The victim is someone who he already once had problems with. Quincey Williams the victim of the shooting that took place in a roller skating rink in Las Vegas which an associate of Floyd, Ocie Harris took the fall for. He claims he was in a red Mazda and Mayweather was in his white Bentley and that Floyd immediately hit a U-Turn upon seeing him and tried to run him off the road. Witnesses say the Bentley never struck the Mazda. He is being accused of assault with a deadly weapon but has not been arrested.
