In another story, there is a new lawsuit going on that will not get dismissed due to "lack of standing" like so many of the former eligibility cases (unfortunately) have. [Note: Knowing about the thugs surrounding Obama, I have no doubt that the judges in the cases (and probably their families) were threatened against going forward on any of the eligibility cases. This will most likely be exposed to the public on a future date, when Obama isn't in power anymore.]

Seeking damages for lost businesses, will question administration's 'authority'
Two lawyers have joined forces to assemble a case challenging in U.S. bankruptcy court the federal government's use of Troubled Asset Relief Program funds to bail out Chrysler and in doing so may have created a scenario that finally will bring to a head the issue of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president.
The attorneys are Leo Donofrio, who has launched cases directly challenging Obama's eligibility, and Stephen Pidgeon, who also has worked on the issue.
Their new case questions the authority by which the federal government and administration officials intervened in the auto industry, specifically allocating some $8 billion-plus to Chrysler, which later was forgiven.
Pidgeon told WND the clients in the case are former Chrysler dealers who lost their businesses as part of the "restructuring" of the automobile company. They have been damaged with the loss of their businesses, and the case alleges the Obama administration, through its use of TARP money, influenced Chrysler's outcome.
Donofrio told WND the core issue is the disbursement of TARP funds to the auto maker that were intended to help banks and financial institutions. The previous Treasury secretary had indicated such expenditures were not appropriate, and, in fact, a congressional effort to authorize the expenditures failed, he said.
So, along with a bankruptcy court challenge, a "quo warranto" case is being filed in Washington, D.C., demanding to know by what authority administration officials set up the financial arrangements with Chrysler and handed out taxpayer money.
As part of the demand for information about the authority used, Donofrio confirmed, there will be questions about Obama's eligibility to be president. Donofrio contends that since by Obama's own admission his father never was a U.S. citizen, Obama was born a dual citizen. The framers of the Constitution, he argues, did not consider a dual citizen to be a "natural born citizen" as required for the presidency.
The burden, then, would shift to Obama and his administration officials to document their constitutional authority for their decisions and their handling of taxpayer money.
If the president cannot document his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, his presidential task force had no authority to act at all, the case contends.
Pidgeon told WND the plaintiffs in the case are the former Chrysler dealers, and their interests will be paramount.
The goal is "to get them restored," he said, and "put them back where they were before their contracts were rejected."
"Our clients are not in this action as 'birthers,'" he said, citing a term used for people who question Obama's constitutional eligibility. "Our clients are here to seek redress for wrongs."
But the case may open doors that have been closed in other disputes over Obama's eligibility. Most previous cases, at one point or another, have been dismissed because the plaintiffs do not have "standing" – they have not suffered direct injury for which they have a reasonable expectation of seeking redress.
In the case of the dealers, they have suffered financial loss because of circumstances that developed with the government's intervention in the auto industry.
According to columnist Devvy Kidd, the case is "complicated."
She explained a "quo warranto may be issued from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in the name of the United States against a person who within the District of Columbia usurps, intrudes into, or unlawfully holds or exercises, a franchise conferred by the United States or a public office of the United States, civil or military."
That means quo warranto applies not just to eligibility but to the "exercise" of authority through public office, she said.
She noted the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals already has described as "interesting and unresolved" some of the questions raised in a related case that did not involve the dealers. In that case, once again, the appellants did not have "standing."
"The Chrysler dealers have the requisite injury – loss of their franchises – to meet the standing requirements," she wrote.
The formal paperwork in the filings is expected to be submitted to the courts within days on a motion to reconsider the bankruptcy court's decisions and the quo warranto pertaining to the authority of Obama and his appointees.
WND previously has reported on many cases brought over the issue of Obama's eligibility, including one at the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that alleges Congress failed in its constitutional duties by refusing to investigate the eligibility of Obama to be president.
The case is being handled by attorney Mario Apuzzo for lead plaintiff Charles F. Kerchner Jr. and others against Obama, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The case focuses on the alleged failure of Congress to follow the Constitution. That document, the lawsuit states, "provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate 'elected' by the Electoral College Electors."
The case asserts "when Obama was born his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was the same."
The Constitution also provides, the lawsuit says, "If the president-elect shall have failed to qualify, then the vice president elect shall act as president until a president shall have qualified."
The Obama eligibility cases have cited Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, which states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Once this is completed, that a British Court has affirmed that Mr. Obama is indeed British, then it would be quite impossible for any American Court to not deal with a British Court finding that Barack Hussein Obama was born British and is still British to his day.
Such a British finding would mean Mr. Obama was disqualified without one Hawaiian birth certificate, because the courts do not require Mr. Obama's records, but the already known records of Kenyan colonial Obama sr. and he already known under age sexual adventure of Stanley Ann Dunham.
If such a clever Indonesian Attorney were looking to make an international reputation, they could on Mr. Obama's school records affirm he was an adopted son of Lolo Soetoro and was indeed an Indonesian Muslim with full citizenship rights.
Find the right Lance Ito in a foreign court, and one does not need American Courts, as the foreign courts will do the work the Obama shill judges will not undertake.
The court of play has taken the ball from Barack Obama now. All should be done to promote the sound case of Attorney's Donofrio and Pidgeon. That assistance is in people connected intimately to those in England and Indonesia to quietly produce the results in those courts, so these American attorneys can drop the legal finding into the lap of a startled American Court.
Those who can move on this legally, should. This is the correct way to proceed in this finally. Now it is hoped that others will be inspired to add another wedge to this drive to exposing the fraud of Barack Hussein Obama.

Not a surprise. Me and many others bought into this "Change" thing, but did not understand that Obama meant change for the worse on pretty much everything. a stimulus bill that spent $250K per "Job saved", an assault on my great medical insurance, run away spending, more war (What ever happened to the peace candidate?) At least Bush no secret of what he was or believed in, Obama acts too much like a lawyer never saying what he realy means. Straight up truth I kind of miss that.

Bush's biggest mistake was following the advice of Rumsfeld and Cheney and not deploying more troops to Iraq sooner. Bush's failure to support a "surge" earlier in his administration cost him political support that he never got back. It reminded me of Lincoln's decision to back McClellan in the early days of the Civil War. It's no surprise that many people would like Bush back. I'd much rather have him back over Obama. People voted for Obama with the expectation that he would work in a bipartisan fashion. He talked about the overspending of the Bush Administration, but the Obama Administration proceeded to blow the doors off of any semblance of fiscal restraint. Obama talked about the need to find common ground on controversial issues such as abortion during the campaign, but now wants taxpayers to pay for abortions. Obama could have come out and addressed an issue like reliance on foreign oil and united environmentalists with national security hawks, but instead chose to adopt a far-left agenda. I live in Florida. We went for Bush in '04 and Obama in '08. There's no question in my mind that Obama would lose Florida (probably by double digits) if the same election were held today. Most independents I know that voted for Obama now regret their votes.

Reportedly, when Bush and Obama met to discuss the presidency, after Obama had won the election, Bush stated to someone when the meeting was over "This guy doesn't have a clue." Turns out he was right about that. We now have a president doing on-the-job training, and so far is failing.

The Liberals ignore the fact that Bush had to clean up the mess left by Clinton, to include looting the White House and destroying offices. He then had the 9/11 attack to contend with, largely the result of Clinton's foolish handling of prior terrorist attacks. Getting the stench of corruption out of the White House and restoring dignity was also an issue. Obama's replacement will have an even more daunting task of trying to undo the damage caused by this radical. One huge positive for Bush is that he respected the military and he did not despise this nation or its people. Obama can't be said to have done either.

Face it, the entire Bush family is a high class act--even if you didn't agree with all of thier policies. But they are always the epitomy of genteel and dignified politics. But Obama has shown himself to be positively churlish by running down his predecessor at every turn. Something no Bush has ever done to any sitting president. Worse, Obama snubs longtime allies like Great Britain while grovelling in front of dictators and despots. You have to wonder what deep seated need in his own psyche motivates him to abase himself so shamelessly. Simply put, Obama's lack of social grace makes him look like he was raised in a barn. So, it's no surprise to me that most of his unpresidential antics abroad and leftwing policy agenda at home reeks of chickensh*t.

President Obama is a weak, feckless man, and as far from a 'leader' as one can get. We all, all of us, are products of our environement; we can't change that. It is who we are. So too is Obama the product of a 60's, radical indoctrination, of a corrupt Chicago community, who, on the spiritual side, took guidance and comfort from an anti-American, anti-white, anti-semitic preacher for 20 years. He is in way over his head, and I guarantee you that the West Point Cadets who sat on their hands before him last week, the same exact group would have jumped up with a Hoo-Rah if George Bush would have walked out there. Obama doesn't like his country, doesn't get welled up when he looks at the American flag, doesn't have the awe and reverence for the office in which he sits. And THAT is why he'll be a one-term president. Further, I predict, that if he continues to try to push any of his agenda that goes against the Constitution ... you'll see here what happened in Honduras ... he'll be removed from office.
