Obama will also be working during his vacation. His official agenda includes regular briefings with staff, phone calls with heads of state, work on his State of the Union address, and a review of several positions in the West Wing.
On Thursday, a man led police on a high-speed chase through the neighborhood where the Obamas are staying. The incident was unrelated to the president's stay.
