An Imam Lied? What Taqiyya Else Is New?

So...an Islamic imam lied to a Christian pastor. Is anyone even a bit surprised by this? Look up the term "taqiyya."

And so the drama goes on...and on...and ON! Isn't this getting a BIT TOO RIDICULOUS OR WHAT??

Anti-Christian Islamic Symbolism Surrounds Obama

There are polls showing that many Americans think that Obama is a "secret" Sunni Muslim while others admit not knowing what religion he practices. Can't blame the "don't know" people since Obama obviously doesn't practice biblical Christianity. At the same time, all that he does politically, socially, religiously, and foreign policy-wise gives Americans the additional tell-tale pro-Islamic impression that he hates the Jewish State of Israel.

Since I have been utilizing Hi stats and monitoring what visitors are viewing here at Talk Wisdom, there has been constant interest in a post that was written here way back in March of 2009 entitled Obama - Save Yourself.

Notice in that post's comment section that I mention that in another video (besides the "Save Yourself" YouTube video) there is proof presented of Islamic symbolism in Obama's now familiar campaign logo. Watch the video below and see where the symbolism is found. [Note: I do not subscribe to the video maker's view that Obama is THE "Antichrist" of the book of Revelation. However, his motives and actions are anti-Christ in nature - that is for sure!]

Jesus warned us that there would be many antichrists in the world.

1Jo 2:18 Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.

1Jo 2:22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.

1Jo 4:3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

2Jo 1:7 For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

Obama certainly fits that description.

Take a look at the notes from my NIV Study Bible on 1 John 2:18-23 -

John is talking about the last days, the time between Christ's first and second comings. The first-century readers of 1 John lived in the last days, and so do we. During this time, antichrists (false teachers who pretend to be Christians and who lure weak members away from Christ) will appear. Finally, just before the world ends, one great antichrist will arise (Revelation 13; 19:20; 20:10). We do not need to fear these evil people, however. The Holy Spirit shows us their errors, so we will not be deceived. However, we must teach God's Word clearly and carefully to the peripheral, weak members among us so that they won't fall prey to these teachers who "come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves" (Matthew 7:15).

When you view the video, you may find it amazing to look back at all of the broken promises that Obama made!

The young girl singing at the end of the video is still a very creepy thing to see...just as it was the very first time I saw it! It is truly a sad and scary thing to see a child brainwashed in this way!

Apparently the antichrists in John's day were claiming faith in God while denying and opposing Christ. To do so, John firmly states, is impossible. Because Jesus is God's Son and the Messiah, to deny Christ is to reject God's way of revealing himself to the world. A person who accepts Christ as God's Son, however, accepts God the Father at the same time. The two are one and cannot be separated. Many cultists today call themselves Christians, but they deny that Jesus is divine. We must expose these heresies and oppose such teachings so that the weak believers among us do not succumb to their teachings.

These Christians had heard the gospel, very likely from John himself. They knew that Christ was God's Son, that he would return and establish his kingdom in its fullness. But their fellowship was being infiltrated by teachers who denied these basic doctrines of the Christian faith, and some of the believers were in danger of succumbing to false arguments. John encouraged them to hold on to the Christian truth they heard at the beginning of their walk with Christ. It is important to grow in our knowledge of the Lord, to deepen our understanding through careful study, and to teach these truths to others. But no matter how much we learn, we must never abandon the basic truths about Christ. Jesus will always be God's Son, and his sacrifice for our sins is permanent. No truth will ever contradict these teachings in the Bible.

Islamic Jihad Significance of "The Cordova Center"

For those who naively think that the desire for "peaceful" Muslims to build a mosque and cultural center at Ground Zero isn't a declaration of Islamic victory over America, you may want to rethink your position.

I was listening to the Rick Roberts radio show this morning and he proceeded to mention that the cultural center that is to be built near the mosque just a few miles from where the World Trade Center Twin Towers were destroyed by evil radical Islamic terrorists, is to be named "The Cordova Center." Roberts checked history about that name and found out that the name"Cordova" has much significance to radical Islamic terrorists and their bloody history of Muslim jihad. It was in Cordova Spain where Muslims conquered the city back in 719.

Legacy of the religion of peace

As shown above, violent jihad and its proponents are threatening the West even now. How many of those threats are credible and how many are empty bravado is anyone's guess, but some fraction are real. Islamic jihad is killing people around the world - a toll that is being added to every week, not including Iraq and Afghanistan.

This rage against civilization is nothing new. The first thousand years of Islamic jihad took far more lives than the 9/11 attacks and spread more terror. Early Muslims systematically killed huge portions of their non-Islamic neighbors, and their jihadi warriors pushed far north in an attempt to convert or eradicate much of Europe. Jihad was then, as it is now, primarily a product of Islamic theology - not a reaction against American policies, western decadence, or anything else. The West may have its share of vice and shortcomings, but it was centuries of Islamic jihad that provoked that violent defensive thrust from Europe now referred to as the First Crusade.

The history of Islamic jihad which led up to the First Crusade is briefly summarized [here]. Scan the timeline if just to ask yourself if or at what point YOU would have ordered a defensive strike.
