Ice-T's Wife Coco Gets Own Reality Show?! (Blog)


Ice-T hit the spotlight in 1987 when he released his debut album Rhyme Pays. He is quoted being one of the pioneers of Gangsta Rap and went on to influence many West Coast artists including N.W.A., Snoop Dogg and Mack 10.

More recently, Ice T has been recognized for his TV role as Detective Odafin Tutola on NBC’s drama Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, but now there’s about to be a new star in the O.G. rapper’s family.

His wife Coco will now star in her own reality TV show, which will be broadcast on E!.
TMZ broke the news yesterday (April 25) that her show will be titled Coco’s Secret, which will focus on the couple’s life in New York City.

Coco then confirmed the announcement via social networking site Twitter writing, “OH wow!!! TMZ broke my secret today!!!!! I”ve been wanting to tell my followers for a month now. Here it is- http://bit.ly/gpNEaF.”

She added, “Since the secrets out. Yes. Been working really hard this month on my new Reality Show that airs June 12th on E! 1030pm after the Kardashians.”

Coco is a dancer, an actress and a glamour model and was featured on the cover of Playboy in March 2008. She married Ice-T in December 2005.

In the past, Coco has starred in the relatively small low budget R rated movies Southwest Babes (2001), Desert Rose (2002) and The Dirty Monks (2004) as well as a cameo appearance on Law & Order alongside her husband.
