Maybelline spokesmodel Jessica White is developing a skin-care line for women of color, Devise Beauty. The leggy beauty is in the lab with chemist Maria Ash to develop a skin-enhancing mixture that will enhance African-American, Latin and Asian skin tones. White will leave her lab coat at home while she hosts her Angel Wings Foundation charity ball at Georgica in the Hamptons tomorrow. Lisalla Montenegro, Russell Simmons and Miss Universe Albania Angela Martini, Kanye West’s rumored gal pal, are all expected to attend.
