FAITH PLEADS 'NO CONTEST' TO DUI?!

Grammy Award winning Singer Faith Evans Monday pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor DUI charges stemming from her August arrest at a drunken driving checkpoint near Marina del Rey.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Edward Moreton ordered Evans to serve three years on probation, undergo a three-month alcohol program, pay a $300 fine plus penalties, and not drive with any measurable amount of alcohol in her system, according to Frank Mateljan of the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.

The entertainer was arrested Aug. 21 at a checkpoint at Washington and Lincoln boulevards, according to the LAPD.
