As Manny prepares for the upcoming bout against "Sugar" Shane Mosley, his partnership with Nike continues with the release of their Summer 2011 Manny Pacquiao Collection.
Meant for the "athlete and casual fan alike," the Nike collection boasts inspirational elements with bold and classy graphics representing the "Fighting Pride of the Philippines" and his championship pedigree.
Graphic elements reflecting Manny's personal life such as his beloved Jack Russell terrier dog, gym, love for darts, national pride, and home city are incorporated into the t-shirt designs of the new Summer drop.
In addition to the tees, Pacquiao's collaboration with Nike includes three different sneakers -- the Nike Zoom Huarache Trainer Low, the Nike Trainer 1.3 Max, and the boxer's official Ring Boot.
The Trainer 1.3 Max boasts cushioning, durability and stability, the official Manny Pacquiao logo, as well as the sneaker giant's top innovations including Flywire and Max Air technologies. It's Manny's daily running shoe, says Nike.
"If you practice hard, you can win every battle," says Manny.
As a 32-year old southpaw, Pac-Man has earned a remarkable boxing record that includes 52 professional victories, which includes eight world titles and the title of the sport's "pound-for-pound best". He was also proclaimed congressman of the district of Sarangani in the Philippines last year, and also dabbles in the world of music as a singer.
