Well...except for Obama's complicity in bankrupting and ruining America! The combination of Marxism, thuggery, propaganda, hating America, hating Israel, pro-terrorist actions, anti-military actions, unbelievable corruption, unconstitutional actions (like the czars and hiding his COLB) etc. The list goes on and on!!! All of these and much more can be considered the dangerous and terribly negative achievements that appeals to the leftist crazies that awarded the "prize."
Obama joins some like company - the worst president ever - Jimmy Carter, global warming goon Al Gore, former terrorist Yasser Arafat, two of Glenn Beck's least favorite leftie presidents - Woodrow Wilson and Teddy Roosevelt.
Heck - even the SNL comedy cast did a skit last week mocking the fact that Obama hasn't achieved anything on his campaign "to do" list!
Allow me to share where I was and what I was doing when I found out. I was driving to the vet to drop off the puppy that my daughter and her boyfriend recently adopted. He is old enough now to be neutered. I was listening to Fox News on XM radio in my car, and Chris Wallace was discussing that Obama "won" the prize. I could not believe what I was hearing! I immediately called my husband and he said he heard about it too. Amazing! But not in a good way.
After taking the dog into the vet, I turned on Rick Roberts radio show on KFMB. He was saying, "Follow the money. I guarantee you that if you follow the money you will see a payoff for Obama to receive this."
My next thought was it must be either George Soros or the Saudis who influenced this. Next, I wondered why. That is when it came to me. This must be a backhanded way to pressure Obama to not send additional troops to Afghanistan! Perhaps it is to even pressure him so far as to pull the troops out altogether! Think about it - Obama needs to hold up to the "peace" prize title, right?
Apparently, the people who selected Obama wanted to push "approval of his global agenda." No surprise in that statement!
Glenn Beck is having a field day mocking Obama's sorely obvious lack of achievements by spoofing various "announcements of Beck's latest achievements." For instance, he was "awarded" (note: not EARNED) valedictorian for the future 2010 Cambridge and Harvard graduations - based on what he will do over the next year. Heh heh....
There is probably much more, but those where my first thoughts and reactions to what I have heard so far.

Also, do you think that Obama should have turned it down due to the fact that he was nominated two weeks after taking office?
Glenn Beck just mentioned that this particular awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize reveals what a sham it all is. We used to believe that it was real - but this is an understanding that these progressives are highly powerful, very rich, obviously ideologically skewed, and very well connected.
