Obama Releases "Long Form" Birth Certificate? [Update 3 5/2/11]

What a surprise! Barack Hussein Obama has now released his vault length long form Certificate of Live Birth! After 2 1/2 years, doesn't it seem strange that he would do this? Why here? Why now? In particular, why TODAY?

I'm glad that the author put a question mark at the end of his blog post title. I will do the same! Be sure to read the comments there! Eye opening - to say the least!

How ironic that Glenn Beck claimed that the birth certificate issue is, and would continue to be, a huge distraction. While I may not agree with him entirely, I DO AGREE that the choice of releasing it TODAY, in particular, is very, very suspicious. Why? One commentator at Legal Insurrection tells us:

1. It looks nothing like the Nordyke Certificate.
2. The BC is irrelevant -- the issue is one of "Natural Born", and as his father was not a US citizen, he does not meet that proof.
3. The pressure is getting to the WH. His internal poll #'s must be even lower than what the lapdog media is reporting.

This is an Administration which EXCELS at misdirection.

My comment is still in moderation over there (as of 7:34 a.m. PT), but this is basically what I wrote:

Uh oh.... this COLB also states that Kenyan born Obama Sr's race is "African." Back in 1961, that "politically correct" description wasn't used for race. If authentic, it would have read "black" or "negro."

Even so, the TRUE eligibility question is not being answered. If Obama's biological father was Obama Sr., we know for a fact that Obama Sr. never became a United States Citizen. Therefore, with a foreign father, Obama Jr. cannot possibly be a natural born citizen of the United States of America.

If Obama's father was someone other than Obama Sr. and that person was (is) a U.S. Citizen, then Obama would be eligible but his past would be revealed as a fairy tale lie.

Checked again and the comment is now posted over at Legal Insurrection:

Uh oh....this one also states father's race as "African." Back in 1961, RACE would have been written "black" or "negro," wouldn't it?

Plus, since his father was born in Kenya and never became a U.S. Citizen, this certificate also proves that Obama Jr. could not be a natural born citizen of the United States of America and thus he is, and ever shall be, ineligible for POTUS. That is, unless this COLB is a fake and the biological father is someone other than Obama Sr.
THE RELEVANT OBAMA ADMISSION
At Barack Obama’s web site, the following admission:

“FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship

‘When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children…’ “

Read that last line again.

“That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children…”

That’s an admission that Great Britain “governed the status” of Barack Obama, Jr. He has chosen to highlight this on his own volition.

And this leads to the relevant question:

HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’S STATUS BE “GOVERNED” BY GREAT BRITAIN?

A natural born citizen’s status should only be governed by the United States.

The problem with this “new” birth certificate is that it’s well….NEW.


It lists his birthday as August 4, 1961, then list his fathers native country as Kenya. The problem with that is Kenya didn’t exist until 1963, it was British East Africa or East Africa Protectorate until then. It also lists the hospital of his birth as Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, which didn’t exist until 1978. Prior to that time it was Kauaikeolani Children’s Hospital. It’s is also dated April 25, 2011 with Dr. Alvin T. Onaka signing to the stamp of ” I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file in the Hawaii Department of State Health”. Being an abstract does not mean it real or official, it means it matches what is in the electronic system, which would have been put in some time after 1978 because of the hospital name, and as recently as April 25, 2011 because of the date, or any time in between.

Herman Cain Opens Up About Obama [Update]

I became interested in learning more about possible presidential candidate Herman Cain when he was endorsed by Sarah Palin.

Mr. Cain discusses the fact that he wants Obama's eligibility proof because he himself is willing and able to produce his own long form COLB. You can read the entire interview here:

One point that Cain hit upon has been utmost in my mind ever since Obama came onto the national scene. I have had many of my own questions about how Obama mistreats Christianity and disregards our Christian heritage. I think that it is appalling how he mistreats Christians who adhere to Bible-based faith and happen to be Conservative in their morals and values. Obama's fuzzy faith is highly apparent in all of the things that he does (omitting "Creator" three times from the Declaration of Independence), as well as the things he doesn't do (Read the Bible or go to church regularly).

The initial reason why I could never vote for Obama for office was the fact that his ideology was so rabidly pro-death to unborn babies that he voted against the Born Alive Infants Protection Act of 2000 - legislation that allowed medical personel to give medical care to babies born as a result of a botched abortion attempt. The second reason that I could never vote for him was because I perceived him as being such an overtly fake Christian. It appears that Herman Cain sees right through his facade as well.

How many social security numbers do you have? Obama has no less than four dozen!

This being the case, I asked Daniels to guide me through the data mine field and help me ascertain what we know for sure about the world's best-known Social Security number – 042-68-4425.

"All I can say," says Daniels of 042-68-4425, "is that it's phony and [Obama] has been using it, with it first appearing on his Selective Service document in 1980."

Daniels sent me a copy of the hand-written application of the individual who held the number immediately before Obama's, 042-68-4424. The applicant, Thomas Wood, died at age 19, which is why his information is available.

Wood's Social Security number was issued sometime between March and May of 1977. Obama would turn 16 in August of that year. Wood lived on Glenview Drive in Newington, Conn., the state from which all "042s" applied. Obama lived in Hawaii.

True to form, the left-leaning media set out to undermine the Social Security controversy and ridicule the investigators. Revealing, however, is the weakness of the response.

"Numbers are assigned based on the return address on the request envelope, not residency," crowed Jason Linkins in the Huffington Post as though he had said something meaningful. Linkins suggested two possible explanations, both preposterous.

One is that Obama applied for his SSN as a little boy in Indonesia for no known reason, and the application just happened to be processed in Connecticut for no known reason either.

For the second, Linkins cited the argument of Carole Glibert, in the Yahoo-related "Associated Content." Said Gilbert, presumably with a straight face, "In fact, Barack Obama's dad attended college in Connecticut and in 1977, Obama was college aged; is it beyond reason to consider that he might have checked out his father's alma mater?"

Last time I checked, Harvard was in Massachusetts. The closest town to Harvard in Connecticut is about 90 minutes away, and there is no record that Obama Sr. lived there, let alone that Obama visited his imaginary alma mater and just happened to apply for a Social Security card while visiting.

Daniels also sent me a copy of Obama's Selective Service data. Obama appears to have registered on Sept. 4, 1980, a month after his 19th birthday. The form lists the telling last four digits of his "042" number, "4425."

This is the first use of the "042" number that Daniels could find. She is just not sure it is legitimate. Some have credibly argued that the Selective Service information was forged and backdated once Obama became a presidential candidate.

"They were stupid to use the CT number on the [Selective Service] card," Daniels adds, "because now there is no way for [Obama] to back out of that number."

Other than the 1980 Selective Service registration, the first time Daniels could find Obama using the "042" number was in 1986 in Chicago.


As to how Obama may have secured that number, it is possible that he turned to his radical friends for advice.

"We invented all kinds of ways to obtain false identity papers, and got busy building multiple sets of ID for each of us and for every contingency," writes Bill Ayers of his years in the Weather Underground. "We soon figured out that the deepest and most foolproof ID had a government-issued Social Security card at its heart."

For the record, Ayers appears to have commuted between his wife and children in Chicago and Columbia University in New York from 1984 to 1987. Obama left New York, where he, too, had attended Columbia University, and arrived in Chicago in 1985.

Daniels and Sankey have tracked Obama's many uses of the "042" number in Chicago, in Massachusetts and in Washington. Others numbers appear with the "Obama" name, but Daniels cautions against attributing these numbers – with the exception of those from Obama's college days at Occidental – to the president.

From Daniels' perspective, one felonious use of a fraudulent number is enough. She believes this to be a more tangible scandal than the birth certificate and wonders when someone beyond WND will start paying attention.

Regular readers here may have noticed the increased hits here at Talk Wisdom over the past several weeks. One of the most frequent searches that lead people here is the phrase, "the meaning of Christmas."

How sad is it to realize that people have to search for the answer to such an obvious question these days? I could understand people needed to learn about it in a Muslim country, but here in America?

When I was growing up, EVERYONE knew the true meaning of Christmas - even if they weren't necessarily believers.

The second most frequent search that leads new visitors here is the phrase (or something similar), "LTC Terry Lakin."

I have just read THE best article on this brave man's challenge - LTC Terrence Lakin - for proof of Obama's eligibility to be POTUS and Lakin's subsequent court martial hearing for disobeying orders over at American Thinker: Crucible of a Hero.

This has to be one of those rare times that I have seriously considered printing out and framing a blog post!

I find it interesting that Fox News.com is reporting on this story today. Could it be for the reason that LTC Lakin has pleaded guilty to one of the charges against him and now admits that he used the wrong venue to bring forward the question of Obama's eligibility and unreleased documents that would have proved to all of America whether or not Obama is a natural born citizen?

The article is quite fair in that it DOES mention the fact that natural born citizenship is necessary for an American citizen to hold the office of POTUS. However, it would have been a stronger argument if it had mentioned that Obama's (supposed) biological father was Kenyan and NEVER became a U.S. citizen. That is the entire crux of the matter. As I have posted on my sidebar:

All that we know (via several judges statements) is that if Obama's records were released, it would have been "an embarrassment" for him. Embarrassed about what? Could you imagine if George W. Bush hid his bona fides and a court judge declared that releasing them would cause embarrassment to him how the libtards and the media of mass deception would have reacted? Keith Olberdummy's head would have exploded!

Unfortunately the "birther" issue and the focus on the hidden vault-length COLB can (and has been) used as a distraction against the REAL issue. No matter what Obama's B.C. says or where he was, in fact, born; if Obama Sr. is Barack's biological dad, there is NO WAY that Obama Jr. could possibly be a natural born citizen of the United States of America. At best, he is a naturalized citizen. At worse, (in the case of him never being naturalized) he is an illegal alien. The only other possible explanations (in my mind) are that Obama's biological father was not Obama Sr., or, the box on the original vault-length COLB was left blank. Does anyone have any other possible explanations for hiding his records?

All of the court cases that have been dismissed with the lawyerese excuse of "not having standing" is a travesty of justice, IMHO. It may have been legal to do so, but obviously not an ethical move. Big surprise...huh? America is filled with unethical judges, lawyers and law clerks.

The cover-up of Obama's bona fides is being tracked by the Library of Congress via The Obama File. If you will notice, the site was selected (way back in 2008) by the Library of Congress for inclusion in their historic collection on the Obama years:

Question: Why would this site be selected if it was not considered a "legitimate collection of Internet materials" about Obama?

One day, all (or most) will be revealed about Obama and I'm sure that if America survives the Obama years, WE THE PEOPLE will have witnessed the closest attempt to take over and overthrow our Constitutional Republic and make our nation into a terrible progressive, Neo-Marxist utopia doomed for the same failure as every other nation that embraced national socialism (a.k.a. Nazism), Marxism, and/or communism.

God help us until this corrupto-crat is removed or voted out of office!

The comments over at Fox News.com are quite interesting. A lot of libtards have invaded and are busy spewing their hate-filled rhetoric against LTC Lakin. One day, when Obama bona fides are revealed, Dr. LTC Lakin will be recognized as a hero for what he did to expose the truth about Obama. It may take a long time, but he will be exonerated - no matter what the Army chooses to do regarding this court-martial.

Lakin was not allowed to defend himself. He (wrongly) thought his court martial would not be a kangaroo court.

Of course, if his judge Col. Denise Lind had allowed Lakin to defend himself, that would have ended her political career. I am sure it was an easy decision for her: Lakin or her. She had to make sure it was a kangaroo court.

Is This Justice? Or, Just Fixed?

If you were to ask me if Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin is being given justice, I would have to answer with A BIG FAT NO!!

Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin, a distinguished Army flight surgeon, is "certain" to be convicted of disobeying orders, according to his lawyer, Neil Puckett.

LTC Lakin will go on trial December 14 for refusing to deploy with his unit to Afghanistan. The senior officer questioned the legal validity of his orders because they originate ultimately with President Barack Obama, whose eligibility to serve as commander in chief under article II of the U.S. Constitution remains unproven.

"Based on the evidence available, his conviction is certain," Puckett told WND. "He has no affirmative defense for the offenses he committed."

"There is not much left to do" in defense of his client, Puckett said. Lakin's previous defense counsel, Paul Jensen, already "sought discovery of documents, and to introduce evidence and expert witnesses, but the judge shut down all those efforts."

What is this? Nazi Germany??

I'm not a lawyer, but I must admit that I have never heard of a judge "shutting down all efforts" for a person to present evidence in his defense.

During a September hearing, Colonel Denise Lind, the judge in the case, censored the last remaining arguments Lakin planned to make in his defense: motive and duty. Lakin had intended to explain his motive for disobeying the order and contend that it was his duty as a good soldier to disobey orders that he believed to be illegal.

Lind also rejected defense requests to call as witnesses Ambassador Alan Keyes and retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney. Keyes was to explain the constitutional issues involved in the case, and McInerney was to talk about the training soldiers receive regarding when they should question and even disobey orders.

Stripped by the court of all possible defenses that might have justified his actions, Lakin has no chance of prevailing at trial.

To me, this is a very strange turn of events. Perhaps the military "justice" system can legally twist things in order to do this to an honorable army surgeon, but is it right? I certainly don't think so!

Once guilt or innocence has been determined by his jurors, the trial will move to a presentencing hearing, when Lakin will have an unfettered opportunity to introduce mitigating evidence that might justify his disobedience in spite of Judge Lind's limitations on the scope of the trial.

"If he were to be convicted, he would have an open microphone to talk to the panel of jurors," said Puckett.

An open microphone to talk to the panel of jurors might break the eligibility issue wide open. Unless the Lamestream media still refuses to cover it.

I agree with the conclusion of the article:

"Every American should support Lakin," said Arizona organizer Jeff Lichter, a retired high school physical education teacher. "Don't we all have a simple right to ask who our president is? Is he legitimate, is he qualified? That's all Terry is asking. He has every right to ask the question, he asked it for a long time before he went public.

"They're not even going to allow him to put up any evidence, We feel the trial is already rigged, and they're denying him his due process rights, He's been denied access to records in Hawaii. He's been told by Judge Lind that the orders he's refusing to obey came from the Pentagon, not the commander in chief, so his question whether the commander in chief is eligible is irrelevant. It's ridiculous. It's all fixed."

Lichter's rallies will take place at the state offices of Arizona Republican senators John McCain, and Richard Kyl, and U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz.

"We have 535 congressmen and none are ready to ask for an investigation of this issue? We just want these officials who have not kept their oaths to defend the constitution. They're not doing it," said Lichter.

"Nobody has been able to break what's apparently a cover-up of this issue. We want people to know about this in spite of the media blackout."

How eerie it is to realize that the silence of all of the media (except maybe some talk radio hosts and Internet blogs/websites) about this particular case is absolutely deafening! Just who or what is keeping every one in the Lamestream media muzzled about this? They must be very rich, powerful, and dangerous. They must be wielding quite the heavy hammer over the heads of every newscaster, political pundit, politician, and American who refuses to discuss it in this land in order to pull off this stunt!

Citizen Wells has a post up in which he questions whether or not Glenn Beck is a hypocrite. Why? Because Beck's The Blaze website has no information about the case, no mention of Lt. Col Lakin, or any of the other military personnel who are questioning Obama eligibility.

On the other hand, if the Supreme Court doesn't take the case, then in my own mind, I will have to come to one of two conclusions. Perhaps there are more choices in the matter (please share if you have another idea), but the following two make the most sense to me.

1. The devastating choice is that the United States of America has already been taken over by covert hostile measures and therefore all of the checks and balances which would allow us to question and present evidence about Obama's ineligibility will always be halted and/or doomed to failure.

2. The second choice is that "the powers that be" already know who Obama's biological father is, and it isn't Barrack Hussein Obama Sr. Speculation has been presented many times at this blog, and other blogs that Obama is actually the "secret" son of either Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X. Either of these men would mean that Obama does qualify as a natural born citizen which is required by the U.S. Constitution.

Some day the truth will come out. I don't know when, but it inevitably does.

I would rather the truth to be closer to choice #2 (above), because choice #1 is indeed the scarier scenario.

I recall reading that someone stated that "if the truth came out about Obama's long-form birth certificate, it would be embarrassing for him."

Hmmm....

Whatever he is hiding, whether it would prove him to be constitutionally ineligible for the office of the presidency; or, just the fact that he would be found as a big fat liar and swindler to the American people about his past (gaining millions from the fake stories that were ghost-written about Obama by Bill Ayers in his books) - either case would indeed be highly embarrassing. But the first one choice is definitely an impeachable and resignation-required "embarrassment."

Bloggers all over the world have written about Obama's ineligibility (if Obama Sr. is indeed his biological father). I have made online friends from other countries, like New Zealand, Australia, and Canada etc. because of our postings on this topic over the past two years. Isn't it time for the truth to be told?

It is my sincere hope that tomorrow will end up being THE day of reckoning for Obama that so many Americans are waiting for. If the truth is finally revealed, then what Obama uttered in that speech so long ago - "this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal" - might FINALLY come to fruition. Just not in the same manner that Obama was thinking it would happen!

The Supreme Court conferred today on whether arguments should be heard on the merits of Kerchner v. Obama, a case challenging whether President Barack Obama is qualified to serve as president because he may not be a "natural-born citizen" as required by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

Unlike other eligibility cases that have reached the Supreme Court, Kerchner vs. Obama focuses on the "Vattel theory," which argues that the writers of the Constitution believed the term "natural-born citizen" to mean a person born in the United States to parents who were both American citizens.

"This case is unprecedented," said Mario Apuzzo, the attorney bringing the suit. "I believe we presented an ironclad case. We've shown standing, and we've shown the importance of the issue for the Supreme Court. There's nothing standing in their way to grant us a writ of certiorari."

If the Supreme Court decides to grant the "writ of certiorari," it may direct a federal trial court in New Jersey to hear the merits of the case, or it may choose to hear the merits itself. The court's decision on the writ could be announced as early as Wednesday.

If any court hears the merits of the case, Apuzzo says it will mark the "death knell" for Obama's legitimacy.

"Given my research of what a natural-born citizen is, he cannot be a natural-born citizen so it's a death knell to his legitimacy. What happens on a practical level, how our political institutions would work that out, is something else," Apuzzo told WND.

Apuzzo observed it is "undisputed fact" that Obama's father was a British subject.

A hearing on the merits "is also a death knell because it would allow discovery so we would be able to ask him for his birth certificate, and we don't know what that would show," according to Apuzzo. "We might not even get to the question of defining 'natural-born citizen.' If he was not born in the U.S., he'd be undocumented, because he's never been naturalized. We don't even know what his citizenship status is. Hawaii has said they have his records, but that's hearsay. We have not seen the root documents."

We know that these two sects within the Islam have been at each others throats for centuries. I'm also wondering if that American Born "radical cleric" [more specifically - RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORIST] Anwar al Awlaki is Sunni or Shiite?

Why Pelosi and Germond Signed a Different Certificate of Nomination for Hawaii***

Based on the outstanding research by blogger jbjd here, here, here, and here, Canada Free Press broke a story showing that Nancy Pelosi and Alice Travers Germond , as representatives of the Democratic National Committee, had signed one Certificate of Nomination for Obama and Biden that was sent to 49 states, and another that was sent only to Hawaii. Only the certificate sent to Hawaii included a statement that Obama and Biden were Constitutionally qualified to serve as President and Vice-President.

That certificate of nomination for Hawaii is the ONLY statement in this nation signed by somebody besides Obama which claims that Obama is Constitutionally eligible to be President. Contrary to arguments that Congress certified Obama’s eligibility when they certified the results of the electoral vote, neither representatives of Congress nor any Secretary of State has signed a legal document saying that Obama is eligible. This one oath by Pelosi and Germond is the only legal claim that Obama’s eligibility was verified.

And there is a huge story about how this particular certificate came to be, which the House Ethics Committee, every state Attorney General, and the public at large need to know.

First off, they need to know that the Hawaii Department of Health has confirmed that neither Pelosi nor Germond, nor any leader of either the Democratic National Committee or the Hawaii Democratic Party, has ever even asked to see Obama’s birth certificate. So Pelosi and Germond did not sign this document because they saw a certified copy from the HDOH office. And in fact, if they had seen anything from the HDOH office they would have known his Hawaii birth certificate has been amended and has no legal value.

It’s been removed from the web, but shortly after CFP published their original article about the Certificates of Nomination, somebody claiming to represent the DNC stated on a discussion board that the DNC relies on the state parties to verify Constitutional eligibility for candidates, so the oath by Pelosi and Germond would just confirm that the state democratic parties had confirmed the Constitutional eligibility of the candidates.

But this is where the argument totally falls apart, because the Hawaii Democratic Party actually ignored their protocols in 2008 in order to specifically NOT certify Obama’s eligibility as they had done for candidates in the past. IOW, if Pelosi based her decision to certify on whether the state party would confirm eligibility, then she had a duty to NOT certify Obama’s eligibility, because the democratic party of the state supposedly holding Obama’s birth certificate REFUSED TO CERTIFY Obama’s eligibility.

Yes, I do remember him. He’s pretty busy these days but I’ve been in contact with him in the past. His postings of the 2000 and 2004 DNC and HDP certifications were what enabled me to start making the connections that led to my own research on this. It’s neat how each person plays a role, and how interconnected it all is. I love it that we need each other, and that it helps us stand firm together. The worst feeling in the world is feeling totally alone. Divided we fall.

Hawaii doesn’t care whether it’s the state or national party that certifies eligibility, as long as somebody does it. It really shouldn’t matter either way because in order to be compliant with the DNC rules the Constitutional eligibility requirements have to be met, but there’s always the legal wrangling over whether somebody having to be eligible means that somebody has to CHECK whether he’s eligible. To sign an oath means you bear witness to the fact that you KNOW something to be true. There is no way ANYBODY could know Obama was Constitutionally eligible – if for no other reason than he has no legally-determined birth facts based on the Hawaii BC. The only way Pelosi and Germond could know Obama is even old enough is if they saw his Kenyan BC (in which case they would also know he was not a natural born US citizen) or if they required Obama to submit his amended BC to a judicial or administrative person or body so the probative value could be determined.

I just read this morning that SC requires Constitutional eligibility to be verified, and that the SC Democratic Party certified that. So I need to get the links for that and update the post to reflect that there is one other claim of Obama’s eligibility being verified. But the SC Dem Party has the same dilemma as Pelosi and everybody else: an amended BC has no legal evidentiary value so if they saw the BC they knew they couldn’t certify anything, and if they didn’t see it then they were swearing they knew the truth of something they couldn’t possibly know the truth of.

That amendment screws up every legal argument these people might try to make, because it means that Obama has no legally valid birth certificate claiming he was born in Hawaii.

The only defense I could offer for Chief Justice Roberts is if he and the other members of SCOTUS have been told that if they ruled wrongly Soros and the Islamists would create a financial panic which would destroy the entire world economy. I know it sounds crazy. I’m still mulling it through in my mind, but there’s a lot that would be explained if such a thing was the case – not the least of which are the blatant breaches of judicial ethics on the part of at least SCOTUS and Judge Carter, if not also Judge Robertson, and the obviously bad judicial reasoning used in the various cases. When somebody as ignorant as me can spot the legal inconsistencies and violations of precedent, you know it’s blatant.

And these judges doing these blatant acts may be their way of signaling that their decisions are being made under duress. Putting in a zinger so people will smell a rat and know something’s not right. A lot of us are infuriated by those zingers, but that may be exactly what the judges need us to be, might be what they’re aiming for – not to deliberately make us mad, but to give us ammunition to show that the decisions and process are corrupted.

The people arguing that those zingers are actually wise or ethical are Obots counting on people to not check out the code of judicial ethics or the precedents or actual laws being ruled on. What serious attorney would be caught dead supporting Robertson’s claim that a case was frivolous because the issue had already been Twittered? Using Twitters to make a decision would be a breach of judicial ethics – ex parte communications. Every law scholar knows that, and not one serious law scholar would be caught dead supporting Robertson’s decision.

Robertson is stupid and crooked enough that he might possibly have made a stupid argument (he is, after all, one of Clinton’s “Magnificent Seven” who have conspired to take the cases to protect Clinton’s political buddies) but to use what is such a blatant violation of ex parte rules is beyond mere stupidity. It could only be a deliberate red flag, obvious because of its absurdity and illegality.

SCOTUS having a private meeting with Obama when cases involving him were pending is another breach of ethics, and I can’t help but wonder if it’s a red flag put out to show the world something is wrong. Sort of like Alito apparently pretending to Orly Taitz that he knew nothing of the eligibility cases even though Thomas later mentioned in an unsolicited, serious comment (later covered by a smile) that SCOTUS had been evading the eligibility issue. They knew these cases were before them, and Alito acting ignorant threw up red flags; Orly immediately questioned whether the SCOTUS clerk had hidden information from the justices. Scalia’s red flag was perceived, which may be exactly what he hoped for, doing the only thing he thought he could to protest what they’ve done while Soros holds a gun to the neck of the country and threatens to shoot if SCOTUS doesn’t obey orders.

So I’m going to withhold judgment on SCOTUS. I have a nagging feeling that they’ve been shown that Soros and the Islamists have a gun to the nation’s economic neck, which will be fatally fired if SCOTUS doesn’t dance the charade Soros tells them to dance.

Demand for Documentation From Obama

WorldNetDaily reports: Officer's defense team demanding Obama docs. In my opinion, if Lt. Col. Lakin doesn't have standing to demand that Obama turn over his documents to prove that he is eligible to hold the office of POTUS, then it would appear to be obvious that in the ObaMarxist land of tyranny, no one has standing.

The key defense attorney for an Army officer being put on trial for refusing orders he views as suspect because of the possibility Barack Obama is not eligible to be commander-in-chief is demanding documentation from the president.

On the G. Gordon Liddy radio show today, Paul Rolf Jensen said the request for "discovery" in the Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin case – the access by the defense to documentation in the government's possession that could help its case – is being submitted.

Jensen had been asked whether there is a legal basis for denying a defendant on trial on criminal charges legitimate access to documentation that would prove his case.

"We are today officially requesting that discovery," Jensen said. "If the government refuses to give it to us, then we will, a week from today, file a motion to compel discovery.

"I can't think of a single reason why the judge would take the government's position," he said.

The controversy stems from the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

A number of challenges and lawsuits have been based on the constitutional requirement, some alleging Obama does not qualify because he was not born in Hawaii in 1961 as he claims. Others say he fails to qualify because he was a dual citizen of the U.S. and the United Kingdom when he was born, and the framers of the Constitution specifically excluded dual citizens from eligibility.

Complicating the issue is the fact that besides Obama's actual birth documentation, he has concealed documentation including his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, baptism records and his adoption records.

Lakin declined to follow deployment orders after he tried through military channels to affirm the validity of orders under Obama's command and was rebuffed. He had been scheduled to deploy to Afghanistan again.

Lakin is not the first officer to raise questions. Others have included Army doctor Capt. Connie Rhodes and Army reservist Maj. Stefan Cook. But Lakin is the first active-duty officer to raise the question.

In at least one of the earlier disputes, the Army simply canceled the orders rather than allow the argument to come to a head.

The issue of discovery in such a dispute is critical. The multitude of civil cases that have been brought over the Obama eligibility dispute all have failed to reach that process because of federal judges who have ruled on issues generally involving "standing." The judges have concluded that damages from an ineligible president suffered by the plaintiffs would not be more for them than any other member of the public, so there is not a specific damage or danger.

Jensen has explained that the Lakin case is different, since his client is being processed on criminal charges over the issue – a status that puts him in imminent danger of specific and personal "damages."

The courts already have shown a weakness on the subject of Obama's records. The discovery-of-evidence issue previously was raised in court by attorney John Hemenway, who was threatened by a federal judge with sanctions for bringing a court challenge to Obama's presidency.

Hemenway is serving in emeritus status with the SafeguardOurConstitution website, which is generating support for Lakin. Hemenway brought a previous court challenge, now on appeal, on behalf of a retired military officer, Gregory S. Hollister, who questioned Obama's eligibility.

This Hillary Clinton supporter seems fitting in following up Bill Clinton's comment in 2008 in Africa that pointed the direction at Obama was illegitimate to be President.

The Clinton's have known for years that Obama was undocumented, but were facing the reality of what happened earlier in Bill had sold uranium out from under the European cartel to the Chinese.

The cartel found it necessary to punish the Clintons and the deal was blackmail in those criminal charges against Sen. Hillary Clinton in New York were dropped, and she could run in 2008, be humiliated, but upon redeeming herself as a good soldier and Bill humiliated as a racist about that "bright boy", would be allowed back in to be Sec. of State.

The Clinton's have been hovering around since then waiting for the RFK betrayal of LBJ as Obama's poll numbers plummet like Johnson's did.

It is not a stretch in Obama stating he would not run again in being a reality of all of this blackmail as Obama appears to have figured out his time is short, he is no longer worth anything after handing trillions over to the European cartel, and the best he can hope for is fleeing the scene with either Hillary or the GOP signing off not to expose all of this illegality "for the good of the country".

As was exclusive here, in laying out Joe Sestak is nothing but a political officer working for the Clintons, the entire Richard III play is being acted out before American eyes.

What I find most reprehensible in this, are the long list of conspirators in this, which include Republican governor Linda Lingle. This traitor to John McCain and Sarah Palin with the entire American nation for her pathetic criminal state is on the same level with Chris Matthew's toe jam.

Hawaii as this blog exclusively reported has been a criminal clearing house for illegals for a generation, which had to do with federal subsidies in welfare. They registered everything that moved and made Americans out of foreigners, and the biggest fraud was B. Hussein Obama.

In legal terms, every Sec. of State who illegally certified Obama without proof of natural born Citizenship is guilty of sedition, and that includes the entire Congress and those 5 liberal traitors on the Supreme Court led by Anthony Kennedy voting with the Obama pack of treachery.

This blog has the glaring exclusive question which no one has asked Gov. Linda Lingle and state and national Hawaiian government that in light of all the bribes Obama handed out on Obamacare, Romanoff, Sestak, Johnson, Biden etc... just what did Linda Lingle get from Obama as a bribe to instigate this cover up?

We know Hawaii was held up as a model for national health care, which was an absolute fraud, but something glaring has come out in Obama has been pushing in stealth with the Hawaiians a Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization.

And what in the heck is that?

Well first it was hid in an almost trillion dollar Pentagon funding bill. Odd place to put something like that isn't it?

What this is, is what the Bureau of Indian Affairs has been for over a century is a money pit for swindlers who will now give "Native American Rights" to Hawaiians, who already are Americans.
If you look around America in the mafia Indian casinos making a fortune, this is what is up with this cash cow on many fronts. Literally by this bill, these Hawaiians are now recognized as a separate people, can issue their own passports and are a nation inside yet outside these United States.

This is a bribe to vote Democratic for another Obama cash cow faction like Mexican illegals in SEIU unions.

Linda Lingle was against this Obama sedition of America, but yet she is covering up Obama's past.

In searching for links, Linda Lingle surprised this blog in being Hawaii's first Jewish Governor. Considering the immense secular Jewish support for Obama in 2008, and David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel are Ashkenaz, this appears the most logical link with a Haaretz quote:

I thought Linda Lingle was an American, an American Governor, so what is she making statements to Jews about concerning Israeli leverages issues within the executive office?

I frankly in my various heritage backgrounds have never once looked at any Presidential Candidate on the grounds of how they would treat my Eurasian roots.
Linda Lingle did, so is it possible that somewhere in the secular Jewish Government of the State of Israel, that a deal was set where Lingle would hide Obama's missing birth certificate in exchange for quid pro quo to the Israeli state, allowing Obama to make coup attempts to install Ehud Barak?

B. Hussein Obama and his cast of crooks has shown that bribery is the first choice and only choice in dealing with his crimes. This blog submits the evidence looks like the Democrats were bought off on the "native" cash cow money flow, and Lingle signed off on this for some Jewish state perks.
That is of course if she doesn't end up with a bag full of Obama bucks or some other offered up job that Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Joseph Farah or Aaron Klein are not going to stumble upon now.

Linda Lingle could have done all this to stop embarrassment for Hawaii certifying a fraud. She could have also just as easily had a Sestak moment, as Obama did jet to Hawaii after Gram was dead for some missing reason, and then left Madelyn in a crypt for months until he got around to another rose toss.

Tim Adams charges now place multiple felonies, conspiracy against these United States and other frauds on the indictment of Linda Lingle. She knowingly conspired and did this, as Tim Adams states there is no Obama birth certificate after his working in the elections there.

It is obvious what Hawaiian Democrats got as a bribe from Obama. The question is now what bribe did Linda Lingle get to sell out America?

Certainly explains a lot about this mystery, doesn't it?

Previously, I included a link to a detailed report about the fact that the Hawaiian Government Officials have been covering up the decades old habit of issuing birth certificates (without documented proof through the existence of vault-length COLB) for foreign-born children entering the state. It is only because one such child became president that their illegal scheme was discovered. When I find that post, I will include it here.

This does shed some light on why Obama refuses to release his bona fide documents. However, there are still MANY more questions that need to be answered. Some day, the truth will come out. It always does.

The political world is so upside down these days it is just absolutely astonishing! Never in my life have I seen evil promoted as good, and good promoted as evil so frequently and unabashedly than as I am witnessing today. There is a list of evidence to my claim that is simply just too long to present in one blog post! Go to a few of the blogs listed in my sidebar and you can't help but notice that I am writing the truth about this fact.

One of the first blogs that I read this morning was over at Lame Cherry. Such a humorous blog title for a mostly serious and informative site! Perhaps his blog description gives us a hint about the title:

-Mr. Obama has done absolutely nothing in stopping big oil Iran from building more nuclear bombs and more advanced nuclear missiles.

-Mr. Obama's financial mentor who was the first person he met with in running for the White House in George Soros, invested $811 million dollars in Brazilian big oil.

-Mr. Obama's other nation rapist in Warren Buffett stands to make an even larger fortune from the staged Gulf oil spill as Buffet owns Nalco Holding which happens to be the exclusive company furnishing the chemical which British Petroleum is using to disperse the oil slicks.

Isn't it just another one of the Obama amazing miracles that Warren Buffett just happens to buy a company 2 years ago when fledgling Obama was being promoted, and now 2 years later here is that company just happening to be supplying the only chemical to Obama's big oil buddy, British Petroleum.

Why isn't anyone noting this Obama connection in profiteering again?

For the record, Sarah Palin was spot on again in being absolutely correct in Obama is dithering in this deliberate oil pollution as he is in the pocket of big oil around the world, and every time an event happens, there is Warren Buffett making a fortune in just happening to have invested in an Obama political event.

So Robert Gibbs, you little man, and ABC you Obama apologists, the Sarah Palin Chronicles prevail. She is right every time and you leftists of the thugocracy are exposed and squealing for the porcine Obama trough feeders you are.

It is past time to indict B. Hussein Obama and his list of cronies from Buffett, BP to Soros.

The term "evil" occurs 485 times in 457 verses in the NKJV!

Whenever a subject is discussed in the Bible, the amount of times it is discussed tells us that it is to be taken seriously and dealt with through God's admonitions as stated in His Word.

Millions of Americans are sad, upset, angry, outraged, discouraged, devastated and very anxious about the terrible turn away from God and the evil direction that the Obama Machine is taking our country. I can't blame them - one bit! Any sane person who is not under the influence of the Obama Kool-Aid and recognizes that Marxism is not the right direction for our country has a right to feel any and all of those emotions. However, Jesus himself has a word for us:

Just as Jesus told the church at Ephesus, we need to heed his words and do not become weary of doing good:

No matter what happens here on this earth, Justice will be done against the evil perpetrators in eternity! 2 Peter 2 describes EXACTLY what this current corrupt government is doing, and what will ultimately be done, through God's justice, in the end:
