Kanye wasn't scheduled to appear at The Ainsworth Tuesday night for the New Yorkers Wrap to Rap Benefit. But reportedly, when he heard what was going on in the area he just happened to be in, he stopped by to help the kiddies and volunteers wrap some of their 2000 gifts going to others in need.
Selita, and socialite Tinsley Mortimer were also on hand to help along with Red Cafe and Jay Sean (not pictured) stopped by as well. Check the pics:
