Allen West Puts Little Debbie In Her Place

Whenever Wasserman-Schultz made an appearance on the Fox News Channel, I would cringe. I knew that a lie against the GOP and/or an attack against a Republican was forthcoming. The woman has her mind so set in the mentally disordered liberal/progressive political sphere, it's a wonder if she ever utters any semblance of truth.

Recall how she stood up for Weiner during Weinergate? How could anyone take her seriously after that flub? Oh...but there is much more. Just do a search through the comments at Gateway Pundit to learn about the unfortunate history between her and Allen West when he was running for Congress in Florida.

Heh heh...."Just Another Unhinged Leftie."Very accurate description of Little Debbie! I call her that because she makes herself appear very small and petty when she attacks someone like Rep. Allen West - especially after he left the House chambers! She doesn't have the courage to face him in person, so she tries to blast him when he isn't there.

Wasserman Schultz, in whose neighboring South Florida district West lives, provoked his tirade with remarks after he left the House floor today, in which she responded — without naming him — to the Tea Party freshman’s support for “Cut, Cap, and Balance” legislation to raise the debt ceiling.

“The gentleman from Florida. who represents thousands of Medicare beneficiaries, as do I, is supportive of this plan that would increase costs for Medicare beneficiaries, unbelievable from a Member from South Florida,” Wasserman Schultz said, saying the legislation “slashes Medicaid and critical investments essential to winning the future in favor of protecting tax breaks for Big Oil, millionaires, and companies who ship American jobs overseas.”

Yep, a classic example of ‘staying above the fray’.

Congrats Charlie!

I'd like to take this opportunity to share with readers here how very proud I am of my son! He has been named "Trainer of the Month" at Fitness Together!

The following is a portion of the newsletter announcement:


Charlie works very hard around the studio and helps out in many ways, but mostly his clients think he is motivating, fun and gets them to their fitness goals. Here is a quote from Charlie's client Linnea Goodrich.

Having started with him before my accident, he is aware of my potential and has been able to tailor my workouts specifically to me. It has been challenging for both of us to keep our sessions interesting since I was so physically limited in what I could do. He really knows how to motivate me and has done a great job with playful competitions between my Dad and Mikael and me. (since he trains all three of us)"

In July of 2008 I came to Fitness Together with some very specific goals. I wanted to loose about 17-18 pounds, 2 inches on my waist, to gain flexibility and strength, and generally wanted to improve my overall health. Charlie did a fitness and diet evaluation.
