you’re wrong for doing so?” Quite simply, if the American People see wrongdoing on behalf of their elected leaders, and if the federal government will do nothing about it, and if the States aren’t doing anything about it, then, per the Bill of Rights — specifically the 10th Amendment — it is the obligation of the People to uphold the Constitution.
If the People do not uphold the Constitution against elected leaders who are acting unconstitutionally, then it is the People who are actually being treasonous, because it is expressly within their right to do so and subsequently can only blame themselves for such unconstitutional failings.
Even worse, when — not if — another terrorist attack befalls our great country, those who have not held their elected officials to account will have the blood of fellow Americans on their hands.
I think America’s founding fathers were absolutely serious about the type of government they were intending to form. It is the greatest and most demonstrative form of individual government ever created. Yet, if we, the People do not question for the truth, that government shall surely begin the process of disappearing from the earth.
Fortunately, there is a growing number of American citizens who are going to do everything in our collective power to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Obama's Unreciprocated Bow is Gesture of Subservience
Yesterday, I noticed that Alan Keyes was one of the first to blog about our usurper Resident Obama "bowing" before the Saudi king. Obama’s Bow- Protocol nod or wink of appeasement? Go to the link and see the photo and video in the sidebar. I just can't even bring myself to post it here.
My comment there:
Good post and excellent point, Dr. Keyes. I may have missed it, but I do not think that the video showed any of the other leaders bowing to the Saudi king.
How frightening it is to see how far we have come from "the American custom of refusing to bow or salute any foreign monarch" symbol of allegiance to America and the sovereignty policies from the past.
So many Americans are ignorant (unfortunately) about how certain acts look to the Arab and Muslim world. They might dismiss your very valid concerns here and claim that Obama was just being "respectful." Yeah...right.
When Obama made the mistake of saying he had visited "all 57 states" while campaigning for the presidential election, how many people in America realized that there are 57 Arab/Muslim states? And, recall his interview with George Stephanopoulos (sp?) where Obama stated, "my Muslim faith." No Christian that I know would ever have made such a mistake. Not even close. It was dismissed as a "slip of the tongue," but was it really?
My plan was to share the links to blog posts about this that I have since found in my sidebar. Instead, take a look at how many blogs are discussing this issue via this search titled, Obama bows to Saudi king.
There are probably hundreds, if not thousands of blog posts about this. However, I was curious to see what Jihad Watch had to say. They have the video up and have stated:

I doubt that they will share that such submission shown to this Saudi king is not only a breach of protocol but may symbolize something far worse in our Usurper-in-chief.

The old saying that one picture is worth a thousand words is actually amplified when it comes to cross-cultural communication. I have little doubt that the Muslim world's media will not be as circumspect as their American mainstream colleagues in displaying the demi-prostration of the American leader carrying the name Hussein to the guardian of Islam's holiest cities.
Until evidence is produced that Barack Obama habitually bows and bends his knee before others, I will have to assume that he meant this gesture to carry meaning. It is simply amazing to me that our media will not even present this image to the American public.

I cannot imagine the leader of the most powerful nation on earth could disgrace our country in this way unless he truly despised our position in the world.
Our media knows the symbolic significance of this- yet stands in allegiance to him. On January 20th the world became a very dangerous place compared to the day before, which was already dangerous, this gesture of subservience is a disgrace on a scale unimaginable.
The credibility of Sharia in the Muslim world must be skyrocketing today while the gaping vulnerability of the wrong person as US president is not lost on any friend or foe of America.

President Obama is on thin ice already. After just a few weeks in office he has made a series of embarrassing and unacceptable foreign affairs gaffes. It began when he insulted the Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso by not giving him a full joint press conference with flags. He repeated this mistake when he insulted the British Prime Minister Gordon Brown not long after. Not only did he deny the British PM a proper joint press conference but he also insulted him again with his thoughtless gift of 25 DVDs. The British PM gave Obama a pen holder carved from the wood of HMS Gannet - a Royal Navy anti-slavery ship, its commissioning
certificate and a first edition of a famous Churchill biography. In return,
Obama gave Brown 25 DVDs which do not even play on British machines.
To add insult to injury, the Obamas continued on their gaffe-strewn path to infamy when they visited the Queen at Buckingham Palace and Michelle Obama put her arm round the Queen and hugged her, which is not protocol at all. Then, President Obama bows to the King of Saudi Arabia, apparently without the faintest idea how this gesture would be received throughout the United States and the wider world.
It seems to clear that in 2010 the people of the United States owe it to
themselves to put GOP majorities in both the House and the Senate, and then in 2012 consign this one-term president to the same historical chapter as Buchanan, Harding and Carter before any more damage can be done.

i find this really quite disturbing and quite illuminating.I cannot believe this was a mistake,this was Obama bowing or if you like grovelling at the feet of a Islamic King.He did not bow to the Queen of England,oh no...only to his Islamic King.
Note Obama also met and spoke in Indonesian with the President of Indonesia and has committed to visiting Indonesia later this year the most populous Islamic state on earth.
Is this the "new world order" Obama speaks about so often now?

I have been pointing out this idiots socialistic ways and the policies his goons in Washingon are pushing through Congress and the House and the uninformed who put this fool in office cannot see the trees for the forest because they are all too busy watching American Idol and Dancing with the Stars to watch the news, read the paper and research what this traitor is doing to our country at lightening speed.

1. Bush wasn't being subservient by holding the man's hand while they walked.

Obama's Abysmal Lack of Discernment [Video Added]
Over at Gateway Pundit, I just read about Obama laughing during his 60 minutes interview. He laughs while our nation is in dire straits economically?? Even the interviewer couldn't believe it! He asked Obama, "are you punch-drunk?"
NOBama acts like a freakin' baby! He has a spiritual shallowness that shows his abysmal lack of discernment. We are seeing this phony deteriorate right before our very eyes.
Why does he keep appearing on news and talk shows? He is self-seeking for his own feelings and experiences. A narcissist at the core!
Think about it people. An infant is completely self-centered. The characteristic that is most descriptive of an infant is selfishness. They scream if they don't get what they want when they want it (forcing Congress to pass his stupid StimuWASTE and OmniBUST bills) - without even reading them??
All that ObamaFRAUD is aware of is his own needs and desires. Who in their right mind would say "gallows humor" when a reporter confronts him about laughing while our economy is in crisis? It is unconscionable to me that we haven't thrown his a** out of office already!
Just like an infant, Obama can't help others. He never says thanks for anything and can't give what is needed to fix this economy. So what does he do? He stays in "campaign mode" and tries to keep his "celebrity idol" image intact. I'm telling you people, his development is so lagging that I don't think we will ever see him get past the stage of helpless selfishness.

Guess I just needed to vent. I am finding it very difficult to hold back my anger at Obama for the many ways that he is utilizing to try and destroy our great country!
Please God - have mercy on us and save us from this disastrous man and give our nation a REAL, GENUINE LEADER FOR PRESIDENT!!

The reason the media isn't discussing Natural Born eligibility is that it is a question of natural law.
That means there is no code or statute defining natural born, but the body of the law and natural concept accepted as true and immutable.
An example is a natural death, versus murder.
If you research the media, the Birth Certificate proves Obama was born in United States and is therefore a 'natural born' citizen. However, the Hawaiian C.O.L.B. is NOT the birth certificate, and because of Hawaiian law there may not even be a Hawaiian birth certificate.
Some are so loose with the law that they call any child born in the U.S. natural born . . . that includes 'border babies' of illegal alien mothers. Some say the 14th Amendment defines natural born citizens, but the authors of the 14th Amendment say otherwise.

Why Republicans Must Take This Issue Seriously
It is one thing when President Bush authorized monies for a Toxic Asset Repurchase Plan (TARP). Those funds, if applied judiciously, could leverage by a factor of over 2:1 an MBS bundle’s value from 20 cents to over 70 cents on the dollar. The banks also needed emergency injection of liquidity in order to continue daily business.
It is another, more serious concern when a president rams through trillions in expenditures, who, when state senator of Illinois made it a practice to legislate for his cronies monies that essentially evaporated. From $100,000 for a neighborhood park, to millions wasted on substandard Section 8 housing, the money was essentially stolen. The so-called ‘Stimulus Plan’ is no different. It will evaporate, leaving only an indelible stain of debt.
The trillions Obama is adding to the federal budget is not productive. Our monetary system based on debt relies on productivity and job creation. The money supply grows and the credit system stays healthy when profits refill the banking system.
In the summer, just prior to the November, 2008 elections, N.Y. Senator Chuck Schumer released proprietary information about IndyMac’s bank insolvency. He started a run on the banks which by autumn revealed decades of bad mortgages made through Fannie Mae and the Community Reinvestment Act. The housing bubble burst. The Democrats blamed President Bush and took the presidency and control of congress. The Democrats had been lining their pockets with Fannie Mae bonuses and political contributions for years, and then used the fraudulent profits and economic downturn to steal the 2008 election.
Now, President Barack Hussein Obama, one of the top benefactor’s of Fannie Mae political contributions, is raiding the U.S. Treasury as never done before. That money will evaporate, creating only temporary work and political bribes called earmarks.
The United States will be insolvent and uncreditworthy before the next congressional elections.
Wait Two-Years, or Act Now
In his first month in office, Barack Hussein Obama has passed a spending bill of such proportions that the United States is essentially bankrupted. More spending is on the way. Immigration Reform, ACORN raking in billions, Hamas getting a billion, neutered justice department oversight, federalization of medical insurance, and other ‘transformations’ are on the fast track.
Republicans are re-grouping in hopes of retaking congress in 2010. That is passive-aggressive and, with the pace of Democrat ‘transformations,’ may be too little and too late.
Fortunately, the Republicans are united as never seen before. Except for three senators, every Republican representative, plus some Democrats, voted against a spending bill that the authors wouldn’t even allow them to read, let alone debate.
Time is the enemy, and Republicans stunned and sidelined in the legislative process like third-string towel boys, are desperately starting to grab Democrat earmarks in hopes of saving their seats.
What Can Be Done Now?
An issue that can be addressed now is a congressional investigation of Barack Obama’s Article II ‘natural born’ eligibility. Brought up in congress, it just might stop the Democrat spending juggernaut. If blocked by Democrats, the Republicans can go forward independently as an ad hoc caucus.
If this question is addressed in caucus or conference, an injunction may be obtained in court, or through the court of public opinion. If not stopped completely, at least this headlong rush to insolvency and socialism can be hobbled.
