The 18-year-old milk bandit apparently pilfered the milk from the Garrisonville Wal-Mart around 10:30pm, Tuesday (April 26), crawling as he exited the store, mimicking the movements of cattle.
Eyewitnesses say a short time later the thief was seen handing over the stolen dairy products to another individual outside the Wal-Mart, according to authorities who are baffled as to how the man managed to get all of the jugs out of the busy store unnoticed.
Employees later spotted the man “skipping down the sidewalk” before vacating the area.
The man was later apprehended at a nearby McDonalds after officers responded to a disturbance call from the restaurant about a man fitting the description of the Wal-Mart thief.
The cow suit was later found in the man's vehicle.
He was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court.
