A Southern California pastor with a national radio following says he's expecting to chat today with a White House representative over comments last week in which the pastor described President Obama as a "dangerous" man.

Dr. David Jeremiah's remarks came during an interview last week with OneNewsNow about his new book, The Coming Economic Armageddon: What Bible Prophecy Warns about the New Global Economy. In that interview, Jeremiah was asked about the direction the country is going under Barack Obama's leadership.

"I do not believe he has been an asset to our country; I don't believe he's moved us forward in a good direction, and frankly, I am praying, along with many other believers, that in this mid-term election we will find a way to slow down this train that seems to be moving us toward socialism and away from our historical moorings," Dr. Jeremiah explained. "I'm really frightened about that, and I think in that respect, I believe he's a dangerous person."

While "cordial," yesterday's dialogue between a well-known evangelical pastor and the White House brought little agreement on the ultimate consequences of Barack Obama's economic policies.

Pastor David Jeremiah says he and President Obama's liaison to the faith-based community had a "very cordial conversation" on Monday, but "agreed to disagree" about comments Jeremiah made last week about the president's economic policies and the direction those policies are taking the U.S.

The phone conversation with Joshua DuBois was brought on by a OneNewsNow story in which Dr. Jeremiah described the president as a "globalist" and argued Obama was not an "asset" to the country, was moving the country toward socialism and, in that respect, was a "dangerous person."

Following his conversation yesterday with DuBois, Jeremiah released this statement to OneNewsNow:

"I talked with Joshua DuBois....He is a terrific young man who loves the president and his family. We had a very cordial conversation about the article that appeared in OneNewsNow last week, and we agreed to disagree on the issues reflected in that article.

"In this important dialogue about the future of our country and the resolution of the issues that we are currently facing as a nation, there must be room for criticism and debate, and each of us should feel the responsibility to speak out. Joshua knows of my concerns and left the door open for further discussions in the future.

"Please remember to pray for our nation and for our president!"

Just prior to his discussion with DuBois, Jeremiah appeared on American Family Radio's Today's Issues, sharing that he had no regrets about what he said in the initial article and did not offer the comments in a mean-spirited way. "It was my opinion that that's where we're going. Nothing that I know of that's been brought to the fore...has made me change my mind about that. I am very concerned about where this country is going." (See earlier article)

This is an excellent post! It captures what millions of Americans are thinking, feeling, and worrying about regarding Obama the narcissist and his evil cohorts.

Hope you don't mind if I add one thing, however. All of Obama's obvious problems - mental, emotional, social, political, etc. - which have been so eloquently listed in the original post here, as well as within many of the comments and links provided - have one thing in common. They are rooted in the fact that he (and all of the radical leftist progressives who agree, follow, and support him) and they have a severe spiritual problem.

The fact that Islam has its roots in paganism, shows us how well acceptance of its radical ideals fit in with the ideology of Marxism.

While participating in the ongoing discussion at Sarah Palin's FaceBook page I noticed the horror that most commentators have been sharing there. They wonder how any sane American could even consider the ludicrous idea of building a mosque at Ground Zero. I also noticed that several lefties wrote "we all worship the same God." I tried to educate them with a link to my blogpost so that they could read some facts and see how wrong they are. I also included links to an Australian Christian scholar's blog who wrote two excellent blog posts that the "we all worship the same God" myth is absolutely not true - and why it logically can't be true!

There is no way one can equate our Judeo-Christian God with the false pagan moon-god they label as "allah." I hope that after reading these essays that you will spread this information far and wide in order to dispel that myth which is being spread by people are are, quite frankly, ignorant about the subject.

The fact is, Obama's narcissism and terrible political ideology is rooted within himself as a spiritual problem. Think of it as a kind of spiritual oblivion. The type of mindset that Obama possesses is totally anathema to the God of the Bible and the Judeo-Christian roots upon which our Founders built our Constitutional Republic. The United States of America, and Her Founding Documents were built upon Judeo-Christian morals, laws, and values. The lack of recognition of these facts and the spiritual deception that Obama and his ilk are under is the main reason why he and his cohorts are wreaking havoc upon this nation.

I want to know - when will we reach the point where enough is enough? We must stand up against this radical takeover of America and oust the perpetrators!

I continue to pray each day that this national nightmare will end soon. What Obama and his evil cohorts are doing to America is OUTRIGHT CRIMINAL and they all belong in jail because they are traitors to this nation!

The greatest Jewish legal authority, the Sephardic Maimonides (known by his Hebrew acronym to Jews as the Rambam), rules, “[Her husband] should not coerce her [to have relations] when she does not desire to do so. Rather, [they should engage in intercourse only] when there is mutual desire and pleasure.” (Maimonides’ Code of Jewish Law, the Mishne Torah, Hil. Ishut [Laws of Women] 15:17.) Further, even if the wife is ambivalent about her desire, relations are forbidden. (Masekhet Kallah Rabbati 1:11; Tur, Orah Hayyim 240 and Even ha-Ezer 25.) Keep in mind that Maimonides is from the 11th-12th centuries and even the most recent of these (Code of the Jewish Law) is from the 15th-16th centuries. Old law is not necessarily bad law and “progressive law” is not necessarily good law. Shariah is not bad because it is old. It is bad because it is bad.


[An important digression: I make this latter point about old vs. new law because we often hear the criticism of Shariah that it is bad and primitive because it is “Medieval law” as if that is enough to condemn it. But by implication, the person who makes this criticism, is in effect embracing the “progressivist” or Hegelian teaching that Time/History is the one transcendence that saves us from the nihilism of relativism (all morals are relative except that a new moral is better than an old one), which allows the Leftist/Elites to clamor on about “progress” and the latest version of this, “hope and CHANGE”. And, if you give it a half-second’s worth of thought, you’ll realize why the progressivism of the Elite is tyranny [hint: there are no transcendent boundaries only time as a measure of progress]. It also impacts our constitutional jurisprudence. If old is bad simply, then granting the Supreme Court the authority (to which Marbury v Madison effectively opened the door) to “re-interpret” [read: re-write or amend by judicial fiat] the Constitution to mirror the “progress” and “change” in society must be a good thing. That kind of hollows out the originalist/conservative view of the Constitution, no?]

Confused About the Shirley Sherrod Debacle?

Are you confused over the Shirley Sherrod debacle? You would be if you only listen to the media of mass deception channels. I watched some of the lies coming out of commentators and guests over at MSNBC and CNN last night. How crazy it is for them to be blaming the Fox News Channel! They are covering up something else, in the process of bombarding their audiences with negative propaganda about the number one cable news organization in America! See, this is what happens to the masses when they deliberately get their news from the government controlled sources and ignore the free speech providers of truth, liberty and freedom - conservative talk radio, blogs and certain Facebook sources. Those who don't read blogs are missing out on TONS of information that the media of mass deception doesn't want you to know!

I must admit. I was confused at first about the peculiar behavior that emanated out of the White House! When the edited video came out and we were told by Shirley Sherrod herself that "the White House" called and demanded her resignation, I knew that something big was involved. From what I have heard via several sources, she was called three times and on the third call she was told to pull over the car and state her resignation right there at that moment! Isn't that weird? What was the rush?

It looks like there was a set up. But from where (or whom) did it originate? Apparently, the NAACP had the full video in it's possession. However, only a doctored cut of it was sent to Andrew Breitbart at the Big Government blog. I recall hearing (via Sean Hannity) that Andrew was trying to get ahold of a copy of the entire original video. No wonder he couldn't get it! It was in the possession of the NAACP! They weren't about to send the truth to him.

Then there was the peculiar announcement by Shirley Sherrod (I think it was on CNN) that she was told by "someone at the White House that she would be on Glenn Beck's T.V. show that evening." Well, she wasn't. Not on THAT particular evening (July 19th - if I recall correctly). It was only covered on The O'Reilly Factor (briefly - in a 30 second clip) and then on Hannity and Greta's shows. Glenn Beck did cover it the following day, but he must have surprised the White House when he stood up for Sherrod as a victim of the administration's recklessness. Even the New York Times wrote about that fact today!! And they wrote, "this time he (Beck) was right!"

Glenn has not reported on the entire story yet. But Gateway Pundit has some information that is bound to come out and it adds a HUGE new twist to the story!

This is an amazing interview. Rep. King claims that 75-99% of reparations paid in the Pickford Farms Case.
At first they believed that 1,000 – 2,000 black farmers were discriminated against. More than 20,000 claims were paid out when even the President of the black farmers association admitted there were only 18,000 black farmers in America.

One of the recipients of the largest payout in the Pickford case was none other than Shirley Sherrod.
Rep. King says there ought to be an investigation on this if the GOP wins back the gavel in November.

I have a feeling that the truth about this story will eventually be quite explosive!

A contentious video leads to the firing of an Obama official. Fox News is blamed:

On Wednesday’s Today show, Matt Lauer, Ann Curry and Savannah Guthrie left the impression that Fox News’s criticism of Shirley Sherrod was the reason she lost her job at the Agriculture Department, with Lauer, in his interview with Sherrod, charging: “I don’t know who to blame here, Miss Sherrod. I mean the, the, the activist who put forward this garbage in the first place has an agenda. We shouldn’t be surprised by that. The cable news network that, that played this garbage on and on and talked about it, has an agenda. We shouldn’t be surprised by that.”
Curry [claimed] that: “After the video was used to vilify her on Fox television, she lost her job,” and Guthrie advanc[ed] the NAACP’s notion, in her piece, that they had been “snookered" by Fox News.

But there’s just one small problem:

Fox News never mentioned the story until after Sherrod had quit.
Most people, unless consumed with paranoia, understand that it’s difficult to influence events after they’ve taken place.

3. Where is the news on the gulf??? As there is on-going chatter of leaks, road blocks, troop movements and UN Vans on our soil.

4. Where is the information, let alone the true information of that is in that financial reform bill that the President signed to day.

5. Where is coverage of the leaks of the main/lame stream media conspiracy to elect Obama and hide any damaging stories, etc?

6. Where is the coverage of Obama’s illegal and possibly impeachable activities in Kenya?

7. Where is the coverage of Obama signing Codex Alimentarius into Law by Executive Order. (This is huge and not in a good way!!)

I was chastised by Kevin for putting to many links in my last post. Awwww....poor baby! In the comment thread of my last post Kevin commented that what he viewed on the COMMUNIST organization videos over at the New Zeal blog is that the people are being "just fine" and "hav(ing) a good message" - and "People wanted something different."

I nearly fell off my chair!

I think it is all highly dangerous Marxo-Islamo-Fascism that he and his cronies want to instill here in America. There is NOTHING GOOD about any of those ideologies!

Rahm Emanuel cynically said, "You never want a crisis to go to waste." It is now becoming clear that the crisis he was referring to is Barack Obama's presidency.

Obama is no fool. He is not incompetent. To the contrary, he is brilliant. He knows exactly what he's doing. He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to create systemic failure, economic crisis and social chaos -- thereby destroying capitalism and our country from within.

Barack Obama is my college classmate (Columbia University, class of '83). As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University. They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands. Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.

-- Universal health care. The health care bill had very little to do with health care. It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions). Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt. What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government. Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?

-- Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants. They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power. The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps Obama "spread the wealth around."

-- Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who's asking for a 51st state? Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers. But this has been Obama's plan all along. His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government.

-- Legalize 12 million illegal immigrants. Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America. But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security.

-- Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go? It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country. It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions). A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues). All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America. The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful. The ends justify the means.

-- Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama). Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition.

With the acts outlined above, Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.

Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Obama.

Wayne Allyn Root was the 2008 Libertarian Party vice presidential nominee and serves on the Libertarian National Committee.

Personally, I still think that Obama is just the puppet and the rich, evil puppeteers are operating the strings of destruction. Mr. Root gives Obama too much credit for creating ways to pull off this ongoing destruction of our Constitutional Republic.

God help us! And...I think He will. All things work together for good for those who love the Lord.

Former United States Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, had comforting words regarding Obama. When he is voted out of office, his terrible policies can, and will be overturned.

I hope that he gets booted out sooner than 2012. Perhaps the Blago trial * (or, any one of the other lawsuit cases against him) will bring an indictment down against him and force him from office.

Holder knows damn well there’s nothing wrong with the law. The heavy breathing is stalling. Meanwhile he’s busy influencing public opinion, while Democrats and Open Borders advocates try to whip up hysteria, with deliberately provocative words like “racist.” They want to have the law repealed by force of mob, by terror, because they do not have legal grounds on which to contest it.

The highest law enforcer in the land is trying to undermine the legal process.

I feel like all the criminals are running the government. There are 2 Americas the patriots and the liberals.

The liberals are anti-Constitution, anti-Christian anti-gun, antiwar, pro-abortion, pro-gay, pro-amnesty for illegals, and they are in power.

I think it will take a state to secede from the union to restore law and order. The states will have to jump ship and go on there on, otherwise everyone is going to go down with the ship. The state of the union is not good.

I wonder in 1930’s Germany when they elected Hitler if anyone had second thoughts, everyone eventually went down with the ship there. There where a lot of weirdos with crazy eyes in that government.

During this busy Christmas season, I try to find articles to share here at Talk Wisdom that "tell it like it is" or "give a ray of hope." Sometimes, it is difficult to accomplish both in one post! However, I think that I have found such an article written by Douglas MacKinnon over at Town Hall.com.

A Warning and a Ray of Hope from an Intelligence Operative

I wonder. With each changing administration, do all of the "intelligence operatives" change right along with it? Or is it just their ideology that shifts? In other words, because Obama and his cohorts are far left lunatics, has the intelligence community been overtaken by that same ideology? Or, are they now being suppressed (or bought off just like Congress!) from exposing and gaining prosecution of all of the corrupt individuals (and groups) that have escaped from their former Marxist organizational asylums and are now, most regrettably, in places of influence in our government?

The author doesn't tell us, but perhaps the intelligence operative he interviewed is now retired?

It is frighteningly true that when the Lamestream Media of Mass Deception doesn't do it's proper job, We The People suffer immensely for it!

Recently, I sat down with a friend who has spent almost three decades working as an intelligence operative in the defense of our nation. During the course of our conversation, I asked him what -- based on his vast experience -- was the number one threat facing our nation? Without even pausing to think about it, he forcefully answered, “Our mainstream media.”

More than Al Qaeda, more than homegrown terrorists, more than heavily armed Mexican drug cartels, more than non-existent borders, more than out-of-control and extremely violent domestic gangs, and even more than biological and nuclear terrorism, this dedicated intelligence operative felt that our own liberal media was a greater threat to our safety. Why?

“Simple,” he answered. “They enable all of those things and more. They betray our secrets, assign civil rights to enemy combatants, and push for a multi-cultural nation with no borders. The vast majority of those who work in mainstream media have a visceral hatred of traditional values and all those who espouse those values.

"Many have strong socialist tendencies, are vastly inexperienced when it comes to the actual plight of working Americans or corporate America, or were hired for politically correct reasons.

The more he spoke about this threat, the more he felt resigned to our fate. “Look at what has just happened,” he continued. “The far-left hates Sarah Palin, so their dishonest lapdogs at Newsweek did everything in their evaporating power to smear her one more time with a demeaning cover.

"Beyond that, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and other far-left outlets think nothing of betraying national secrets on the front pages of their papers in the hope of winning the far-left Pulitzer Prize.

"They do this while simultaneously wringing their hands and crying foul when someone hacks into a computer system and exposes as lies, their false and economically crippling religion of global warming.

"In the United States of today, no one on the left is ever held accountable for their sins because their protectors in the far-left media ensure that they are blameless. Worse than all of that is the fact that the far-left controls the content and socialist propaganda fed to our children on a daily basis.

The following sentence grates on my nerves, but there is some truth to it:

"For the most part, they control education across the board, control media across the board, and control entertainment across the board. Conservatives and those who believe in traditional values have inexplicably ceded all those areas to the left.”

I once read an opinion that stated that it took the far left (you know - the really rabid kind like we have with Obama who lied about everything to fool the public and get into office) almost 49 years (if counting from 1960 on) to get into the White House. It was probably in the works over 100 years ago, but since the 60's, their progress has grown exponentially. That same person stated that it might take 100 years to correct this awful direction that the far left is currently taking us. This last year, under the anti-Christian tyranny of Obama and his corrupt cronies, has been "progressivism" (a.k.a. socialism, Marxism, Communism; including pro-Islamo-fascism and the global warming fraud and nonsense into the mix) on steroids!

I pray and hope that it doesn't take 100 years to correct America's free-fall into the abyss because of these leftist crazies and what they are doing to our nation! I want our nation to be normal again!

I fervently pray that all the Dem and RINO seats in Congress that are up for re-election will be voted out! Boot the bums out of office! GOOOH!!! (Get Out Of Our House!) It will take TEA Party activism and voter public awareness to accomplish such a task. This progressive nightmare could turn on a dime in the 2010 election - and then finally head back towards sanity with a Conservative candidate (hopefully Sarah Palin!!) in office in 2012.

I wonder. Could the ObamaSCARE HELLcare bill be repealed by a new Congress? If (God forbid!!) it reaches final passage, the fact remains that it won't be installed until 2013 (or 2014?), so all that would have been done is that taxes would have been collected over the course of the next four or five years. If it's not implemented until then, couldn't it be reversed by the new Congress? I would love an answer to that question!

“Some. Barack Obama and his devotion to his far-left ideology has frightened a great many Americans. Especially moderates and independents. It turns out that real-world experience does matter.

This is not complicated. The vast majority of Americans do believe in God and don’t believe the word ‘Christian’ should be used as a punch-line by the left.

It may take a third party candidate to accomplish this IF the Republicans don't get their conservative roots back and put forth a Ronald Reaganish candidate in 2012. I know what has been done in the past regarding third party candidates. They generally aren't seen as having a chance to win. However, the tide of anger over what is happening in Washington D.C. may bring forth the best scenario for a third party candidate to win. With Conservative Republicans, anti-Obama Democrats,former fawning ObamaBORG Bots who have now turned against him, Moderates from both parties who are highly alarmed at this current bogus POTUS and his radical buddies, and Independents who are horrified over what they voted for in 2008 (the ObamaBORG monstrosity of government takeover) may create the right atmosphere for a sea-change in politics toward the Conservative side, the likes of which have never been seen before in America!

Too many Americans think it's safe to believe the lie that government can do what it promises. "Let us be responsible for your retirement", "Let us be responsible for your health care. By the time enough people wake up and see the reality the socialists have crafted for us it will be too late.

Business is going Galt. They are afraid of what government will do next and are sitting on money needed to fund investment. The government pretends the money it is spending is an "investment" when it's really just bribing voters with their own money. They borrow money from our grandchildren to purchase votes today. White House Tactics Go Too Far [CORRECTION!]

When I saw the title of this article that was written by Charles Krauthammer and posted at Real Clear Politics, my immediate thought was NO KIDDING!!! It obviously took this egregious attempt by the White House thugs to crush free speech at Fox for the Media of Mass Deception lapdogs (who worship at the feet of ObamaFRAUD) to finally realize the White House has gone way to far! This WH's attempt to wield absolute power over the media is a VERY BAD THING!

Excerpts in quotes followed by my comments.

Rahm Emanuel once sent a dead fish to a live pollster. Now he's put a horse's head in Roger Ailes' bed.

Not very subtle. And not very smart. Ailes doesn't scare easily.

In case you weren't aware of why Sean Hannity often labels Emanuel as Rahm "dead fish" Emanuel - now you know where he got that title!

At first, there was little reaction from other media. Then on Thursday, the administration tried to make them complicit in an actual boycott of Fox. The Treasury Department made available Ken Feinberg, the executive pay czar, for interviews with the White House "pool" news organizations -- except Fox. The other networks admirably refused, saying they would not interview Feinberg unless Fox was permitted to as well. The administration backed down.

Oh GLORY! The administration backed down! See, they can't get away with everything. The media is catching on - albeit slowly. At least some of the MSM is WAKING UP and defying the deceptive schemes that are being used right now - especially with the health care bill and the cap and tax bill.

This was an important defeat because there's a principle at stake here. While government can and should debate and criticize opposition voices, the current White House goes beyond that. It wants to de-legitimize any significant dissent. The objective is no secret. White House aides openly told Politico that they're engaged in a deliberate campaign to marginalize and ostracize recalcitrants, from Fox to health insurers to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Obama's two-faced mask was exposed when he formerly praised the U.S. Chamber of Commerce at the time that they agreed to his Stimulus bill. However, when they came out opposing the health care single-payer plan and the cap and trade bills, he viciously denigrated the Chamber! In other words, any group, or any PERSON who disagrees with Obama is targeted and utterly destroyed by the ObamaTHUGGERY administration.

Madison argued that the safety of a great republic, its defense against tyranny, requires the contest between factions or interests. His insight was to understand "the greater security afforded by a greater variety of parties." They would help guarantee liberty by checking and balancing and restraining each other -- and an otherwise imperious government.

Factions should compete, but also recognize the legitimacy of other factions and, indeed, their necessity for a vigorous self-regulating democracy. Seeking to deliberately undermine, de-legitimize and destroy is not Madisonian. It is Nixonian.

But didn't Teddy Roosevelt try to destroy the trusts? Of course, but what he took down was monopoly power that was extinguishing smaller independent competing interests. Fox News is no monopoly. It is a singular minority in a sea of liberal media. ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, NPR, CNN, MSNBC vs. Fox. The lineup is so unbalanced as to be comical -- and that doesn't even include the other commanding heights of the culture that are firmly, flagrantly liberal: Hollywood, the foundations, the universities, the elite newspapers.

Tyranny. That is what ObamaMASK and his puppeteers are all about! Their obvious contempt against WE THE PEOPLE of the TEA Party movement who came out in droves (1.2 million estimated) at the protest in Washinton D.C. are disparagingly labeled as "astroturf" by Nancy PeLIARsi. Their disregard for the Constitution of the United States is shown with arrogance beyond belief by Nancy PeLIARsi!!

Perhaps this incident will FINALLY wake up the former Obama-Idol adorers - and they will see that if the WH can try to shut down Fox News, who is to say that their news organization won't be next? That is - unless they "toe the line" according to the Hugo Chavez tyrannical way that news is done in Venezuela.

If you haven't noticed, the video clips that Beck has consistently provided on his T.V. show are ABSOLUTE PROOF that Obama is guilty of lying and contradicting dozens of his former statements on an annoyingly regular basis.

Obama's duplicity: first he says that he "wants to be held accountable" but then blames the Bush Administration for EVERYTHING! It has been nine months! The Stimulus didn't create jobs - we are hemorrhaging jobs at an astounding rate! The Porkulus didn't work - it was filled with 8,000 earmarks that benefited Obama's cronies and those who got him elected. Hello....ACORN?? THE MOST CORRUPT ORGANIZATION - PROBABLY IN HISTORY - EXCEPT FOR MAYBE, THE MAFIA!

ARGGHH...I can't go on listing all of the MESS THAT OBAMA HAS ADDED TO THE ECONOMIC CRASH THAT HAPPENED IN NOVEMBER OF 2008. As always, I will refer everyone to read all that you can over at The Obama File.

Christine, I believe the jokers at MSNBC, left to their own devices, would follow Obama into hell, howling like the loons they are all the way into eternal damnation just so they can get their daily dose of shivers up their legs.

The rest of the Fringe Media seem to have a sense of some propriety in there somewhere, notwithstanding their worship of Obama on a daily basis. They can not help but realize their nonstop Obama worship sharpens the tongue of FOX News as the sole stand out who is serving the public interest in the role of keeping Obama honest.

Additionally, the Fringe Media can read the polls and the ratings for each of the Media channels… and can not escape the reality of people are turning away from them and towards FOX News… and why it has been happening.

*Sigh*... the weekend is over. I so enjoy my time with family, away from the news (for the most part) and studying the Word of God. There is something about reading the Bible. It refreshes me. It calms me and points me back in the direction of what God wants to show me in this brief life that we all share on this earth.

Yesterday, as I played with our dog in the yard I thought of the Amish. Sometimes I envy them. They live the simpler kind of life - in total devotion to God and their families. Since they don't watch TV or peruse the Internet, they most likely don't even know what is going on with this juvenile, and at the same time dangerous gangster government!

The rest of us, however, need to be on guard as gatekeepers for our Republic and Constitution. WE THE PEOPLE cannot let this Marxist tyrannical group - masquerading as government "leaders" go unchecked. We must continue to be diligent, watching every move that they make.

Thank God for conservative Internet bloggers, talk radio, Fox News, and especially the Glenn Beck Program. All of these venues are exposing the ridiculous nature of the people in Washington D.C. who are currently "playing government." Take the latest fiasco designed to take our attention away from ObamaSCARE HELLcare and the Crap and Trade legislation. There latest crazy and infantile bed-wetting deed? Slam Fox News.

That's right! The most popularly viewed cable news organization is being targeted by the White House "elites" (quotes required because they should be regarded as anything BUT truly elite!) and they are crying like little babies in diapers that Fox News dares to fact check what they say!!

Can you believe that?

I think that it captures the terribly anxious feelings of millions of Americans who are now waking up to the fact that Obama's goal of "fundamentally transforming America" is NOT the kind of transformation that most Americans hoped for via their votes in the 2008 election.

Hey lurkers who voted for Obama - as the turmoil continues to build, remember that we conservatives tried our best to warn you!! Are you listening now???

All of those who dismissed Obama's radical ties and erroneously thought that the transformation Obama spoke of was to "clean up Washington D.C. corruption" are now shocked and dismayed that ObamaFRAUD and his evil, corrupt cronies are making everything far worse than we could have ever imagined!

Thankfully, Robin's essay ends on a positive note.

God is our only hope. He is in control and will act when the correct time comes. We need to watch, work and wait. We can trust Him! We need to keep doing what we are doing to peacefully show our objections to what is happening in Washington D.C. There will come a time when we will know what to do next. The Lord has a plan for us - to help us and not to harm us! It starts with confession of sin and REPENTANCE! Look at what God did for 8 years after 9/11. He protected our nation from further attack! Why? I believe that it was because of the massive amounts of people who PRAYED and returned back to the Lord. Our leaders were trained to protect our homeland from terrorists and God's mercy towards us kept us safe.

May repentance, prayer, and God's mercy protect us from this terrible attempt at Marxist government takeover!

A new, conservative friend cracks up when she hears my phone message. As a therapist, I'm required to state, "If this is a psychiatric emergency, please call 911."


Roaring with laughter, she says, "Robin, the whole country is having a psychiatric emergency!"


And she's right, because people running this country are off: off balance, off-world, off-putting, off their meds.


Gallows humor, a knot in your stomach when Obama speaks, poor sleep. Your body is telling you that something is wrong.


Even out here, things are starting to feel spooky. While it's always weird central in Berkeley, now there's a malaise in the air.


Yes, there are plenty of people so far into the communist schtick, they would gladly sacrifice their children, their granny, and their life savings for the Left.


But most liberals still want their houses, jobs, Hondas and iPods. When they voted for Obama, they weren't giving a thumbs up for the country to go the way of Ché.


So there's a strange, foreboding vibe in these parts; that creepy feeling you get when you know there's bad news ahead.


Many liberals look dazed and confused because they have no language, no information, no way of understanding what in the world is going on.


Interestingly, there's this eerie silence about Obama. You don't hear a peep about him. Or course, liberals are still foaming at the mouth about Sarah Palin, tea baggers, birthers, and all things conservative.


But adulation for Obama: Missing in Action. A telling sign: the life size black and white cardboard doll of Obama in a storefront near my office has been taken down. Where did it go -- to the local recycling center with other discarded Obamabilia?


Because I'm a psychotherapist, I'm intrigued by what goes on inside and outside. People not only suffer because of neurotic minds, but because of what people do to us when they abuse their power.


The family dramas, problems at work, or dysfunction in D.C. unnerve us. As Presidential nominee, Michael Dukakis, indelicately put it, "Fish rots from the head down."


We have people at the highest echelons of our government who may be rotting this nation. They espouse twisted notions of humanity, like de-evolution and forced sterilization. They eat, drink, and sleep revenge.


They are throwing much of this country, at least those of us who are paying attention, into a psychiatric emergency -- into trauma.


They dominate. They control. They terrorize.


They are abusers.


Which is no surprise if you understand where Obama comes from. He was not schooled in the Martin Luther King, Jr. tradition of unity and nonviolence, as most naive liberals thought.


Obama was educated in the Malcolm X way, the American political mafiosi: the Weatherman, Black Panthers, Black nationalists.


What were these groups' lesson plans? "Blue eyed devils," "Jewish dogs," "By any means necessary."


While the media and schools have whitewashed history, these groups were filled to the rafters with gangsters. Today's young radicals use sociopaths like Huey P. Newton as their role models, not the beneficent King.


So when Sarah Palin's life is threatened for speaking the truth, this is the work of thugs.


When Michael Savage is banned in Britain for passionately defending our country, this is persecution.


When citizens receive death threats for deigning to ask a question about health care, this is terror.


Some people think that Obama is just a harmless sheep in wolf's clothing because he doesn't raise his voice. If his underlings cause mayhem, well, that's not his fault.


But the best and the brightest of abusers never get their hands dirty.


Their work is done through a look, a blank stare, a grin, a devilish laugh. They can incite trouble without lifting a finger.


So if you feel uncomfortable, and tense, and scared, this is why. This is what abusers do.


They cause terror in us because of something old and something new. The old: memories get triggered of past trauma: our bad tempered parent, or abusive spouse, or bully boss.


The body remembers. Suddenly you are 6 or l3 or 30 again, and you may respond with the same helplessness and anger and panic.


But there's also new trauma, what's happening right underneath our noses; the never ending assaults on our freedom.


The daily force feeding of leftist ideology designed to control every aspect of our lives. The health care rationing that threatens our families. The strangling of business through Big Brother intrusions.


Joining with dictators; yawning when Iran and North Korea threaten; abandoning our allies. Indoctrinating our children and trying to turn them into the little Benedict Arnold's.


The trauma of Obama -- it's all around us, it may be in us if we're having symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder (for instance, nightmares, intrusive images, numbing, physical symptoms, problems sleeping or eating).


But this isn't post traumatic, because there is no post here, and that keeps much of the nation in trauma/survival mode: fight, flight, freeze.


Fight: we're fighting back nonviolently through active participation;


Flight: we fantasize about fleeing;


Freeze: we can become frozen with fear, like a deer in the headlights.


Or a fourth reaction to danger, fawning: cow towing to Obama by doing his bidding. A Stockholm Syndrome, where the captive aligns with the abuser in hopes of winning favors.


There's a final "F," the most formidable one, the one taking root and flourishing all across the country: it's faith. Faith in a Higher Power or ourselves or the American system or its people.


Ordinary citizens rising up, like a phoenix. This awakening might prove to be Obama's most enduring legacy.


The miracle of a soccer mom attending a protest for the very first time; an elderly man bravely stepping up to the mike at a Town Hall; strangers forming life long bonds at Tea Parties or online, at sites like American Thinker. People like me snapping out of the leftist trance.


In time, the Trauma of Obama may be overshadowed by the Mock of Barack: people speaking up, from Bozeman to Boise to Boston -- and refusing to become one of Obama's hench men or victims.


When I behold the courage and dignity of my fellow citizens, I recall a powerful Buddhist tale:


The cruelest, most violent Samurai in Japan decides he wants to become enlightened. He bursts into the home of an esteemed Zen Master and demands that the Master teach him how to become enlightened.


The Zen Master looks deeply into his eyes and says, "No. You are a dirty, vicious Samurai. I will not teach you."


Enraged, the Samurai yanks out his sword and places it right at the Zen Master's neck. He hollers, "Do you have any idea who I am? I am the cruelest Samurai in the world. I can cut your throat and not blink an eye."


Without skipping a beat, the Master calmly responds, "Do you have any idea who I am? I can let you slit my throat and not blink an eye."


The Samurai falls to his knees, sobbing, overcome by the presence of a man mightier than his sword.


Those of us who are paying attention know the truth. With our eyes and hearts and minds wide open, we see them; we're on to them.

The "Avada Kedavra" of Political Discourse

This is going to be a follow-up to yesterday's post. While conducting my usual blog surfing this morning, I found a post over at Hot Air that contains an analysis that desperately needed to be said. Here-to-fore NO ONE was willing to say it! I'm actually glad that Glenn Beck finally told the truth about Obama's anti-white screeds, and the author at Hot Air, Dr. Zero, expanded upon exactly why the usual liberal leftist hatemongers went bonkers over that one comment!

But first, as you read this I want you to think for a moment and remind yourself of all the horrible things that the leftist Media - including hateful comedians (well...they are comical but often not funny!) the likes of David Letterman and Bill Maher...to name just a few) who mercilessly ripped apart every prominent Conservative leader (especially Sarah Palin).

Glenn Beck and the Unforgivable Curse

Note this portion:

The comment that got Beck in hot water involved calling President Obama a racist, who has “deep-seated hatred for white people of the white culture.” Calling any liberal a “racist” is the Avada Kedavra of political discourse, the Unforgivable Curse. Admittedly, it seems like an unprovoked act of rhetorical aggression. It’s not like Obama and his party have been running around calling everyone who disagrees with them racists, mindless drones, un-American traitors, Nazis, assassins, or Astroturf lawn gnomes who get their opinions from their corporate paymasters. Oh, wait, it’s exactly like that.

That is SO TRUE! Even when a liberal leftist displays outright racism towards whites, they are supposed to get some kind of "pass" for doing so? What the hell is that? Must be just another one of those "Alinsky's rules for radicals."

Perhaps we could defuse the tension by asking the boycott organizers if they think someone who sat quietly at Klan rallies for twenty years could credibly be accused of racism. I’m sure they would say “no”… and since that’s an accurate analogy for Obama’s decades at Jeremiah Wright’s Church of Racial Hatred, Beck would doubtless be moved to offer a polite apology, and we could call the boycott off. Maybe Beck could give President Obama an autographed copy of his book, with a “Sorry, dude!” inscription. Beck’s thoughtful gift would doubtless secure a place of honor in the White House library, alongside Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky, Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of the Pillage of a Continent by Eduardo Galeano, and Fugitive Days: A Memoir by Bill Ayers.
The rest of Beck’s comment, asserting that Obama has “deep-seated hatred for white people of the white culture,” should be easy for the President’s defenders to disprove. All they have to do is cite one positive thing Obama has said or written about white culture. Anywhere. Ever. Hopefully they can get back to us before GMAC needs another taxpayer bailout, to address the self-inflicted financial damage from its participation in the boycott. I wouldn’t recommend wasting any time going through Obama’s university compositions, assuming you can find where they’re buried, and get past the three-headed guard dog. He graduated from Columbia and Harvard, where “deep-seated hatred for white people of the white culture” is written in green on your thesis when the professor hands it back to you, along with “excellent sentence composition!” and “good use of original sources!”

Yep...this, indeed, would be quite a challenge:

"All they have to do is cite one positive thing Obama has said or written about white culture. Anywhere. Ever."

How sad and very tacky it was for Obama to verbally trash his white grandmother during the campaign. He virtually threw his own grandmother under the bus because he couldn't keep his hatred towards whites in check! Perhaps his wife Michelle has ingrained such hatred into her husband over the years that it just comes natural for him to have these "slips of the tongue."

So...I ask...why can't Glenn Beck get a pass for a "slip of the tongue?"

Two reasons.

1. He's white. That's a "curse" in itself to these rabidly racist anti-white people.

2. As the article reveals - calling a liberal "racist" is the "unforgivable curse" to the far left lunatics.

I am telling you - I'M SO SICK OF THIS!!! Obama gets away with all his LIES, CHEATS, THUGS, EARMARKS TO CRONIES, ASSOCIATING AND EMPLOYING RADICALS, CORRUPT AND CRIMINAL CRONIES (I could go on and on). yet Glenn Beck gets targeted for...what? TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT OBAMA??

THAT is precisely why they are all so angry. THEY KNOW IT'S TRUE - OBAMA IS EXACTLY WHAT BECK SAID:

Obama is a racist, who has “deep-seated hatred for white people of the white culture.”

There. I said it too. So sue me. So curse at me. So harass me. So kill me.

Last time I checked the United States Constitution we still have free speech. Don't know how long it will last under ObamaMARXIST, though. So I will use it while I still can.

Wasn't it Larry Elder who wrote a book called "Ten Things You Can't Say in America?" I wonder if this was one of them? Can't call a liberal a racist! THAT'S A BIG NO - NO!!

And don't give me any bull crap about this bogus POTUS being "president" and deserving some sort of respect. George W. Bush was President (a legitimate Natural Born Citizen, at that!) for eight years and the nutroot crazies called him far more terrible (and untrue!) names.

There’s no question that Beck’s comment was provocative and rude. If you happen to be in a room with Glenn Beck at the moment, and you’re reading this to him out loud, he probably just shouted “Exactly!” Political and cultural debates always feature provocation and rude behavior. The American media occasionally becomes very prim about this. Strangely enough, these occasions always coincide with the election of a Democrat President. The same people puckering their lips over the heated tone of Beck’s assertions, Sarah Palin’s “death panel” commentary, or the behavior of town-hall protesters, thought the temperature was just peachy when liberals were openly fantasizing about assassinating President Bush. The average liberal couldn’t order a burger and fries at McDonald’s without informing the cashier that Bush was a subhuman cowboy moron.

Our political discourse is heated because the stakes are so high. Obama has wasted trillions of dollars in taxpayer money, threatened the economy with permanent recession through his cap-and-trade bill, and tried to ram through a federal takeover of health insurance without debate. The Administration openly asserts that certain Americans “shouldn’t do a whole lot of talking,” and labels dissent from its agenda un-patriotic. Today we hear rumors that Democrats plan to shove their health-care debacle down the throats of a public that has become increasingly united in opposition to it, using parliamentary “nuclear options” to muscle it through Congress. The public is right to feel a bit testy when Congress talks about using “nuclear options” against it.

We have arrived at a moment when politics determines the survival of entire industries. Broken companies are dug up from shallow graves at the edges of the free market, and reanimated with massive infusions of tax dollars, for the benefit of the politically-connected union infestations that killed them. People who end up on the wrong side of health-care rationing could pay for their unwise 2008 presidential votes with their lives. There is no place where a taxpayer can go to secure a refund for his share of the squandered $787 billion “stimulus” bill… just as there will be no place to go when they discover socialized medicine is a disaster. There will only be a comment box at the local Post Office / Government Surgical Clinic, where you can scribble your complaint on the back of your organ donor card.

It wasn’t supposed to be like this. Average people should not require advanced degrees in medicine and economics to make informed decisions in the voting booth. They don’t have time to study the effects of deficit spending on the bond market, or the sad history of attempts to repeal the laws of supply and demand through subsidies and price controls. They have lives to lead, children to raise, and jobs that give them plenty to worry about. They respond to loud, rude, spectacular things, because they desperately want to believe the situation is simple enough for them to comprehend it, and cast informed, meaningful votes. The Left understands this very well, and grits its teeth when the Right starts playing the game. The people who blew billions of tax dollars fooling voters into thinking they could get “free money” to buy a new car, have no right to complain when a smart lady with a Facebook page coins a phrase that galvanizes opposition to their agenda… or when a guy with 2.5 million viewers uses harsh language to bellow a challenge the media should have issued much more politely, during the presidential campaign, for the benefit of their 50 million viewers.

Americans are becoming increasingly uneasy with the degree of politics that has been infused into every aspect of their lives. They’re only just beginning to realize how much worse this President has made the situation, in the seventy years since his election. (That’s what it feels like, anyway.) People trapped on a runaway train can be forgiven for screaming, especially when the conductor has made it plain that he cannot be talked into easing back on the throttle, and thinks anyone who tries it should be thrown off the train. It’s too bad the media gave Obama so many free passes during the campaign. I can forgive the angry look on Glenn Beck’s face as he tears them up.

Hooray for Glenn Beck! He needs to keep exposing these Marxist czars and Obama thugs for who they are, what they believe in, and what they are doing to try and destroy this country. One of the top agenda points lately appears to be not-so-subtle attempts to silence opposition to their awful ideology and policies. This has become quite evident to many people - especially through Fox News' exposure of what happens (mocking, threatening - even death threats!!!) to everyday Americans at Town Hall meetings who speak up and express their legitimate concerns against the ObamaSCARE HELLcare bill.

I learned quite a bit about two women named Michelle from this book.

Michelle Malkin is someone I had only known as a blogger. But she's been a working journalist since 1992, and a syndicated columnist since 1999. She's also a prize-winning muckraker: she won the COGEL national award while working for the Seattle Times. (That's the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws, and she won the prize for exposing corruption in the state of Washington -- among Democrats, Republicans, and political organizations. To sum up: she's not a lightweight, and she's not a beginner. She is among the very best investigative journalists we have.

Michelle Obama --- well, she's not a lightweight, or a beginner, either. Despite her constant complaints about being kept on the "periphery" of events, this poor, poor woman went to Princeton and then to Harvard Law School. She served a brief, inglorious term in her chosen profession (the law) but quickly advanced to a series of patronage positions, including a job especially created for her at the University of Chicago Medical Center. She was soon pulling down $500,000 per year as a ...medical administrator?? Do people generally go to Harvard Law so they can make a fortune in hospital administration? Well, Michelle O. has her own way of doing things, like wearing those $540 Lanvin sneakers while "helping out" at a food bank.

Truth in reviewing: I've read the first four chapters of this book. Chapter One is the tale of all those Obama nominations that went down in flames due to problems with unpaid taxes, charges of corruption, and general political crookedness. Chapter Two is about Michelle O --- whom Michelle M calls "First Crony."

Chapter Three is about Joe Biden, and it's the biggest surprise so far. I had no idea Biden and his family were so corrupt. I don't really follow politics that closely, in normal times, so I just assumed that Joe Biden was Bozo the Clown. "Our foreign policy expert," no less. Well, he may be Bozo, but this Clown has his fingers in pockets all over the place. Hope & Change? Joe Biden represents the very opposite; he personifies "Beltway Business as Usual."

Chapter Four introduces us to the Obama Cabinet --- and a sad lot they are. The saddest of them all seemed to be the new Labor Secretary, a complete union loyalist & fanatic who co-sponsored the infamous "Card Check" bill, which seeks to eliminate the secret ballot in union elections!! (When she was asked about this bill --- the one she co-sponsored --- she managed to duck and weave and avoid offering any definite opinion about what she might do. Oh, Hope & Change!!)

I'm sure I'll eventually read all or most of the book, but it's slow going because it is so amazingly depressing. More truth in reviewing: I didn't vote for Obama, because he worried me from his first campaign speeches (which I stopped listening to). It was clear to me that Barack Obama never saw a government program he didn't like. So I hoped that he would grow into the job and govern from the center. "Hope" didn't accomplish much.

Reading this book is not a jolly experience, it is a painful duty.

One closing remark: a lot of Obama supporters brush this book off because "it was written in less than six months." That's not right. Malkin has been covering Barack Obama since he appeared on the national scene, and has been continuously blogging about him and his cronies since then. When he won the election, I imagine she shifted into high gear. There's no question that the book was produced quickly, because it contains a number of trivial typographical errors and oversights, such as a long citation which lacks a footnote. But the BOOK does not lack footnotes. On the contrary, it has 75 pages of source documentation! Like so many other things in life, the "luck" of Michelle Malkin grew out of a huge amount of hard work over a period of two years or more. None of the little goofs in the book are substantive in any way.

Michelle Malkin deserves a Pulitzer prize for this book. But I hope nobody is naive enough to think that she'll even come close to getting it.

This review includes revealing the truth about those not-so-secretly pain ObamaBorg bot drones and their attempts to pooh pooh the messenger - but are unable to genuinely debunk what is written in the book:

Before I proceed with my review, it is clear from the polar opposite 1-star reviews that there are many libs commenting on the book, so let me go ahead and mention the "drone" talking points so they won't get distracted - "Bush lied, people died", "Cheney/Halliburton", "Scooter Libby", "Karl Rove caused Katrina", "Blackwater", "9/11 was in inside job", blah, blah, blah.

Having said all of that, Michelle Malkin did an excellent job of laying out a coherent, well-researched, and systematic roadmap of corruption, self-serving favors, and criminal activity -- all linked to our President and his network of thug insiders. She clearly lays out the proven links between the players and the overwhelming evidence of the role of money and corruption on how things get done in Washington. I had heard of many of these players through other research and reading, but Ms Malkin brought to light NUMEROUS relationships between these players I was not aware of, and which cause an even greater disgust for business as usual. President Obama has somehow convinced all the drones that he's above "Politics as Usual", but the sheer weight of the evidence clearly shows he's neck deep in the "cesspool", but his lips are still moving.

After reading all of the negative reviews on the book, one would hope the detractors could at least debunk the book with facts and evidence, but of course if the allegations are true then that's not possible..........so, on to Plan B! Attack the author as a right-wing hack, and paint all the readers as ignorant right-wing talk radio heads who can't think for themselves.

I am a well-educated senior executive in business, and I observe every day that "relationships matter", and who a person associates with tells a lot about that person. It is often said that "integrity is what you do when nobody's looking", which I heartily endorse. Based on the contents of this book, if the players are this flagrant in their "visible behavior", can you imagine what they are capable of when nobody's looking?

This was a riveting book which I wasn't able to put down, and well worth the time. I applaud Michelle Malkin for the hard work and thorough research that obviously went into this body of work!
